วัตถุดิบคั่วกลิ้งหมู

4. ขมิ้นเหลือง 1 ชิ้น (1ข้อนิ้วก้อย)
5. หอมแดงเล็ก 23 หัว
6. พริกไทดำ 1 ช้อนชา
7. กะปิ 1 ช้อนชา
8. ผิวมะกรูด 1/2 ช้อนชา
9. น้ำปลา 23 ช้อนชา
10. พริกขี้หนูหรือพริกชี้ฟ้า 56 เม็ด(แล้วแต่ชอบ)
อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้
ครก กระทะ
วิธีทำคั่วกลิ้งหมู
1. ตำเครื่องคั่วกลิ้งด้วย ตะไคร้ ขิ้นเหลือง หอมแดง พริกไทยดำ กะปิ ผิวมะกรูด แล้วพักไว้
2. ตั้งกระทะไฟกลาง ผัดเครื่องที่ตำให้พอหอม ตามด้วยหมูลงไปรวนจนสุก คั่วต่อเรื่อยๆ จนหมูแห้งสนิด ใส่ใบมะกรูดซอยลงคั่วต่ออีกเล็กน้อย ปรุงด้วยน้ำปลา เสริฟด้วยผักสด หรือไข่ต้มด้วยก็ได้
