Learning how to make a packer FTM is easy and it won’t take a lot of your time. The best part – it won’t cost you a fortune! HOW TO MAKE A PACKER WITH SOCKS FTM?
A sock packer is a super cheap & easy solution that anyone can make at home! All you’re going to need are:
– Socks
– Some plush filling
– A thread
– A needle
– Scissors
So, how to pack with socks? It’s easier to learn by using visuals, so check out this video tutorial on how to make a homemade packer FTM:
Begin by bending your sock in a half vertically, then sew downwards from the tip (start from the toe part and move towards the opening of the sock) forming a cylinder shape, which is going to be a shaft of the packer. Once you’re finished sewing, don’t forget to tie the loose ends, so it’s nice and firm. The next step would be to turn it inside out and to fill the shaft with some plush material. Don’t overfill it, since the shaft is going to be too rigid and it won’t look realistic when packing. Now, you’re going to form testicles by filling the foam to the very top and sewing a line right through the middle. Make sure there are no loose corners, and then make a tight knot from the remaining thread. Voilà! You just made an FTM sock packer.
DIY packers have many benefits, unfortunately, you should have in mind that it won’t look realistic at all. The shape and the size might look somewhat similar, but it’s still going to be socks sewed to form a penis shape. Additionally, it won’t necessarily feel comfy when wearing (depends on the material and shape) and it’s hard to keep it in place throughout the day as well.
CHEAP FTM PACKERS: DIY PACKER MADE FROM FABRIC
If you’re willing to put more effort into the packer-making process, here’s another tutorial on how to make a packer FTM.
What you’re going to need for your homemade packer?
– A sheet of paper for the pattern making
– A fabric (double the size of the sheet of paper)
– A pantyhose
– Plush filling
– A thread & a needle
– Scissors
– A pencil
Begin by preparing the pattern – draw a half of phallus, cut it out of the paper, then put the pattern of the material folded in half and cut the shape out. Sew the edges, starting from the bottom, moving towards the shaft. Finally, the tip should be a little folded and sewn around. Pull both threads together and tie them firmly and cut the material around. Now all you need to do is to turn the fabric inside out and that’s it – you have a form for the shaft. To finish your FTM DIY packer, you need to add filling and attach testicles that are relevantly easy to make. Form two balls from the plush filling, put them into the pantyhose and make a knot in between. Then fill the other side with filling and make another knot. Finally, put the pantyhose with the fillings inside of the material that you made in the beginning and sew it all together. HOMEMADE STP DEVICE
A homemade STP device might be difficult to make in comparison with other types of packers since it must be comfortable and functional when “nature calls”. The easiest and most practical way to make a DIY packer, suitable for STP function, is by modifying a medical spoon. Medical spoons are available at drugstores and cost only a few dollars, so it’s very accessible for almost anyone.
So, how to make a packer STP device? You’re going to need:
– A medical spoon
– Knife/ razor blade/ a drill
– Marker
– Lighter
– Molding material (optional)
Start by making a hole at the end of the medical spoon handle. The end of the tube is usually closed, so you’ll need to mark the exact part that you’re going to remove. Then, drill a hole with a drill or slice off the marked tip of the handle using either a knife or a razor blade. To make things easier, use a lighter and heat the plastic up in order to make it softer. The lighter can be handy when eliminating sharp edges as well. You can form the tip from molding material – the tip should look like a rounded cone. Or, you can use rubber and other similar material to form the tip. And now you’ve learned how to make a packer!

DIY PACKING HARNESS
Now that you’ve learned how to make a packer, you’ll need a harness to keep it in place throughout the day. What about DIY packing harnesses? You can make a packing harness from materials that you’re going to find at home, such as elastic bands or old boxers. When making a packing harness from elastic bands, you’ll need to measure yourself, then, according to these measurements, you’ll choose a reasonable amount of elastic fabric. Sew both ends of the elastic band (it will be your waistband) and sew the part that will support your packer. It should look something like this:

DIY PACKING UNDERWEAR
Since we’re talking about DIY FTM products… Why not make DIY packing underwear? The easiest and fastest way to make packing underwear is using an old pair of boxers and adding a pouch to secure the packer into a place.
Step 1 – Find boxers that you would like to use for packing. Make sure it fits you perfectly.
Step 2 – Find a piece of material, measure it according to your packer size and cut it out.
Step 3 – The piece of fabric should be positioned on the boxers according to your anatomy. You can pack lower or higher, the most important aspect – a packer should look natural.
Step 4 – Sew a piece of fabric on the inner side of the underwear. It should look somewhat like a pocket.

Yes, it’s a great option if you don’t have any other choices. It’s inexpensive, in some cases you can even make a free FTM packer at home without too much effort. However, it takes too much time & effort for something that doesn’t look real. Additionally, since it’s very cheap and made from primitive materials – it won’t last. So you’ll have to make a new one from time to time. What if your packer will tear right before going out? Or during some important event? On a tight budget? Not yet out of the closet? Unable to order a packer online because of delivery issues? Not a problem. I’ll show you how to make a packer with a few inexpensive supplies that you may already have at home! Ash Hardell made an excellent DIY tutorial and here is the breakdown of their strategy!
What You’ll Need To Make A Packer:
At least 3 Knee-High Nylon Stockings (Pantyhose or stockings) (More Workable Than Socks) or Socks ($: Free-$6)
Two Strips of Athletic Tape ($1 at Dollar Tree)
Scissors (You can find some scissors right?…No?… A knife could work…)
1. Fill One Knee-High Stocking With Another
Insert one of the stockings into the second stocking so that you have one inside of the other. Feel free to add an additional pair of stockings inside if you want to add more girth or to make a packer that is more firm.
2. Mold To Phallus Shape
Adjust the shape of the inside stocking so that you create the shape you are looking for. The goal is to create a more phallus shape that is smooth with minimal lumps and wrinkles.
3. Shape Your Phallus
Leaving about half an inch at the top for the “head,” wrap the tape around the “shaft” to create the amount of girth you want. If you want a short and firm packer, pack the inside stockings deeper towards the closed end, then wrap to hold the shape.
4. Form 2 Spheres With Second Pair of Stockings
Individually roll down the stockings from the knee (top) all the way down to the closed end. If you prefer the scrotum to be smaller, you can cut the stocking in half to have less material. You are creating the testicles so you want them to be firm and the size you’re looking for.
5. Insert “Balls”
Insert both spheres and position them against where you want your phallus to end. Be sure to leave a small amount of space to allow the packer room to bend (pack) easier.
6. Cut Off Excess
Use scissors to cut off the remaining stocking leaving about 2 or 3 inches to shape your scrotum. You don’t want your packer to have a tail!
7. Shape Your Balls
Twist remaining material tight and pull upwards towards shaft to create a distinction between faux testicles. This will make it seem less like a lump and more like a distinctive pair of balls.
8. Close Outside Tight & Seal
Once you’ve created the distinction between “testicles,” lay the excess stocking against the shaft and use a strip of athletic tape to adhere the excess stocking against the base of the shaft. Make sure to keep the tension on the balls you just created so you can hold the shape by pinning down that excess material.
When you’re struggling with dysphoria, a little help goes a long way. Packers are a great way to combat bottom dysphoria, and since some packers are seriously expensive this DIY packer can be a great budget-friendly option.
If all this sounds like way too much effort, there’s always the Mr. Limpy. At 12.95, it’s hard to find a cheaper option and for the price, you really can’t beat it.

Easy 3-Step DIY Packer! *Trans FtM life hack*
Hi all, I know it’s been a while but I had a topic regarding packing/STP’s I really wanted to bring up and share with you guys.
So, to be blunt, throughout my life I’ve always wanted a dick. This is pretty normal for trans FtM guys, and not having one can be a huge insecurity. Personally for me, it’s not a huge insecurity in my normal day-to-day life, but when I’m doing sports or wear tight clothes I feel a lot more confident when packing. The problem I’ve faced all too often is finding a good packer.
Story time.
The first packer I got was this huge, (probably about 6 inch) lumpy silicone fake penis that needed a harness (which I didn’t have) and was all sticky and weighed like…a lot. (I actually ended up cutting it in half cause it was so big) #FirstWorldTransProblems (FWTP’s). And for sports since it was so heavy when I’d wear it under baggy sports shorts…to put it simply, didn’t go too well. So I put Mr. Floppy (my own name for him) in retirement, and my mom and I went online and found this great $70 sports STP packer. So we splurged and I was happy; but once it arrived even that one was a disappointment. It was smaller which was good, but a LOT smaller. It was about three inches, and was just erect the whole time. It was too short to position in a way that was like a “bulge,” and it also required a harness and the STP function never worked well…so it ended up living under my bathroom sink for many years and I just dealt with the dysphoria. It wasn’t horrible, I found things to use if I wanted (and if there are any swimmers out there I can post on my solution for that if anyone wants suggestions, but basically you can pin in a sock or pantyhose rolled into a ball into your speedo/swim briefs). But overall, it was a pain (emotionally and literally, #SafetyPinsAreNotAlwaysSafe), as well as time-consuming/annoying to try and pin socks into my underwear all the time!
So anyways, I tried various sorts of things until one day, when I was feeling particularly dysphoric, I became determined to design a DIY easy cheap, sports-friendly packer. I eventually came up with this method, which I’ve used for a while now and thought I’d share with y’all. If you’re willing to not have an STP, save the money on expensive packers! This is my quick and easy DIY cheap 3-Step packing method! Here goes.
Items you will need:
Hot glue gun (I’ve only used a hot glue gun for this, super glue might work but if you have a glue gun I would suggest using that).
A lonesome sock (I always have lots of socks w/o a pair or worn-through socks available, but you could also buy new socks. Also, it’s not too important but ankle socks have worked best for me.)
Briefs (boxers won’t work for this method, there needs to be a pocket in the underwear.)
Scissors (so you can cut the sock to the size you want)
Instructions:
Step 1: Plug in the glue gun (I forget to do this way too often)
Step 2: Roll the sock into a ball and put into the underwear pocket/position accordingly
Step 3: Glue the sides of the pocket shut. You can put some glue on the sock as well to hold it in place. Let it cool before trying on (this takes about a minute).
That’s it! Once the sock is in the underwear pocket, it’ll stay there. I’ve never had an issue with them falling out. It’s lightweight, I can exercise with them, they’re 100% washable (I’ve put them in the washer using hot water and the dryer for years and the glue doesn’t disappear). It’s an easy DIY packer that you can adjust by size of sock to what feels best for you (suggest you use older underwear for trying this out until you figure out what size feels best for you personally).
Obviously it’s not an STP, but once the sock is in the underwear, it stays there so you don’t have to worry about “forgetting your packer” or something falling out etc. And the price is right! An old sock is free, glue guns are under $10 and probably a lot of you have these at home already for school projects etc.
