I’ve got 2 in N695 (Enzo borka and Boker esculta) and 1 in N690 (boker El gigante). I like the n690 slightly better. The n695 in my esculta is fantastic though. I’m not a big stainless guy, but it seems right on the money – responds well to a strop, holds a good fine edge. That goes for both Bokers. The Enzo is a much worse experience. Doesn’t seem to work for me at all, edge seems very fragile to me. I never use it, which is a shame for a folder of that cost. This was particularly odd because it seemed to be doing great – until it wasn’t.

If I had to guess (and it is just a guess) I’d assume that with good ht it’s great and with ok ht it sucks. I’d still take good HT 1095, o1 or 5160 first, but I’m very Happy with my bokers.
