Before bringing ingredients down, try to remove most of the liquorice locks and glaze, preferably in the same column as the first ingredient. This way it will be easier to bring the ingredients down. When ingredients are positioned directly over licorice locks or frosting, it becomes more difficult to remove the blockers and get the ingredients down.
Match candies as far down the board as possible, preferably under ingredients, as many times as you can. Doing so will move the largest amount of candy, hopefully some will auto-adjust and create new ways to craft special candy.
With 6 color candies, it is not easy to make special candies. The particular candy to aim for is the Vertical Striped Candy, as the easiest way to bring down an ingredient is to have a matching Vertical Striped Candy in the same column as the ingredient itself.

All you have to do is bring down the only 2 ingredients available in this level and score 20,000 points in 33 moves. 33 moves sounds very limited, but the goal is not difficult. First remove the meringues, then put your focus near the column where the ingredients are at the top. Use vertical stripes in accordance with the ingredients and you can easily bring them down.
