Hold the Shift button and mash the F8 key when Windows starts. This will sometimes boot you into the new advanced repair options. If F8 and Shift+F8 is not working, read other methods here http://goo.gl/mxLdSM

1. Click on the Troubleshoot option
2. Now select Advanced Options.
3. Now choose the Windows Startup Settings option
4. Then hit the Restart button
Getting To Safe Mode From Within Windows 8
1. Press the Win+R key combination and type msconfig in the run box
2. Click the Boot tab. Check the \”Safe boot\” box and select \”Minimal\” for a typical safe boot. Click Apply and your computer will boot into Safe Mode next time it restarts.

สวัสดีครับ วันนี้จะมาสอนวิธีเข้า Safe Mode ของ PS VITA สำหรับกรณีเครื่องมีปัญหา ไม่สามารถเข้าเครื่องได้ หรือเข้าแล้วค้าง เครื่องช้า หรือแอบทำสายมืดจนเครื่องค้าง หรือ ลบเกมแล้วไม่ออก ต้องการเรียงไอคอนเกมใหม่ สุดท้ายก็ต้องการฟอแมตเครื่องกลับค่าโรงงาน นั่นเอง
วิธีเข้า Safe Mode
ให้กดปุ่ม 3 ปุ่มพร้อมกัน (PS+R+Power) จนขึ้นคำสั่ง
คำสั่งใน Safe Mode PS VITA
1. Restart the PS Vita System
ใช้สำหรับรีสตาท์เครื่อง เช่น เครื่องค้างบ่อยจนเครื่องวีต้าเข้ามาหน้า Safe Mode เอง
2. Rebuild Database
ใช้สำหรับปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลระบบของ PS VITA จะมีการปรับระบบของเกม และเครื่อง PS VITA (เหมาะสำหรับคนที่เครื่องช้า หรือลบเกมไม่ได้)
3. Format Memory Card
ฟอร์ทแมตเมมโมรี่การ์ด PS VITA เท่านั้น ไม่ได้ล้างเครื่อง
4. Restore the PS Vita System
เรียกคืนการตั้งค่าระบบต่างๆ จากโรงงาน ล้างเครื่องทั้งหมดเหมือนตอนพึ่งซื้อนั่นเอง (คนที่ฟอแมตเครื่องจากข้างในไม่ได้ เช่นติดรหัส pin ต่างๆ หรือเครื่องเข้าไม่ได้แล้วระบบพังแล้ว ก็ต้องมารีสโตเครื่องจากทาง safe mode)
5. Update System Software
อัพเดตเครื่อง PS VITA เวอร์ชั่นใหม่ อัพผ่านทางเมมวีต้าหรือผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์
