What should the PSI be on a Subaru Outback?
The scan tools I use are set to psi by default. At 20 kPa idling, that’s about 3 psi. Since the engine should be pulling about 18 inHg at idle, that translates to about 8-9 psi or 55-60 kPa. For dense air or high volume, however you want to look at it, the ECM fuels the car and floods the combustion with fuel.

How do i reset the Subaru throttle position sensor?

MoSTSubaru vehicles offer a recalibration procedure for the throttle position sensor, so while this is not a reset, it functionally supports essentially the same end results. This can be useful if your Subaru vehicle has a very low idle or even stalls due to lack of revs. It might not be a universal solution to all your problems, but it’s worth trying. First you need to get into your Subaru and make sure that all accessories are turned off. Turn the key to ON and wait 20 seconds. You will hear relays turning on, fuel pump turning on, etc. Start your car without touching the gas pedal, then let it idle until the radiator fan engages. Turn off the car and when you restart it should recalibrate.
