Method 1: Using System Configuration tool
1. Press the Win+R key combination and type msconfig in the run.
2. Click the Boot tab. Check the \”Safe boot\” box and Click ok and your computer will boot into Safe Mode next time it restarts.
Method 2: Shift + Restart Option
Press the Power button from Start menu, or at Windows login screen. Then, press and hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard and click Restart.
Method 3: Shift+F8
Hold the Shift button and mash the F8 key when Windows starts. This will sometimes boot you into the new advanced repair options.
1. Click on the Troubleshoot option
2. Now select Advanced Options.
3. Now choose the Windows Startup Settings option
4. Then hit the Restart button
5. Press the F4 key on your keyboard, to enable Safe Mode

Huawei SAFE MODE | Tips and Tricks
In this tutorial I will show you how to enable and disable SAFE MODE on Huawei Mate 8, Honor 8, P9, Lite (Android 6.0). You can use this option if you want to turn off and uninstall the apps that causing troubles on your phone.
IMPORTANT
Safe mode allows to your device to run without nonessential applications.
Use this method to see what app is causing your device to freeze/reset/run slow.
Use this method before any hard reset.
This method was tested on Huawei P9 Lite L21 but also should work on:

กด power ค้างไว้จะได้ยินเสียงปิ้บแรก สักพักพอปิ้บสองให้ปล่อยปุ่มจะขึ้นหน้าจอตามคลิปเลย แล้วเอาสาย usb ที่เสียบกับจอย ps4 เสียบกับ เครื่อง ps4 อีกทีแล้วกด ps(หรือ home) จะขึ้นเมนูตามคลิปเลยครับ

กด power ค้างไว้ได้ยินเสียงปิ้บแรกแล้ว สักพักมีปิ้บสอง และอีกสักพักพอได้ยินปิ้บสามมันจะปิดเครื่องทันทีแล้วปล่อยปุ่ม จากนั้นให้เรากด power ค้างใหม่ จะได้ยินเสียงปิ้บแรก สักพักได้ยินปิ้บสอง และอีกแป้บนึงจะได้ยินเสียงปิ้บปิ้บแล้วปล่อยปุ่มจ้าจะขึ้นหน้าจอตามคลิปเลยครับ แล้วเอาสาย usb ที่เสียบกับจอย ps3 เสียบกับเครื่อง ps3 อีกทีแล้วกด ps(หรือ home) จะขึ้นเมนูตามคลิปเลยครับ
จุดประสงค์ที่เข้า safe mode คือมา rebuild database ครับ เหมือนเป็นการล้าง cache ในเครื่องออกไปอ่ะครับ และเปรียบเสมือนการ defragment คอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยครับ
