You can delete Play Games data from your Google Account for one or all games that you have played. When you delete data for a game, you may also delete any in-game achievements or progress, depending on how the developer created the game.

Clear Play Games data for a specific game

Open the Play Games app on your Android phone or tablet. Tap More Settings at the top of the screen. Tap Delete Play Games Account and Data. Under Delete individual game data, find the game data you want to remove and tap Delete.

Delete your Play Games profile and all Play Games data

If you delete your Play Games profile, all of your Play Games information will be deleted from your Google Account and your gamername will be available to other users.

It is only possible to connect one Golf Clash account with each recovery option:

– E-mail

– phone number

– Facebook

However, you can assign multiple recovery options to the same Golf Clash account. This means a Golf Clash account can be secured with a Facebook profile, email address and phone number.

To restore a Golf Clash account, simply select the settings cog in the top left corner of the main menu screen. On this screen, tap on the “Restore Existing Profile” button.

Golf Clash will sync with the Facebook account that is active on your device and load the Golf Clash account that was linked to your Facebook profile.

Restore with phone.

Enter your registered phone number. An SMS message will be sent to this number with a verification code, which can then be entered to recover your account.

You cannot use Chrome apps or extensions on the deleted account.

Reinstalling a game can be more difficult. Please follow these steps to avoid losing your game progress:

Make sure your game is connected to your Facebook account. Please note that we do not recommend connecting more than one Facebook account to the game as this may affect saving of your progress. Go to Settings > Apps, select the game you want to reinstall and tap Delete. Restart your device. Go to the Google Play Store and download the app again. Make sure you have a stable internet connection before launching the game. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi networks are generally more stable than cellular networks. Once you start the game you will see a pop-up window with an option to load your game progress. Confirm your choice and enjoy the game! 🙂

If the Golf Clash app closes on your device’s home screen, don’t panic. This problem can usually be resolved by following the steps below.

Restart your device by turning it off and on again. Check if you have the latest version of iOS installed on your device. You can check this under “Settings” > “General” > “Software update” and check if new software is available. Check if your device has enough free space. Please go to “Settings” > “About” and check “Capacity” and “Available”. You can free up storage space by removing unnecessary apps, for example. Free up device memory by closing apps running in the background. To do this, double-tap the Home button (square) to see all the apps running in the background, then swipe up to close them. Remove/transfer unwanted videos and pictures from your device. Make sure you have closed any apps running in the background on your device while playing Golf Clash. Make sure your device has enough battery power and is not plugged in while charging. Disable the Advanced Visual Effects option from the in-game settings menu. You can access it by selecting the gray gear icon on the main menu screen.

Turn your device off and on again, then try loading Golf Clash again.
