Can’t find a Cuckquean? Trust me, we’re out there.

Cuckquean (sometimes called Cuckqueen) is a really small fetish. There aren’t a lot of people who openly express their interest in our fetish.

But that doesn’t mean we’re not out there.

On a recent post on r/cuckqueencommunity – Cuckqueans of all shapes and sizes joined the conversation on their experiences as a cuckquean. Over the next few days, I thought I’d share some of their stories in the hope you don’t feel alone.

We’ll start with reddit user Tarpy7297.

I have been a cuckquean for most of my adult years. I didn’t know it was a fetish until a couple years ago. I didn’t know it had a name. I know the exact situation that allowed this side of my life to develop and grow. This happened when i was maybe 16, or 17. It’s a very hot story. I will save for another time. I am 40 now. I always thought I was just demented. Lol.

I, since the above mentioned incident, would fantasize about my husband’s ex girlfriends. I would fantasize about him with them, not just sexually, but just them together/happy/talking kissing. I would try to ask him things,in the past, but I feared he would think i was crazy. I didn’t fully understand what I was dealing with until two years ago.

After a very difficult time in my marriage, me and hubby married 19 years this year, I found myself looking through old phone records and was 90% sure my husband had cheated . I couldn’t understand why I was extremely aroused sexually while I was looking through all this information that might be the discovery of my husband having had an affair. I had known a long time that I would become highly aroused at the thought of my husband with another girl, but it was different. I had never doubted his fidelity until this time.

So I finally realized that it was the idea of him with another woman was what was leading to this heightened sexuality. I realized that I both loved and hated imagining him with another woman. I googled the emotions that I was feeling and bam there it was cuckhold. I was just so surprised to find out that it was a type of kink, and that there were in fact other women just like me, and they are called cuckqueans. I didn’t share this with my husband right away. I did a lot of research, looked at a lot of tumblr posts and porn associated with the topic, and subsequently was led to Reddit. Where I’ve found so much information and some fabulous platforms for meeting other women.

It’s so disheartening to find out that the unicorns are truly just that. A myth. A legend. It is very hard to find women who are willing and who understand the kink, and so far we have had no success. Every one has flaked out on us, so far. I reluctantly told my husband about my newly discovered kink and he has been open to it and he was doubtful of my sincerity at first. He seemed to think it was a trap. But he’s read a lot of things and he sees that it’s not just me that many other women have the same desires and I think he is going to make a great boyfriend for some lucky little slut. It is a learning process and we keep everything out in the open. We talk about how things make us feel and we know the boundaries.

I’ve given him permission to pursue women. I tell him as long as he tells me what he is doing that I am cool, I’ve given permission to seek out ex lovers, I even want him to try lying to girls about me, he can say we are separated or divorced if that’s what it takes. I wish he would come home and tell me he’s met a girl everyday, but so far no. He does tell me when women flirt with him. It drives me absolutely crazy. He always said women didn’t flirt with him or come on to him, but he’s very attractive and I knew he was lying. So it’s helped his self confidence in that he sees how other women see him, and it’s not just me. Lol.

I love it and I knew it was real because I cannot help it. It is so deeply just a part of me that allowing it to be just what it is and not hiding it has really opened up new doors for us sexually. Just FYI I have no evidence that is concrete regarding his infidelity. I dug and dug and honestly wanted to find that he had, but no such luck. I know he didn’t cheat like physically sleeping with another woman, but I still am in doubt on whether or not he may have talked to other women with the hopes of fucking them. He says no and it’s honestly not something I am concerned with anyway anymore.

It was a rough time for us both and neither one of us have been perfect spouses, but we love each other and I know there’s not another person on the planet I want to spend the rest of my life with. So here we are and that is that. Dm with questions if you want. So sorry for the longest comment in history. Lol. I can’t help it. This was the short version. lol. Tarpy7297

As you can see, the road to becoming a cuckquean is not always simple. There are conversations and feelings that have to be dealt with in order for everyone to feel comfortable with the situation. Jealousy is a main concern for most Cuckqueans, but we’ll talk about that another day.

Cuckquean Guide: Do You Like Watching Your Man with Someone Else?

Everyone talks about cuckqueans, but do you really know what it is? And if you do, do you know how to be a cuckquean? We’ve got the answers for you.

There’s a new sexual term every day for acts we’ve being indulging in for ages! You may have heard of the term, cuckquean, but do you know what it means? You probably knew that a cuckold was a man with a wife who has sex with other men, but there’s a female equivalent too – Enter the cuckquean!

Now, if you consider trying to be a cuckquean, be mentally prepared. It’s not as easy as it sounds. Why? Because we’re used to a societal norm when it comes to sex and relationships. Are there other types of relationships rather than monogamy? Of course. Are they mainstream? No.

Let’s go through all the details one by one, so you can get familiar with the idea of a cuckquean, what it means, who they are, and why they enjoy certain sexual acts.

What is a cuckquean?

Okay, so you have a general idea. But let’s make it more clear here. A cuckquean is the opposite of a cuckold.

To simplify, a cuckquean is a woman with a husband who has sex with different women. To a cuckquean, the act of watching her husband engaging in sex or any kind of sexual activity with another woman arouses her, and turns her on. Oh, and this is completely consensual. [Read: The cuckold fantasy – The fetish and everything about it]

But all cuckqueans aren’t the same. There are various degrees of a cuckquean, from the tamer end to the fetishist end of the spectrum:

1. The accidental cuckquean

She knows her husband is having an adulterous or illicit relationship with another women, and she doesn’t mind. In fact, she is secretly aroused by this idea that her husband is sleeping with someone else.

2. The participating cuckquean

In this type of scenario, the woman derives sexual pleasure from watching her husband have sex with another woman in front of her. Sometimes, the woman could participate in the sexual activity and indulge in a threesome with her husband and the other woman.

3. The fetishist cuckquean

On the other end of the spectrum, we have the extreme fetishist cuckquean who gets aroused, not just by watching her husband having sex with another woman, but by being verbally abused and humiliated by both of them while she’s watching them have sex.

So as you can see, the term, cuckquean, isn’t a simple definition because it can vary all the way from the tame to the wild.

Why do these scenarios arouse a cuckquean?

There are many reasons why someone in love with their partner, could find the whole idea of watching their partner have sex with someone else arousing. And here are a few great reasons why it happens.

1. Compersion

Selfless love, anyone? Compersion is the joy you feel when you see someone else happy. Have you ever loved someone so much that just watching them enjoying a sexual activity with someone else makes you blissfully happy? No? Doesn’t happen to you?

Well, it’s true, and most couples who find the idea of a cuckold or a cuckquean appealing generally fall in this category.

2. Jealousy

Everyone knows jealousy makes you desire something a lot more. We make people jealous to get their attention all the time. And this works along the same lines. How would you kickstart your sexual excitement if you’ve been in the same relationship for ages, and don’t feel a tinge of jealousy anymore?

Bring someone into bed, and watch them have sex with your partner. To a cuckquean, this jealousy can transform into sexual passion, which can help keep their sex life alive.

Confession: My first accidentally threesome that changed my life forever!

3. Submission

Some women enjoy the idea of losing all power in a sexual power play. Being ordered around and made to undergo humiliation frees them off any responsibility during the act. And watching their partner being satisfied by someone else, it’s liberating and arousing at the same time.

4. Taboo

Okay, the world may slowly be inching towards non-monogamy, but we’re still primarily a self-imposed monogamous species. If a woman secretly fantasizes about threesomes, especially with another woman and her husband, it makes her a cuckquean. Does it make her weird though? Of course not, because a threesome with another woman isn’t just a fantasy for men, it’s one of the most common fantasies for women too. [Read: The most arousing sexual fantasies to try in real life]

5. Sexual fantasy

Plain and simple. Sometimes, a woman becomes a cuckquean because she enjoys bringing her and her partner’s sexual fantasies to life. Have you ever had a threesome? Do you want to? Whether you do it in real life or just leave it as an unattainable fantasy, the fact that a woman is interested in it makes her a potential cuckquean, even if it sounds strange to accept it.

[Read: How to get your partner to open up about sex and speak their mind]

The roles and participants around a cuckquean

In the cuckquean subculture, the man usually takes on a dominant role while the woman is submissive. Now the cuckquean engages in sexual activity with her husband and the other partner, but it doesn’t always happen.

There are three participants in a scenario that creates a cuckquean. So let’s understand what those participants are called.

Cuckquean – You know who she is, the wife.

Hothusband – This is the opposite of hotwifing in a cuckold relationship. This is the husband who participates in the sexual act with another woman in front of his wife.

Cuckcake – With a very cute name, enters the woman who sleeps with the husband in front of his wife.

Is being a cuckquean a fetish?

Of course, it is! But then so is anal sex, having sex in front of a mirror, public nudity, PDA, or just about anything else that’s slowly finding its way into mainstream sexual activity. Just because someone calls something you enjoy a fetish, doesn’t mean it’s somehow dirty or perverted.

Think of it this way, anything beyond the missionary sex position was considered inappropriate and perverted several decades ago. We’ve come a long way now, and it’s only a matter of time before things that were once taboo become “normal”.

For the most part, a cuckquean relationship is a heterosexual relationship. So, the wife will only have sex with her husband. It can be bisexual, so the wife may engage in sexual activities with the other woman and husband or only with the other woman.

But that’s usually the extent of that, the husband usually won’t engage in sexual activities with another man.

Is it the same as swinging?

Lines always start to blur when you look for specifics in fetishes. If you follow the strict rules of being a cuckquean and enjoy getting insulted by your husband and his lover while they have sex in front of you, it’s not the same as swinging.

If there aren’t any rules when it comes to what you can and cannot do sexually, things can start to blur here too. This really depends on what you and your partner like, but if all three are having sex, this is just swinging. However, it can include humiliation, BDSM, orgies. It really depends on the couple. How to become a cuckquean – What you need to know

So, if you want to try out being a cuckquean, go for it. However, before you go into it, you need to ask yourself a couple questions and prepare yourself for it. Maybe you’ll really like the experience or maybe you’ll find out it’s not for you.

But before you get to that part, it’s time to really look at what it takes to be a cuckquean. It’s always good to be prepared.

If you’re curious about it, then you talk to your partner about it. Let them know how you feel and see what their opinion is on it. If they’re not comfortable with it, don’t push them. Leave them to think about it for a while and then ask them again in a couple weeks. You need to have a mutual consensus on it, or else you’re simply cheating on your partner.

Things to know and rules to follow to give this a try

Before you talk to your husband *or wife* about cuckqueans, here are a few things both of you need to always keep in mind to make sure everything goes smoothly when you bring someone else into bed.

1. Set boundaries

If your partner wants to try this out, the most important thing is to set boundaries. You may not think you need to set boundaries, but boundaries are necessary.

When you’re in the middle of the act, sometimes we get carried away and that’s why those boundaries are there. So, make sure you set them. [Read: Threesome tips – 20 rules to keep in mind before entering one]

2. There isn’t any cheating involved

Many people think this is a form of cheating. It’s not. If they think this is cheating, they just don’t understand the concept. But don’t judge, it’s hard for people to wrap their heads around this. I mean, at first, it will shock them that you want to have sex with other people but also be with them.

3. The minute their permission is not given, it’s betrayal

This is when it becomes cheating. If there’s no permission granted, and you go ahead and do it anyway, well, you just cheated. This only works if your partner agrees to do this. If the boundaries are not followed, this is betrayal to the agreement you made.

4. Have a strong understanding of your sexuality beforehand

If you want to try this out, make sure you have a strong sense of yourself. Know what you look for sexually and know where the line is. The last thing you want is to develop feelings for the third person you’re sleeping with. [Read: Are you lesbian or bisexual? How to understand your true desires]

5. Test it out with your partner

If you both agreed to do this and you’re both new at this, you probably don’t know what to do.

Do create some general boundaries beforehand, however, you’ll notice what you do and don’t like during your first cuckquean experience. Maybe you want to be more submissive or maybe less, so throughout the experience remember the things you do and don’t like. [Read: How to date kinky girls: 19 ways to go from vanilla to spice]

6. After your first time, sit down and talk about it

This only works if you fully communicate with your partner. You need to know how they feel and what they like and don’t like.

So, after the first cuckquean experience, sit down and have a serious talk with your partner. That way, you’ll be able to define the boundaries. They learn how to please you and vice versa.

7. Find a third partner

The best way to do this would be to join a swingers group. You’ll have people with all different levels of experiences and they patiently show you the ropes.

Plus, these groups are very well organized and have a high standard for health and safety. You’ll learn how to safely have a threesome and prevent any STIs from occurring.

Now that you know everything there is to be a cuckquean, you’re well prepared. Have fun and enjoy this new experience!

Am I Truly a Cuckquean?

I’m a 33-year-old straight female, been with my husband for 10 years, married for six. When we first started dating, I was an extremely jealous person. Fortunately, I got it under control with lots of therapy. But once I did, I started having fantasies about him hooking up with other people. We incorporated these fantasies in the bedroom—as a fantasy—and it was insanely hot.

Anyways, I had a baby a year ago. It took some time for my libido to come back, but she is back with a vengeance. I’m horny all the time. I’m so horny that when my husband mentioned that an old friend of his who lives in another city was getting flirty, I immediately encouraged him to see if anything might come of it. With my blessing, he shared with her that I might be a cuckquean. (Sticking with “might” for now, as we’ve never actually done this). She was interested, and the flirting escalated. Now she’s coming to town for work. Having never actually done anything like this, I started to feel unsexy jealousy creeping back in. We decided that he wouldn’t do anything with her, just grab a quick drink. But she asked to have dinner with both of us instead. That changed the math and I agreed to dinner. But I find myself vacillating between titillation and anxiety. Am I there to watch or participate? (I’m bi, so it’s not out of the question.) They’ve already got a rapport going and I’m insecure about feeling left out.

I’m writing because I don’t know how to process this cognitive dissonance. One minute I’m so excited about realizing this fantasy that I’m sneaking away to get myself off just thinking about it. The next minute I’m worrying about what will happen if I see him giving her more attention than he gives me. I don’t know how to make sense of what I’m feeling. Am I really a cuckquean if I feel this conflicted?

—Completely Confused Cuckquean

When I shared your letter with Venus, the host of the Venus Cuckoldress Podcast, she responded with three words and one exclamation point: “The elusive cuckquean!”

Cuckolding is a loving, consensual, “one-sided open relationship,” as Venus likes to describe it, and most self-identified cuckolds are men. It’s rare to encounter a cuckquean in the wild—that is, a woman who gets off on her husband or boyfriend sleeping with other women. I’ve received hundreds of letters over the years from men who wanted to be cuckolds (some gay, most straight or bi), but only a handful of letters from women like you, CCC. You are a rare flower, a black swan, a precious gem.

And what you describe—that feeling of arousal and dread, titillation and anxiety—is so common among wannabe and even practicing cucks that Venus gave it a name (and a whole segment of her podcast): cuck angst.

“That emotional angst comes with a beautifully complex cuckolding relationship,” said Venus. “To be able to process and overcome damaging jealousy and turn it into something highly erotic is truly an emotional feat. It’s something I admire so much about cuckolds and cuckqueans.”

While cuck angst can be confusing, CCC, it’s not disqualifying. If your angst is manageable and the rewards are worth the effort—and if your partner can help you manage it in an affirming way—you can get to a place where you want to realize your fantasies. But like, say, bungee jumping, CCC, it’s still gonna be scary.

“One minute it can feel great and the next minute it can feel terrifying,” said Venus. “But your partner plays a big role in providing reassurance and support for you during all of this. I know of a wife who wrote a thoughtful letter to her cuckold husband in advance of her first encounter with another man. It was for him to read if his cuck angst became overwhelming, and it turned out to be exactly what he needed at that moment. He was able to work through the anxiety and make room for the excitement and thrill of thinking about his wife with another man.”

The partner of a cuck has to strike tricky balance. You’re going to need your husband to acknowledge your insecurities and offer reassurances to minimize them, CCC, but you don’t want those insecurities to disappear. For most cucks, eroticized insecurities are at the heart of the cuckolding/cuckqueaning kink—no insecurities, no thrills. And while this can sound like a lot of effort to someone who doesn’t share this kink (or have a kink that requires emotional prep and aftercare), the rewards—the experiences you’ll share, the connections you’ll make, the orgasms you’ll have—can be great.

“But be prepared for some ups and downs,” warned Venus, “because cuckolding is truly an emotional rollercoaster.”

And please—please, please, please—don’t rush into your first cuckquean experience just because this particular woman happens to be in town this particular weekend. “Taking things slow is the key to success,” said Venus. “There’s always room to move forward with flirty teasing but having to take steps backwards due to jumping into things too quickly is never easy.”

It’s not easy to bounce back from a bad threesome that accidentally triggered feelings of jealousy, CCC, but it can be done. A bad first experience with cuckolding—where one person typically wants to be made to feel jealous and/or inadequate—can destroy a relationship. Learning where the line is between “good/bad” feelings (sexy jealousy) and “bad/bad” feelings (unsexy jealousy) takes time and not just good communication, CCC, but excessive communication.

Follow Venus on Twitter @CuckoldressV and check out her personals site for men and women seeking cuckold relationships at www.venusconnections.com.

I’m a 30-year lesbian who listens to your podcast and reads your column religiously. I’m in a long-term monogamous relationship, and I’m very much in love with my girlfriend. I recently told her that I want to explore my kinks and my sexuality and may need an open or at least a monogamish relationship. It looks like she isn’t into that. Perhaps we are sexually incompatible and need to part, but what if I act on my fantasies (swinging, orgies, BDSM) and then find out that I’m not really into any of it? Then I would have given up an otherwise good relationship for nothing. I’ve never tried any of the things I mention, so what if they’re just things I should masturbate about? Mainly, I get very turned on by the thought of being fucked by a group of women wearing strap-ons. Sometimes I feel like I’m on the verge of a life-changing sexual discovery and other times I feel like I just want to stay home with my dog. Where do I go from here? Should I continue just masturbating to these fantasies or do you think that a glorious kinky future awaits me?

—Suddenly Thinking Repeatedly About Passionate Orgies Now

You’re gonna have to make your best guess, STRAPON.

If you think staying with your current girlfriend and not acting on these fantasies and never getting to fully explore these fantasies will cause you to resent your girlfriend, and your resentment will become a cancer that eventually kills your relationship—if that’s your best guess—then you should end things with your girlfriend now. But if you wouldn’t be able to enjoy the experience of being pegged by a roomful of hot women because you’re filled with regret about dumping your girlfriend for something so “trivial” as a few easier-to-fantasize-about-than-realize sexual fantasies—if that’s your best guess—then make up your mind never to act on these fantasies. (I put “trivial” in quotes because I don’t think there’s anything trivial about sexual fantasies.)

But I gotta say… when you think about setting these fantasies aside… it’s not your girlfriend you see yourself cozying up with at home, STRAPON, it’s your dog. Well, I’m here from the kinky future to tell you that you can attend an orgy or BDSM play party and go home to your dog afterwards. So, you can have your orgies and your play parties and your dog too; it’s your girlfriend you may not be able to have.

But is it your girlfriend you want? Or is it your dog?

If you want it all—your girlfriend, your dog, your adventures—there may still be a way. You say it “looks like” your girlfriend isn’t interested in opening the relationship. Which means she didn’t rule it out. So it’s my turn to venture a guess, STRAPON: I’m thinking your girlfriend might’ve had a different reaction to your request to open your relationship if you had invited her along on these proposed adventures. Instead of saying, “I’d like to have hot sexual experiences involving other people on my own while you wait at home with the dog,” try saying this: “I’d like us to have some hot sexual adventures together—you and me, the two of us, and some hot women who dig us both!” Inviting your girlfriend to run around with you, STRAPON, instead of asking for her permission to run around on her, could get you from “looks like a no” to the kind of qualified yes that can become—with time, patience, and open and honest communication—an enthusiastic yes.
