𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
In this video, we will learn about LiDAR \u0026 its working principle. LiDAR, or light detection and ranging, is a popular remote sensing method used for measuring the exact distance of an object on the earth’s surface. As LiDAR has plenty of applications, so will take a look at a LiDAR Sensor from Benewake called a TFMini-S Micro LiDAR Distance Sensor. This LiDAR Sensor can measure the distance up to 12 meters.
First, we will go through the interfacing of TFMini-S with Arduino. We will see its library and basic example code to measure the distance. Then we will use a display unit like LCD Display to display the measured distance in LCD Screen. We will also be doing the range testing and performing various other tests. If you are excited about this product then let’s begin this tutorial.
