How to Find Windows 10 Spotlight Lock Screen Pictures
If you have Windows 10’s default, Spotlight feature enabled, your lock screen shows gorgeous images courtesy of Microsoft. Some of these highquality photos are nature shots while others are pictures of great cities around the world. The pictures rotate several times a day, but what if you see an image you like and want to keep a copy of it on your laptop? Windows keeps these Windows 10 lock screen photos buried deep in a hidden directory, but with a bit of digging, you can find them, save them and even use them as desktop wallpaper.

Windows Spotlight is an excellent feature available in all editions of Windows 10 to automatically set a new picture as lock screen background each day. The feature automatically downloads images from Bing and works only if your PC is connected to the Internet.

Steps to Fix Windows Spotlight Not Changing Pictures On Windows 10,Windows Spotlight Lockscreen Picture Stuck on Same Picture on Windows 10
Make sure Internet is connected and Windows is updated.
Step 1) Open Settings/Click on Personalization/Click on Lock screen/ Under Background, make sure Windows Spotlight is NOT selected and change the option to Picture or Slideshow.
Go to this path:
%USERPROFILE%/AppData\\Local\\Packages\\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\\LocalState\\Assets
Select all the files Ctrl + A and Delete all the files
Go to the location:
%USERPROFILE%/AppData\\Local\\Packages\\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\\Settings
Make a Rightclick on settings.dat and roaming.lock
Restart your PC
Open Settings/Click on Personalization/Click on Lock screen/ Under Background select Windows Spotlight
Step 2) Register windows spotlight
Open PowerShell as an administrator
Type PowerShell in the search box and run PowerShell as an administrator
