Get everyone in a circle around a table and face cards in a flat pyramid shape to 5-4-3-2-1. Deal the rest of the cards to the players until everyone has an equal number of cards in their hands. Nominate someone to start the game by flipping the leftmost card on the bottom row of the pyramid.
Rules
Once everyone has drunk their alcohol and the cards are in a pyramid shape, a designated leader turns over the first card, starting with the bottom corner, and starts counting down from 5. During those 5 seconds a player has the same card as the card that was revealed, now has the option to discard the same card (i.e. king upon king) and appoint someone to drink by saying “Fuck you James/Sarah/ John etc.” This means right now that “James/whoever” has 2 fingers to drink right now, but they’re not drinking yet. Once a card is discarded, the countdown begins again, and this repeats until all four of the same card have been discarded. Once the fourth card (i.e. all four Queens/Kings/2s etc.) is dealt, the last person to get fucked must drink four fingers of their drink.
Repeat the above process until you have turned over all the cards in the pyramid.
If you’re counting backwards and there are no more cards to be dealt (i.e. if only two jacks have been dealt and no one else has a jack; remember that the remaining jacks could be in the pyramid), the last person who “fucked” drinks will number of fingers there are cards. If the countdown ends after spinning the pyramid card and no one places, everyone drinks a finger! This is a great game to sew up the birthday girl with lots of nominations or just have fun getting your friends “fucked”! Enjoy!

The punishment we play is itself a different game – “on the bus” or “ride the bus”. The player who finishes the pyramid game with the most cards has to take the bus.

The facility

This gameplay loop continues as you move up the pyramid. As you get closer to the top, at a certain point, there may be no one left to play a card. In this case, everyone must take a shot before they can proceed to the next map.
