Prescott, AZ Reviews
I’ve lived in Prescott as a full time resident the last three years and I’ve been visiting off and on for the last twenty years.
Pros:
Outdoor Activities – If you like doing literally anything outside, you’re covered.
Natural Beauty – Just look at all this nature!
Nightlife – Do you like alcohol? You’ll be fine.
Cons:
Housing Market – Are you a millionaire? No? Then get ready to rent! Oops every apartment has 40 other applicants with more money and better credit than you, the real onion in the ointment is they won’t even live there all year.
Job Market – Ready to work 20 hours a week for $11.00 to feed a family of four? No? Well, the parks have showers for the homeless now.
Family Friendly – I mean, they’re putting in another park, this one has water! But what about families that aren’t huge on the outdoors or have littles? Enough parks, already!
Affordability – You’re going to struggle here, it’s not a town for poor people.
Diversity – There’s none, it’s old, white money.
