This video will teach you how to restart a New Game on Forza Horizon 4 for the PC. It took me some time to figure it out and there was no video on this so I decided to make one. The first 3 minutes is explaining why you can’t restart a new game.
This is for the Microsoft Store version. I don’t have the Steam version. I don’t want to buy it at full price again.

Quick Guide
1) Delete save data in the location:
AppData Local Packages Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame
(replace the with greater than symbol, it looks like an arrow pointing right)
2) Disconnect from the internet.
3) Start a new game and complete the first mission to Save.
4) Exit to desktop.
5) Connect to internet.
6) Load FH4 and select (newer) option to keep the New Game save file.

วิธีเช็คและอัพเดท Steam
◼️คลิกที่เมนู Steam
◼️เลือกรายการ Check for Steam Client Update….
◼️ระบบจะทำการเช็คและอัพเดทเป็นเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุด
วิธีอัพเดท Steam Client แบบใหม่
◼️คลิกที่เมนู Steam เลือก Settings
◼️ในแถบ Account ให้ดูตรงหัวข้อ Beta participation..
◼️คลิกปุ่ม CHANHE… เลือก Steam Beta Update
◼️จากนั้นจะปรากฏข้อความแจ้งเตือนให้ Restart Steam
◼️ระบบจะทำการอัพเดทไฟล์และติดตั้งโปรแกรม Steam ให้อัตโนมัติ
