3.2 million deaths per year
The WHO are fighting the Covid-19 pandemic with everything they got. And so is the rest of the world. We all need to do what we can to get this under control – and to stay sane in the process. Part of doing so is not forgetting about the pandemic that was identified by WHO in 2012 already.

So what can we do? Some of us need to find new ways to exercice, some of us need to start exercising! We all need to move! For many of us our mental health is also depending on it. Some say the sofa is “our battlefield”. We say it’s our training shoes. Every sweaty t-shirt, every sore muscle, every lungful of fresh air is a victory.
