Instructions for use for the product
BBSM is applied to the surface three times at 3 minute intervals using a nylon brush, broom or pump sprayer, liberally flooding the graffiti with the product. For typical graffiti, high-pressure cleaner (preferably hot water) about three minutes after the last application.
If none is available, a stiff nylon brush and a bucket of water may suffice. Movement when applying this product can be of great help.
Continued experience with the product enables the user to assess how many applications are required for different surfaces and specific spray cans. With older/thicker graffiti, patience is key. Keep the graffiti wet with the product for as long as possible before rinsing it off.
Remember that in this case a pressure washer is used as a quick rinse of the dissolved graffiti and not as the primary cleaning agent.
Ideally use 1500 – 2000 psi with a 15º or 25º fan jet at about 6 inches from the surface. When rinsing off loosened graffiti with a pressure washer, try to remove a LIGHT LIGHT of graffiti from the underside of the tag without wetting the entire area. When satisfied, proceed to full scale.
Wash the entire area from top to bottom.
Remember, if the remover didn’t do its job, even “Blast” won’t fix the problem. Failure is usually due to insufficient flood coating and not leaving the product on it long enough, and cannot be remedied by blasting too narrow or at higher pressure. Do not use “turbo” jets or blast too close as you can cause damage and may only remove a small percentage more.
ATTENTION
Always test on an inconspicuous area before using on a large area. This product is designed to remove all types of marks and stains and may have an unpredictable or even harmful result on certain man-made or soiled surfaces. If necessary, wait for the surface to dry for perfect results.
TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS
Moving in hot weather: If possible, avoid moving large areas in direct sunlight on very hot days. First wet the surface and apply BBSM according to the instructions above

Cold Weather Distances: Allow for longer dwell times in cold weather. Expect significantly slower response times in weather below 40°F / 5°C. Basically, larger graffiti removal projects are better left in warmer weather than cold/frosty.
TIPS FOR USING RAW BRICK & MASONRY REMOVER EFFECTIVELY
Tip 1 Some aerosol cans like red ones can stain surfaces. Other spray cans will change color once Bare Brick Stone & Masonry Remover has been applied. For full and complete removal of these stains, use our FELTPEN FADEOUT after or while BBSM is still on the stain.
TIP 2 If you’re fixing someone else’s previous mistake and may have problems, BBSM can be left on the wall overnight (if safe to do so) to ensure maximum dwell time.
When you come back in the morning, one more application and a wash will usually fix the problem.

HOW TO USE: REMOVE GRAFFITI FROM PAINTED SURFACES

Apply BBSM and move with the brush as you apply. Depending on the type of graffiti you may need more than one coat and a small dwell time between coats to ensure this
