Problems with disposable batteries

If the hole is plugged, you can either remove the plug and reposition it, or try opening the hole with a wooden toothpick. Once you have done this, the device should work properly. Reassemble it and get back to vaping.

Disposable Vape Weak Hits

If your disposable vape is giving you weak hits, one possible reason is that the nicotine strength just isn’t right for you. Next time consider buying a device with a stronger e-liquid. A moment ago we suggested partially blocking your device’s intake port to increase air pressure. If your disposable vape has fiber-based fill material inside, you will need to remove the fill material from the device and infuse it again with e-liquid. When the filler is wet again, you can reassemble the device and continue vaping.

However, you’ll be much happier if you just buy a device with a tank or pod that you can open and refill whenever you want.

We always send safety information with our vape kits and batteries, but we know you don’t always read it. To recap, we want to share our tips on how to safely charge your e-cigarette, vape or mod.

DO: Use the included USB charging cable

All of our vape kits include a charging cable. They have been tested to ensure they are safe and reliable when used with your battery. By using the cables we provide and connecting them to the right place (see below) you reduce the risk of overheating and damaging the battery.

DO NOT: Use a phone charger

Our mod kits are all charged via a micro USB connector, just like you’ll find on most cell phone brands. That doesn’t mean you should charge your vape with your phone charger.

A phone battery needs to power a touch screen, a media player, a wireless adapter, and a phone handset. Your box mod needs to power a small coil. One of these things requires more power than the others, so using a phone charger to power your vape battery is pumping more power than the battery can handle. Do not do it.

DO: Charge your battery using the USB port on your PC or laptop

DON’T: Plug your vape battery into the mains

Unscrew the bottom cap of your vape pen and remove the battery.

Step 2:

Insert the battery into the supplied external charger. This looks like a typical lithium battery charger with negative and positive ends that the battery fits into. You should hear a slight clicking sound when properly connected.

Step 3:
