Can I say “stuffs” as a plural noun?
From Merriam-Webster’s definition of foodstuff is the following example sentence:

The pluralization of stuffs isn’t that much of a leap from the pluralization of foodstuffs.
There are also other manipulations of English that have allowed for this kind of pluralization.
One has an additional twist, because it pluralizes a noun that shouldn’t really be a noun in the first place:
I have all the feels.
Another is a recent slogan from Arby’s [YouTube video]:
We have the meats.
Mass nouns are seldom pluralized. However, there are exceptions.

So, the only real reason why stuffs could be considered incorrect is simply because it’s not normally used. Since it isn’t used, it doesn’t sound normal. But that doesn’t mean that it can’t be used.

Common Mistakes and Confusing Words in English
Stuff as a noun “stuff” can be used to describe any articles, material, or even activity.
For example: “He is so messy, he has left all his stuff lying around.”

As a verb “to stuff” means to fill something tightly.

Uncountable nouns
For uncountable nouns, you can use “… much”, not “… many”
(negative) I didn’t eat (so) much food this morning.
(question) How much food did you eat last night?
(positive) I ate so much food last night.
(positive) I ate a lot of food last night.
Note that much is used for negatives or for questions.
For positive sentences, in spoken English, we normally use a lot of or so much… E.g. So much food / A lot of food.
Other quantifiers for uncountable nouns are:
plenty of, some, any, a little, loads of (informal), stacks of (informal), heaps of (informal)

Some nouns can be used as either uncountable or countable plural. That is, they don’t always need a counter word.
For example, wine can be:
uncountable (like water), e.g. “I drank too much/a lot of wine “
(like water), e.g. “I drank too much/a lot of “ uncountable (using a counter, e.g. a bottle of / a glass of), e.g. “I bought a bottle of wine “
(using a counter, e.g. a bottle of / a glass of), e.g. “I bought “ countable singular , e.g. “I had a wine ” (meaning a glass of wine)
, e.g. “I had ” (meaning a glass of wine) plural , e.g. “I had 3 wines ” (meaning 3 glasses of wine)
Other nouns which can be used as either countable or uncountable:
