กองทัพอากาศจัดการแถลงนโยบายผู้บัญชาการทหารอากาศ ประจำปี พ.ศ.2565
วันอังคารที่ 5 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2564 เวลา 0909 น. ณ ห้องประชุมกองทัพอากาศ กองบัญชาการกองทัพอากาศเพื่อเป็นการสื่อสารเจตนารมณ์ของ พลอากาศเอก นภาเดช ธูปะเตมีย์ ผู้บัญชาการทหารอากาศ ไปยังข้าราชการทหารอากาศ และกำลังพลในสังกัดกองทัพอากาศทุกคน ให้ได้รับทราบและตระหนักถึงหน้าที่อันสำคัญในการปฏิบัติงานราชการ ภายใต้ความมุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างจิตสำนึกด้วยคติประจำใจ Code of Conduct “จงรักภักดี สำนึกหน้าที่ สามัคคี เสียสละ” ผ่านระบบการประชุมทางไกล Video Tele Conference (VTC) และเผยแพร่ภาพสัญญาณผ่านระบบสื่อออนไลน์ เพื่อให้กำลังพลทุกระดับได้รับฟังอย่างทั่วถึงและพร้อมเพรียงกัน
โดยสาระสำคัญของการแถลงนโยบายครั้งนี้คือการมุ่งสู่การเป็น “กองทัพอากาศคุณภาพ Quality Air Force” ภายใต้การขับเคลื่อนนโยบายที่สำคัญ 6 ด้านประกอบด้วย
1. คนคุณภาพ (Quality People)
2. ข้อมูลและการข่าวที่มีคุณภาพ (Superior ISR)
3. กำลังทางอากาศที่เข้มแข็ง (Cutting Edge Air Operations)
4. ระบบส่งกำลังบำรุงที่ลื่นไหล (Uninterrupted Continuously Logistics)
5. เชื่อมโยงและช่วยเหลือประชาชน (Quality Civic Actions)
6. ข้าราชการมีความสุขด้วยระบบสวัสดิการที่มีคุณภาพ (Supreme Morale)
ทั้งนี้ ยังเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญที่จะสร้างความสามัคคีให้เกิดขึ้นตาม คำขวัญประจำหน่วยที่ว่า “ความสามัคคีกลมเกลียว เป็นน้ำหนึ่งใจเดียวกันนั้น คือสิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดของหน่วยทหาร”โดยความมุ่งมั่นสำคัญ เพื่อนำกองทัพอากาศสู่ความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืน บนพื้นฐานของการปลูกฝังกำลังพลให้จงรักภักดี สำนึกในหน้าที่ของการเป็นทหารอากาศ การสร้างความสมัครสมานสามัคคี ให้บังเกิดความรักและความผูกพันในหมู่ข้าราชการทุกระดับชั้น มีความพร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความเสียสละ ทุ่มเทเพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนรวมมากกว่าประโยชน์ส่วนตน จึงจะนำไปสู่การเป็นกองทัพอากาศคุณภาพ หรือ Quality Air Force อย่างแท้จริง และยั่งยืนสืบไป
