UPDATED: JUL 15, 2022 It pours very dark brown with a brown head. It has excellent head retention. Medium roast aromas with chocolate, coffee and some citrus. It has chocolate and medium roast flavors with floral notes and a bit of citrus. There is very slight sweetness in the taste with moderate bitterness. It has a medium body with a smooth texture. It is bitter, but not unpleasant. Overall, very good flavors and well balance with pleasant bitterness.

Pours black with a large mocha brown head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt and caramel flavors as well as having a rich, full body and chewy mouthfeel. Finishes quite dry but impeccably smooth with coffee and dark chocolate flavors as well as more roastiness at the end. Wonderful.
