How many days do you have to do the 369 method?

Follow the 369 manifestation method for 33 days (3 x 3 = 9 or 3+3 = 6) and see what magic occurs.

Step 1. Decide on your manifestation

First, grab your journal and pen. You will need these for the next 33 days. Putting pen to paper is a real force, so I’d suggest writing this out instead of typing it away on a laptop or phone.

We will begin the process by thinking of a manifestation lasting 17 seconds (usually around 2 sentences long). But why 17 seconds? That feels like a number I picked out of nowhere, doesn’t it?

Abraham Hicks readings consistently show the power of holding an affirmation for so long, taking 17 seconds for the brain to generate the energy of the thought we are focusing on. For example, if we focus on the thought of love for 17 seconds, our brain begins to generate more and more of that energy and in turn directs it towards what you require.

Side note: has anyone noticed that 7-1 equals 6? Just call me Victoria Tesla.

What could your manifestation be? It all depends on what you want to attract into your life. This technique has helped people welcome money, love, relocation, and new jobs—the universe has no limits on what you choose to manifest as long as it is safe for you, for others, and for the planet.

Begin the manifestation with gratitude, add emotion, and end with the words “into my life.” For example:

“I’m so thankful for the universe for teaming up with me to put £10,000 in my bank account and in doing so bring financial freedom, joy and excitement into my life.”

The key is to use words that reinforce the emotion and energy you want to attract. As you can see here, I’ve used kinesthetic words like freedom, joy, and excitement that you can actually feel in your body.

Another example could be:

“I am so thankful for the universe aligning with me to attract my soulmate and bring into my life a deep sense of love, happiness, contentment and an inner peace in my heart.”

Once you’ve perfected your manifestation—remember, 17 seconds is about the time it takes to write two sentences—and aligned your words with the energy you’re trying to attract and amplify, it’s time to do the first method to begin from 33 days of 369 manifestation.

Step 2. Diary 3 times in the morning

Take your journal every morning as soon as you wake up. Write down your 17 second manifestation that you created 3 times above. The key to success when you are manifesting is to focus on the feeling, on the energy of what you are trying to attract, how it will feel when (not if) it enters your life.

As your pen begins to write your desire on paper, imagine the sensation of money coming into your life and how you will feel as you patiently see it sitting in your savings account. Or imagine the love you will feel when your soulmate arrives and you know with all your heart that they were meant for you.

Now let go of your desire and trust that the universe will work its magic. Start your day and don’t hold onto your manifestation. We know at this point that if you hold on too tightly, your manifestation will not appear because the Universe feels lack and despair.

Perhaps the key when you’re struggling to let go of control is to apply this method to something you want to draw into your life, but not something that means so much that you need to make it appear immediately.

Step 3. Diary 6 times at noon

The next step is in the middle of the day, maybe at lunch, take out your journal again and write the same manifestation as above 6 times. Again following the same process as before, immerse yourself in the energy of how it will feel and visualize how you are with your desire.

I will often initially force myself to smile when manifesting as this can trick the brain into elevating your spirits and lowering stress almost instantly. A forced smile quickly turns into a natural one, especially when you write down your wish.

Let go and get on with your day.

Step 4. Write down your wish 9 times before bed

Finally, before bed, grab your journal and write your high vibe manifestation from the top down, but this time 9 times, following the same method you use throughout the day. The first 3 scripts were meant to set the intention of the universe, the next 6 were meant to amplify it, and the last 9 were meant to set that manifestation in stone.

By harnessing the power of the 369 Manifestation Method along with Abraham Hicks’ readings on the Power of 17 Seconds and Energy Alignment, it’s no wonder this technique has proven to be so incredibly powerful for so many people.

Tips for the 369 manifestation method

Make sure to speak in the present tense as if your manifestation is already yours. By using words like “I want” or “I want,” you speak to the universe as if you don’t have your desire, causing it to provide more of what you don’t have. Speak in the present tense and know that your manifestation is yours, it just hasn’t arrived yet. As mentioned above, don’t obsess over your manifestation. You don’t have to consider the how and when; This is where divine timing comes in and trusting the universe to know that when your energy is ready to receive your desire, it will be yours. Trust that your manifestation could appear well before the 33 days are up! Again, divine timing will ensure your desires appear when you are ready to embrace them. If you reach the end of 33 days and you’re still waiting for magic to appear, don’t give up hope. Release this into the universe and sit believing that it will soon be yours for claiming it! Be consistent. For this to really work, you need to make time each day to write 3 times in the morning, 6 times a day, and 9 times before bed. Set an alarm so you don’t forget and build the time into your schedule to make this a priority. I promise you won’t regret it. If you feel negativity or self-doubt while going through the 369 Manifestation Method, you will have difficulty aligning your energy with what you desire. When in doubt, take some time to back away from the method and write them down. Are they a truth or a belief? Can you control the doubt and change something, or do you have to let go of something you have no control over? Can you rephrase that somehow? Manifesting money can bring blockages to the surface for people, so feeling connected to the sum you are trying to attract is key. If you are having difficulty sitting in the energy of £10,000, can you sit in the energy of what it feels like to manifest £1,000?
