Easy outlining on FireAlpaca
Easy outlining on FireAlpaca
I’ve seen this tutorial for PaintTool Sai floating around here a few times but couldn’t figure out how to do the same thing on FireAlpaca because it’s a tad different. After fiddling around with it for a while, I think I’ve got it figured out! (DISCLAIMER: I’m no expert at digital art since I only use this for casual designs and doodling but I guess since I got confused over it, other people may too…)
First: draw ya design (I just doodled something)
Next, select the layer by clicking on this
It should then look like this:
To get the outline, you’ll have to expand the area selected by however many pixels you want. Just depends on how thick you want the lines.
Once you’ve expanded the area ADD ANOTHER LAYER UNDER THE DESIGN YOU WANT TO OUTLINE!! And just color it in with the fill tool or draw in whatever colors you want 🙂
Hope this helps! I found a couple other tutorials that cover this but they did it differently and this was easier for me and for what I do *shrugs*
