Superbuy Shopping Reviews

I decided to use Superbuy after it was recommended to buy some plushies from Taobao – I made two separate orders and everything was fine. Then just before one was to be shipped out I was informed I needed to make another payment because it was a pre-order item. Since I wasn’t aware of this (The seller didn’t list it as preorder or state that it was anywhere) and I didn’t have the extra I asked to cancel my order. The first time I asked they simply replied that I can’t have a refund and closed the message so I couldn’t respond. Second attempt they told me they would message the seller then get back to me, to which they then said nothing until I asked again and told me that I could not be refunded. This went on for over a week so I decided to go through PayPal since I wasn’t getting anywhere and as soon as the case was opened Superbuy started spam emailing me saying they’d cancel all of my other orders (which were paid for) and freeze my account if I didn’t cancel the PayPal dispute. They then cancelled my other order totaling over $50 and when I tried to take the money from the app they froze it saying unless I cancel the PayPal case the money won’t be given back – Absolutely disgusted with this company, even on an order unrelated it was cancelled and now they’ve scammed me out of $50. PayPal have refunded one part so far so fingers crossed they’ll give me the rest, avoid this app at all costs and use Aliexpress or look for resellers
