Really the most original watch design of the moment, down to the band screws and rotor finishing. Kudos to swiss designer Sébastien Perret!
However, I see 3 questionable aspects:
– ltd availibility [& price tag undisclosed…]
– classic day-date window (a 2-dial double-date à la 'Royal-Oak QP' would be less 'Seiko-5-class')
-PVD gold plating ; a finish NOT trying to mimic solid gold would be preferable: e.g. a light bronze PVD coating, more fashionable and still in line with the iconic monument tone.
…Maybe the ideas for a further edition?
