Properly socializing your tegu is imperative. Not only because it is so rewarding to bond and build trust with a highly intelligent animal that is so different from us, but because your safety and the health and safety of your tegu might rely on it.
So the common questions I see are: \”how to tame a tegu?\”, or \”is socializing or taming a tegu hard?\”, well in this video, I break down my five ‘T’s of Tegu Training Talk, Touch, Target Training, Toilet Training and Time. These are the techniques I used to build a strong, trusting relationship with my black and whit tegu, JubJub. I hope these techniques are helpful if you are looking for ideas on how to socialize your tegu.
