To be fashionable at a pool party, try to bring great accessories with you. A cute big bag can hold everything you need, and it doesn’t have to match your outfit either! Your jewelry should be moderate, like stacked bracelets or simple earrings with a thin necklace, as you could lose them or get wet. And both fashionable and practical, choose sunglasses that suit your face shape to protect your eyes and cute summer shoes like sandals. Wear swimwear that you think suits you whether you plan to swim or not, and cover yourself with a sarong, wrap or light dress. Finally, pay attention to the details. Make sure your sunscreen is waterproof if you plan to swim, and choose an easy-to-hold hairstyle like a braid, bun, or ponytail. Your makeup should be as subtle as possible. Waterproof mascara alone is perfect. And of course, your beach towel can be as fun, big and funky as you want! Read on to learn more about how to dress flatteringly at a pool party!

Flowy maxi dresses are another great idea for the pool party. They are suitable for sunny days and offer your legs some much-needed sun protection for the summer season.
You can go for something cute and flirty like floral prints, or you can even go for a solid color if that’s more your style!
5. Accessories and Shoes
Since you won’t be swimming, you can accessorize as many as you like! Statement pieces like a floppy hat to protect against the sun’s rays, large earrings, body chains and cute sandals or flip flops are perfectly acceptable for a pool party.
Best to stay away from high heels as you will be in close proximity to water – the last thing we want for you is for you to slip and hurt yourself!
If you insist on wearing heels for height, then a wedge sandal might work (but not too high, please!). Just watch your step carefully.
Also, avoid leather bags and opt for a chic straw bag that will complete your pool party look.

Can you wear a jumpsuit If you have a belly?
Absolutely! A jumpsuit is an elegant option when you don’t feel like wearing a dress but want to look sexy and modern. Even if your body is a little rounder and heavier than before, you can still rock a jumpsuit.
How to Wear a Jumpsuit – 5 Must Follow Style Tips
You probably wore a jumpsuit in the ’70s (along with Charlie’s Angels). Can you wear one now at 40+ without looking like a bad flashback?…. Absolutely! A jumpsuit is an elegant option when you don’t feel like wearing a dress but want to look sexy and modern.
Even if your body is a bit rounder and heavier than before, you can still rock a jumpsuit. Here are seven ways to look sophisticated and sleek in this ’70s-inspired trend.
Wrap-around crepe jumpsuit
1. Consider a dark color
Solid colors are slimmer than prints. Dark colors hide pounds more than light/light colors, but don’t think that black is your only choice. If black washes you out, try another dark neutral like navy. It’s just as sleek, but livelier.
2. Choose soft, quality fabrics
If you have a curvy body, soft, flowy, stretchy fabrics that follow your figure are more flattering than stiff, tight fabrics that add volume. Take a look at these plus size jumpsuits below that drape the body beautifully!
Embroidered jumpsuit with crochet details
3. Define your waist
If you try to wear a jumpsuit without emphasizing your waist in any way (especially a loose, flowy type of jumpsuit), you’ll look like you’re wearing a giant garbage bag. It would help if you carve your midsection to create an hourglass shape, and the best way to do this is to 1) choose a jumpsuit with a specific waist, or 2) cinch your midsection in a tasteful but not tight way lace. The most flattering jumpsuit sits just above your natural waistline, rather than directly above it.
4. Flatten your stomach
Some jumpsuits can be clingy. This can be a problem if you carry your weight on your stomach. High waist shapewear panties can help flatten and flatten your middle. Jumpsuits with draping and ruffles can also tempt the eye to make the tummy less prominent.
Flattering navy jumpsuit with sleeves
5. Go for a wide leg
If you have a pear-shaped butt or heavy thighs, avoid tight-legged overalls. Instead, opt for a wide-leg or flared-leg jumpsuit to give you an hourglass shape. Don’t forget to wear a pair of strappy heels or sexy ankle boots to elongate your figure and make you look tall and slim.
Striped V-neck jumpsuit
6. Choose a flattering neckline
The right neckline can mean the difference between saying yes and no to a jumpsuit. A boat neckline is a great way to visually balance out wide hips. A V-neckline or a plunging scoop neckline elongates your neck and makes you appear taller. A V-neckline or a wide scoop neckline will look slimmest if you have a large bust.
Off-the-shoulder jumpsuit with ruffled sleeves
8. Sleeves can help
If you’re worried about shaky arms, you might want to find a long-sleeved jumpsuit, but you have to be careful here. Long, opaque sleeves can make you appear heavy. They are better for sheer sleeves, lace sleeves, or 3/4 sleeves, which are very flattering. All these types of sleeves show more attractive and youthful skin.
7. Be economical with accessories
You want to look modern and elegant, so don’t throw your jumpsuit full of jewelry nuggets. Keep your look streamlined and classy by choosing some no-frills, modern jewelry with a touch of drama to look sophisticated.

Are jumpsuits 2022 fashion?
Jumpsuits, especially catsuits are very fashionable for spring summer 2022.
How to Wear a Jumpsuit – 5 Must Follow Style Tips
Tidying up the closet in summer? I am! Since many of you will also be spending this weekend tidying up your closet, I’ve decided to share a list of clothes that are out of style for summer 2022 and a list of clothes that are out of style for autumn/winter 2022/23 . You know, just to make sure you’re not throwing away clothes that are still in style for 2022. I’ll let you know what to throw away and what to keep to ensure your wardrobe is the trendiest in town. Just make sure you stick to this list of clothes that are out of style for summer 2022 and fall/winter 2022/23. You don’t want to keep the old season clothes only to find out that these clothes are still in fashion for 2022 or come back in fashion later in 2022 a few weeks later, right? hp Don’t throw away unfashionable clothes – give them away or, even better – store them away for next season. You know, fashion trends keep coming.
hp For anyone wondering how I know which clothes are going out of style for summer 2022 and fall/winter 2022/2023 – I get the data from companies that forecast and analyze fashion trends, that measure fashion trends and can say exactly which trend is declining. It can be weeks, even months in some cases, before you realize that no one is wearing any of the items of clothing below. But you will see.
I get a commission for purchases or clicks made through links in this post.
So tell me how do you feel after cleaning out your shoe closet and throwing away all those unfashionable shoes? Feeling lighter and refreshed? Well, you definitely should, once you’ve removed all the shoes and all the bags from the unsavory list I shared with you the other day.
Well, if you’re not feeling lighter already, here’s something that undiminished serves the purpose. The list of all the clothes that are out of fashion for summer 2022 and autumn/winter 2022/23 (for you Aussies, Kiwis and Latinas). hp This list of summer clothes that are out of fashion and winter clothes that are out of fashion will also accompany you on your shopping spree. Make sure shopping assistants don’t tempt you to buy last season’s clothes and leftovers.
CLEARING CLOSE UP IN SUMMER – WHAT CLOTHES TO STORE AND WHAT TO THROW
Yes, today we are moving into the closet to finally do the summer closet cleaning and remove all those awkward winter clothes and unfashionable summer clothes and make room for clothes on the shopping list.
DPD, UPS and other delivery services are already delivering my first few purchases (I’ve already bought most of them from my Summer Capsule Closure Checklist and Winter Capsule Wardrobe Checklist), and there’s a fairly tall cardboard tower in front of my wardrobe. I suspect you are in the same situation right now. And just like me, a closet room that needs cleaning for the summer of 2022.
Whatever, stacks of boxes in front of your closet or not, I bet your closet is full of outdated summer clothes and winter clothes. Hopefully the ones you bought last year. And not the ones you bought a few weeks ago.
You didn’t go shopping without my new season shopping list and got tempted to buy summer clothes from the previous collections, right?
Well, I don’t blame you for the second. Shopping assistants can be quite influential at times and easily lure you into the store – especially if you add a small discount just because you are.
hp To shop last season’s collections that are still in style for Summer 2022 and will still be in style for Fall/Winter 2022/23 visit the OUTNET (US click here and EU click here) . The OUTNET is one of the few outlet stores that only sell fashionable fashion of the current season. You certainly won’t find anything on this list of clothes that are out of fashion for summer 2022 or winter 2022/23 at OUTNET today.
Speaking of the list, it’s about time we finally reviewed the list of all the clothes that are no longer in fashion for summer 2022 and for fall/winter 2022/23.
WHAT CLOTHING IS OUT OF FASHION?
That’s it – the whole list of all the clothes that are out of fashion. However, you can still wear anything from this list if you style it right. Check out the SS22 styling trends report to see how to wear unfashionable clothes to look stylish in summer 2022 and the AW22 trends report to see how to wear unfashionable clothes to look fashionable in winter 2022.
Still, be sure to check out the list of all unfashionable shoes and unfashionable bags. Then take that list and go to your closet room to do the closet cleaning. hp Also check the list of things that are still in fashion. But remember that you need to make plenty of room for all those items from the shopping list.
Still, make sure your cleaning is eco-friendly. And don’t throw your old clothes straight into the trash. I’m sure most of your clothes aren’t worn at all and your friends are queuing in front of your closet – all excited for your spring giveaway.
Plus, you’ll be able to wear all those clothes again before long—especially skinny jeans. They always come back in style. In short, rotation is the key to closet cleaning.
hp You can turn your old clothes into cleaning rags.
By the way, from the list of clothes that are out of fashion for summer 2022 and autumn/winter 2022/23, which piece of clothing will you throw out of your closet first?
What kind of jacket do you wear with a jumpsuit?

How to Wear a Jumpsuit – 5 Must Follow Style Tips
jumpsuit outfits
Casual overalls
For a relaxed and comfortable outfit to wear, look no further than the casual jumpsuit. When wearing a jumpsuit casually, focus on lightweight fabrics like cotton and a cut that suits your style. Above all, loose-fitting short-sleeved jumpsuits, wide-leg pants, a skinny belt or drawstring waist, and matching flats, boots, or heels always look chic and universally flattering. You can also channel your inner fashionista and don a denim jumpsuit for the ultimate vintage look. Nonetheless, a form-fitting black, brown, or white piece can look gorgeous and classy at any event.
If you want to stand out more, try a fun pattern like stripes, paisley, tie-dye, or animal print. Choosing a loose or baggy jumpsuit maximizes your comfort and makes for a breezy summer ensemble. Just add a belt to create a feminine profile that complements your body shape. You might even want a slouchy jumpsuit with pockets for added convenience and flexibility. Whether you dress it up or dress it down, you can wear it to a girls’ night out or a brunch date.
Formal overalls
For formal occasions, a jumpsuit is a unique yet fashionable choice. Dresses can be cumbersome and pantsuits are more suited to the office, but a jumpsuit can give you the right balance of style and comfort. Whether you are attending an outdoor wedding or a fancy cocktail party, you can dress up in a jumpsuit in a way that makes it look formal and sophisticated. While figure-flattering black is always a safe bet, feel free to experiment with other colors such as navy blue. B. bright jewel tones and neutral colors like white and navy blue. With the right fabrics, accessories and embellishments, including glittery sequins, luxurious velvet, fancy leather and smooth satin, you can style a jumpsuit to blend sophistication and flair. If you want to add a little pizzazz to your outfit, opt for a jumpsuit with a sexy plunging neckline and long sleeves with studs or beads embroidered into the design.
Business casual overalls
The business casual jumpsuit is ideal for working women who want to wear this stylish and chic outfit to work. If you are considering a professional business look, you should choose clothes that are more conservative in design and color. Start with a tan or black high-neck jumpsuit. Next, you can dress up your jumpsuit with a work-appropriate jacket and shoes like a heeled blazer. Complete this classic style with simple accessories and jewellery.
summer overalls
Whether you’re vacationing in Europe or heading to a pool party, consider wearing a chic summer jumpsuit for a versatile outfit you can enjoy anywhere. Create an on-trend style by combining flattering patterns, materials and sleeve lengths to ensure comfort in warm temperatures. We recommend that you choose colors like ivory, taupe or olive depending on the season. For an effortless summer look, choose a floral print jumpsuit with a woven bag and crossed sandals. Complete the ensemble with sandals, wedges, espadrilles and mules. You can also put your hair in a bun and accessorize your outfit with a necklace or earrings.
winter overalls
When choosing the perfect clothing for colder weather, a winter jumpsuit is a nice, stylish choice. Great for layering, these one-piece outfits are practical for winter and extremely fashionable. To wear overalls in winter, keep warm with a parka or an asymmetric wrap coat. You can even layer a chunky knit sweater over it or a button down shirt underneath for extra warmth and comfort. Complement this with weather-appropriate boots and, if necessary, long sleeves or leggings. If you choose to accessorize, don’t forget a scarf and earmuffs to keep you trendy and cozy.
Black jumpsuit
A classic for every occasion is a black jumpsuit. Always stylish and classy, styling a black jumpsuit to match the dress code of a casual, business-casual or semi-formal event is easy. For a casual look, wear a minimalist piece with a denim jacket and sneakers or flats. Another relaxed, gorgeous ensemble could be a short sleeve or tank top jumpsuit with stud earrings, sandals and a leather backpack. Go for a fitted style with heels and add a textured belt as a statement piece to complete a black jumpsuit for an elegant look. If you’re going to a formal event, wear red lipstick, a pair of black pumps, and your favorite coat. You can accessorize with dazzling earrings, a cute necklace or an ornate hair clip.
Blue jumpsuit
With so many different shades to consider, you can never go wrong with a blue jumpsuit. From navy blue to light blue, you can dress a jumpsuit up or down to achieve your desired styling. For a night on the town, a royal blue strapless jumpsuit paired with black leather heels and a high ponytail is a sexy look that few can match. If you’re running around town, pair a denim jumpsuit and sneakers for a simple outfit that’ll look hot. Some women opt for a halterneck or sleeveless jumpsuit to show off their arms, while others may want to add a cardigan, blazer or jacket with a belt to accentuate the waist. Complement the attire with a gold or rose gold necklace and earrings for a stunning finish.
Jumpsuit with blazer
A blazer is a popular and versatile statement piece that can upgrade any business-casual look into a professional outfit for work. Stylish and cute for women of all shapes and sizes, a blazer jumpsuit can flatter or flatter your silhouette. If you want to spice up your jumpsuit, you can combine a blazer with a chic handbag and pumps to create a professional business outfit. For an on trend formal style to wear to the office, choose a neutral toned jumpsuit with a boyfriend cut blazer and your choice of heels. You can complement this attire with a necklace, watch and hoop earrings.
Coverall Accessory
While you don’t have to worry about coordinating the top and bottom when wearing a jumpsuit, finding the right accessories is another matter. You want to be chic without being garish, so plan carefully how you accessorise your jumpsuit and make sure you select the best shoes, belt, watch and jewelry to complete your look. Although a jumpsuit is never boring, accessories can elevate your fashion and help your outfit shine.
Belt with jumpsuit
As a statement piece, a belt can be a crucial addition to styling the perfect jumpsuit. Many jumpsuits have a wrap-around waistband that you can tie into a cute bow, while other loose-fitting options have an elastic band or drawstring that cinches the waist. For overalls that do not have these qualities, wearing a belt is always a stylish option. Unless you want a retro look, avoid wide belts as it can make you look shorter. Try skinny belts that cinch your waist into an hourglass figure and really show off your curves. If you want to draw attention to your jewelry or other metallic accessories, opt for a chain belt. For something more casual, try a woven leather or faux leather belt in a neutral hue like brown or beige.
Jewelry with jumpsuit
With elegant jewellery, you can take your jumpsuit fashion to the next level. If you want to shine, layer your necklaces by choosing chains of different lengths and stack your rings or bangles. For a simple and timeless look, a silver or gold necklace offers the perfect amount of understated style. If you want a pop of color, choose bright gemstone earrings, necklaces and bracelets that complement or contrast the jumpsuit you’re wearing. If your jumpsuit has a lot of embellishments, you can skip jewelry altogether and let the piece do the talking.
Jumpsuit with heels
Donning a jumpsuit with heels offers an on-trend look and can help petite women appear taller. If you want your jumpsuit to be the center of attention, choose a heel that blends in easily, like a pair of neutral peep-toes or pointy-toe pumps. For a seamless look with an ivory, tan, or white jumpsuit, pair your ensemble with heels of a similar color. On the other hand, bold fashionistas will add a pop of color. Stepped heeled ankle boots are a good choice for the colder months. If you tend to go for a casual summer outfit, you can always wear heels with a jumpsuit and be chic. Choose chunky heeled sandals, platform slingback pumps or a pair of comfortable wedges to complete your outfit.
Hairstyles for overalls
You don’t want your hair to get in the way of styling a jumpsuit. When deciding on a hairstyle to wear with a jumpsuit, you can keep it simple and add focus to the outfit, or you can style a cute look to complement the piece. While there’s nothing wrong with literally letting your long hair down, a sleek bun for a formal occasion or a loose, messy bun for a casual look ensures your jumpsuit is front and center. When it comes to updos, try different styles like milk braids or a French twist. If you don’t like putting your hair up, try a low-maintenance braid or ponytail that can be easily combed back.
How to choose a jumpsuit
Similar to dresses and other types of clothing, jumpsuits come in many different styles, sizes, and designs. When wearing a jumpsuit outfit, part of the challenge can be finding the right fit that suits your body shape. While some may assume that jumpsuits are only for model-size women, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Jumpsuits can look chic and classy on petite and plus size women. In general, you should look for a piece that sits at the waist and falls loosely around the legs for a sexy, feminine look. If you want more height, find a jumpsuit that’s fitted and cropped or cuffed instead of baggy, and pair it with heels. Depending on your style and wardrobe, you also need to choose the right fabric for the season.
How to put on a jumpsuit
Whether you’re wearing a halter, bandeau, short or long sleeve suit, it’s easy to dress up in a jumpsuit. For an alluring look, consider deep colors like black, navy, maroon, and emerald. A gorgeous example of an evening out is pairing a maroon jumpsuit with gold earrings, a sparkling clutch bag and nude heels. While accessories are necessary for an elegant touch, don’t underestimate the value of completing your ensemble with a chic coat, clutch and hairstyle.
How to put on a jumpsuit
Minimal makeup, flat shoes, and simple accessories offer an effortless way to dress up in a jumpsuit while still looking cute and stylish. Overalls made from materials like jersey or cotton work best if you choose a comfortable garment. We recommend neutral colors like black, brown, gray and white, as well as simple patterns for a relaxed approach. Be sure to wear sneakers or sandals with a knot for a casual look.
How to layer a jumpsuit
Layering a jumpsuit can maximize both comfort and style, allowing you to wear this outfit regardless of the season. The most popular and practical way to layer a jumpsuit is to wear a jacket or cardigan over it. The denim jacket, wrap coat, peacoat and camel walker are trending. If you have a strapless or halterneck jumpsuit, feel free to dress up in an oversized or chunky knit sweater. Whether you’re going out on a date or enjoying a girls’ night out, a silky open blazer or leather jacket will add some key fashion points. For errands or coffee breaks, casual outerwear like a long cardigan can be ideal.
Jacket with jumpsuit
A jacket over a jumpsuit is a staple that can instantly upgrade your look. Whether you’re having brunch or going out, this addition to your attire will always complete your look. Pair a denim or leather jacket with your jumpsuit for a casual style that turns heads. Elevate your outfit for business-casual and semi-formal styles with a light coat, blazer or fashionable jacket.
shirt under overalls
There are many ways to style a shirt under a jumpsuit for a fresh look. To make this outfit casual and cute, you can easily wear a white t-shirt under a patterned design and pair it with sandals, mules, wedges, and boots. If it’s cool or chilly and you want extra layers, go for a heavy cotton shirt or a black turtleneck. Versatile and trendy, you can always wear a jumpsuit with a shirt underneath to create the perfect outfit for the season.
What shoes to wear with a jumpsuit
Let the season and the context of your occasion determine which shoes you wear with your overalls. Flats, espadrilles, and gladiator sandals pair well with ankle-length, cuffed, or cropped jumpsuits. For a more formal look, solid color pumps and strappy heels are the perfect choice for a jumpsuit. If you prefer a slim silhouette with a fitted jumpsuit, choose shoes that you would normally wear with leggings or skinny jeans, such as ankle boots, ballet flats, sandals, leather sneakers, or heels. If you’re wearing a wide-leg jumpsuit, consider wearing shoes that can balance the look. To achieve this, wear shoes like platforms, chunky sandals, wedges, high-heeled pumps, and stilettos.

Are jumpsuits Still in Style 2021?
Jumpsuits are still trending for autumn and winter. While we liked the look of fun and citrus-coloured pieces during summer, we’re taking a more subtle (albeit still bright) route for the latter part of the year.
How to Wear a Jumpsuit – 5 Must Follow Style Tips
Lucy and Yak’s loose fitting jumpsuits, denim jumpsuits with contrast stitching and corduroy styles were just a few of the jumpsuits that have been absolutely everywhere because they are so easy to wear.
While they give very little thought when it comes to putting an outfit together in the morning, they look great on everyone.
As always, Wear Next encourages you to wear what makes you comfortable and happy – but for those who want to know, let’s take a look at whether overalls are still in style for AW21.

Are jumpsuits still popular in 2021?
Jumpsuits are still popular for autumn and winter. While we liked the look of fun and citrusy pieces in the summer, we’re going a more subtle (albeit still bright) route for the second half of the year. Dior advocates denim, Prada is all about details.
Of course, black jumpsuits are always trendy. This year it’s poised to dethrone the LBD, after pieces by Mugler and Saint Laurent have been worn by the likes of Dua Lipa, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo and Taraji P. Henson.
Jumpsuits have been one of the biggest trends for SS21 – and chances are you already have one or two in your closet.
’70s-inspired styles with plunging necklines and flared trousers have been spotted on the catwalks by Chanel, Tom Ford and Balmain, while tailored jumpsuits have been spotted at the SS21 shows by Hermés and Bottega Veneta.
Stella McCartney and Max Mara opted for utilitarian iterations of the trend, and it looks like we’ll be seeing sleeveless styles in leather and denim this spring as well, like those seen at Burberry and Celine.
But of course, you don’t need designer pieces to get the look. Here are high street jumpsuits you might want to snag.

How to Wear a Jumpsuit – 5 Must Follow Style Tips
Now that it’s summer and the pool is warm enough to swim in, guests come almost every day. Every weekend we seem to have a pool party for a different occasion. With a lot of traffic coming and going from our home, being prepared for guests is imperative. After identifying the top items that our guests forget when they come for a swim, I put together this basket of essentials for a pool party.
Poolside essentials for guests
i love entertainment All of our family members and friends know that they are welcome to swim every day. Our grill barely cools down from all the cooking we do. Our kids love having their friends to play in the pool and we often host outdoor movie nights. Nothing beats a movie while swimming in the pool with friends.
Aside from keeping the pool clean and ready for a swim, there are other important things to consider when entertaining at a pool party.
I like to keep my bathroom clean, smell nice with Angel Soft® with Fresh Lavender-Scented Tube, and fill it with pool party essentials.
The most important thing most women forget when they come swimming is a hair tie or barrette and a pickaxe to manage wet hair after the swim. My niece stopped by for a weekend getaway and her hair got tangled after all the swimming she did. I now have extra hair clips and a clean pickaxe on hand to deal with tangles.
Guest essentials for a pool party
beach towels
hair clips or hair ties
hair pick
suncream
Aloe for sunburn care
Lotion after swimming
Sunglasses – cheap pairs to borrow for guests
Swimming goggles – for fun in the pool
Besides these essential items, which I keep in a basket in my bathroom for guests, I also make sure to have an outdoor rug on the porch to prevent you from slipping on the concrete when walking through with wet feet come out the back door to use the bathroom.
At every pool party, our bathroom gets almost as much use as our pool. Between changing guests’ clothes and going to the bathroom, it’s important to keep them fresh. As we spend all of our time outdoors with our guests, it is not safe to leave a candle burning indoors. That’s why I love the new Tube Angel Soft® with a fresh lavender scent. The fresh lavender scent is applied directly to the inside of the tube.
I love the pretty design and soft texture. The light lavender scent provides a fresh scent in the bathroom and makes my guests feel at home.
A basket of extra beach towels readily available for guests is another handy must-have when hosting a pool party, and don’t forget plenty of water to stay hydrated in the sun.
What is your number one must-have for hosting guests for a pool party?
What is pool attire?
This can include: Fitted t-shirt or leggings under swimwear. Wetsuit style or fitted swimming t-shirt. Burkini swimming costume. 3/4 length swim shorts in thin nylon material.
How to Wear a Jumpsuit – 5 Must Follow Style Tips
Swimming is one of the most accessible and inclusive activities and everyone should feel safe and comfortable in the water.
Swimwear has come a long way over the years. So do you have any guidelines in terms of what to wear to pools. It is important that you feel safe and comfortable – but also safe.
What to wear in the pool
There are different types of swimwear. These include
One piece swimsuit
tankinis (long top)
bikinis
Swimsuits with a skirt
swimming trunks
tribes
swimming trunks
A number of other types of clothing may be worn depending on your local pool policy or the activity you are engaging in. This can include:
Fitted t-shirt or leggings under swimwear
Wetsuit style or fitted swim tee
Burkini swimsuit
Swim shorts in a 3/4 length made of thin nylon material
swim or board shorts
Leggings with or without shorts
What not to wear in the pool
It is important to note that clothing should not be oversized or made of heavy materials such as denim or wool. These can fill with water and become heavy, making it difficult to swim or float. It’s also important to ensure garments can’t get stuck in filters or other parts of a pool, making Lycra a good material to wear.
Other items of clothing that should not be worn include:
Leggings over swimwear
Loose t-shirt and pants
tracksuits or sweatpants
Outdoor shorts or pants
Jeans
Please note: the above is just a guide. Please contact your local swimming pool for more information and advice on suitable swimwear.
You can find the contact details of your local pool in our PoolFinder directories.
Competition swimwear
In 2017 a new swimwear policy for competitive swimming was introduced, allowing swimmers wearing full body suits to compete in all Swim England licensed swimming events and national events.

How to Wear a Jumpsuit – 5 Must Follow Style Tips
The sun is shining and the temperature is just right to start planning your next pool party. But before you grab your suit and take the plunge, make sure you have the best water accessories for a celebration to remember. Make a splash at your next poolside gathering with this top 10 pool party ideas list.
1. FUN CAR
If you want to turn your backyard into an oasis for social media-worthy moments, you must have pool floats and inflatable rafts. From flamingo floats to donut, pizza and cactus floats, you can mix and match styles with whatever “your boat floats”. Not only are they photo-friendly, but they’re also super comfy for lounging while chatting with friends or catching some rays. You can also maximize comfort and relaxation with a beverage float. These inflatable holders can keep your favorite beverages close by so you can enjoy your drink while soaking up the sun.
Also, make sure you have personal flotation devices ready. Life jackets, armbands and swim boards are ideal for children and inexperienced swimmers.
2. SPEAKERS AND A PLAYLIST
What would a pool party be without a playlist? (Well… it’s still a pool party, but it’s quieter and less fun.) Increase entertainment with wireless speakers; There are even waterproof floating models that allow you to take your music into the pool. Bring surround sound to the party venue by placing some speakers in different areas around the pool. That way, whether you’re getting food, playing yard games, or going for a swim, the music will be heard. A playlist has the power to set the tone of the party, so choose your songs ahead of time and let the good times rock. As the sun goes down, make sure you party respectfully and be aware of your nighttime noise levels.
3. POOL DECORATION
If you have a theme, don’t be afraid to go all out with the decor. Decorations can be fun and really add value to your pool party. Colored straws, paper products, garlands, and lanterns can all help make your party themed. Bring the Caribbean to your celebration with tropical accessories like paper umbrellas.
Also consider the time of day. For example, if you go swimming at night, a little lighting can go a long way. Throw some glow sticks at the bottom of the pool or stick them in balloons floating on the pool’s surface for extra light and a funky atmosphere. Decorations are important, but pool preparation is crucial, so check your pool chemicals ahead of time, siphon the pool before guests arrive, and have extra filters on hand to keep the water clean and fun-ready.
4. POOL PARTY AND LAWN GAMES
Games and activities are a surefire way to liven up any pool party. Plus, guests of all ages can get in on the action. Water balloons and squirt gun fights don’t have to be just for the kids. Let your inner child out for the day, get your hair wet and have fun! Pool games like pool basketball, beach polo, and mini pool balls are all crowd favorites as well.
Or take a break from the water with lawn games like cornhole, badminton, spikeball, bocce ball and more. Be sure to set up these games ahead of time so guests know they’re available and don’t have to set them up themselves.
5. LARGE TOWELS, COOL TOWELS, DRYING TOWELS…ALL TYPES OF TOWELS
Many guests bring their own towels to parties, but make sure you have plenty of extras just in case. Spreading out an extra large beach towel or even an outdoor blanket can be extremely inviting and a great way to bring groups of people together for a good old-fashioned chit-chat. Position it comfortably on the lawn or by the pool’s edge for a cooling toe dip. You can even layer your towels for maximum convenience! If it’s an unbearably hot day, grab some cooling towels. If you’re sitting in a lounge chair, use towel clips to keep your towel just right. Less fidgeting in your chair means more time to relax. And finally, make sure you have towel racks or something where guests can hang their wet towels.
6. COOLER
When you’re throwing a pool party and it’s hot outside, you probably want an ice cold drink in hand, right? Right. A cooler is essential for the obvious: keeping your drinks ice cold. But here are some other cool tips to remember:
Keep at least two coolers handy — one for adult beverages and one for soda, water, and other beverages. If there will be kids at the party, don’t forget about options like juice, too.
There are coolers that actually float in the water so you can grab a drink without having to shout fives on your float.
They’re not just for drinks! Nobody likes warm watermelons. Eating chilled fruits, vegetables, and other snacks after a dip in the pool can be more than satisfying on a hot day.
Keep coolers in the shade so the ice doesn’t melt faster.
Always have more ice cream than you think you will need.
7. SNACKS AND DRINKS
plum hands? No problem. Serve up smaller snacks that anyone can eat, no matter what your fingertips are. Keep paper towels or beach towels near the aid station so guests can dry their hands before diving into the snack pile. Opt for frozen fruit pops, veggie sticks, fries and dip, mini crescent dogs, or anything that doesn’t necessarily require a fork and knife. Grilled treats that are easy to grab, like sliders or fruit and vegetable skewers, are also popular dishes for pool parties. You can also bring the pool party fun to the snack bar with themed treats like lifesavers or goldfish served in a fishbowl. And here’s a snack hack for you: cover your snacks with netting to keep the bugs at bay.
For thirst quenchers who don’t like watered down drinks, try this: Make ice cubes out of the same type of juice that’s in your juice drink or mixed drink and your drink won’t be weakened by water as it melts. You can also color code your drink cups or use a marker to write your name to keep track of your drinks. And be sure to use plastic tableware near the pool to avoid broken glass (yikes!).
8. INSULATED CUPS
Relax or play all day with an ice-cold drink that lasts for hours. Vacuum flasks, mugs, koozies or mugs can help keep your drinks as chilled as you are. Plus, they come in a variety of colors and prints, so choose one that suits your mood and you’ll always remember which one is yours!
9. UMBRELLAS AND CANOPIES
Although you might have fun in the sun, make sure there’s a shady spot for those who like to relax. Parasols are great for smaller spaces or in the center of a dining table, while canopies can provide more shade for more people as they come in different sizes. To find out which one is right for your space and number of guests, check out our canopy buying guide. You can even color coordinate them with your theme or show team pride with an officially licensed umbrella or canopy.
If wind is forecast don’t forget to look into some weight pockets for the canopy. Not only your guests need some shade. Set up pop-up tables under your canopy to protect your food from direct sunlight. Keeping your cooler in the shade can also help prevent your ice cream from melting faster.
10. SUN PROTECTION
Everyone should wear it, so make sure it’s readily available. Set up a “sunscreen station” that guests can easily find and add a variety of SPF options. For a pool party, waterproof sunscreen might be best. Make sure it is applied as directed on the label.
So if you want to throw the best party this summer, make sure you refer to this list and double-check it. If you plan ahead and pay attention to small details, you can take your average pool party to the next level. Mix and match any of the items on this list like floats, games, music and food for the ultimate pool party. And last but not least, have fun!

How to Wear a Jumpsuit – 5 Must Follow Style Tips
Get your pool in shape
No one wants to swim in murky water, especially when the water is pool water. Make sure you prep your pool a few weeks before your party. Some pool steps to take include the following:
Check that the pool lights are working.
Check the chlorine and pH levels. A residual chlorine reading of 3.0 is perfect, while a pH between 7.2 and 8.0 is best to avoid skin and eye irritation.
Does your pool need to be skimmed? Routinely skimming your pool will make chores easier on the day of your pool party.
Remove all tripping hazards from the pool.
Bring out the fun swimmers
Every pool deserves an obnoxiously funny swimmer. Whether you prefer a giant pizza slice or a unicorn, an Eccentric Pool Float is a handy flotation device and conversation piece rolled into one!
Offer a diverse selection of snacks
People will get an appetite whether they swim or not. And while a platter of cheese cubes is always welcome, try varying up your snack spread as a courtesy to your guests. Snacks are also essential to ensure that no one drinks on an empty stomach.
Maintain the perfect playlist
Nothing says “pool party” quite like some happy summer jams. Create a playlist of all your favorite songs and those of your friends. Sync your phone to a loud and clear speaker to add some energy to your party (while paying attention to your neighbors).
Don’t overlook your personal pool party needs
While you put all your energy into the other tips for preparing for your pool party, don’t forget to take care of your personal needs for a fun pool party. Double check that your swimsuit is still in good condition. If you’re looking for new swimwear – whether your current suit is tattered or you’re simply looking for something new for the occasion – be sure to check out the shopping tips for buying a swimsuit online to ensure a satisfying purchase.

How to choose the best pool party outfit
Creating the perfect pool party outfit is a matter of “life or death” for some avid trendsetters. First impressions count, even if you know the invitees well. If you like to show off, there are a few factors to consider when choosing the ultimate OOTD.
These include material quality, comfort, design and price. We will certainly discuss these factors in detail in the following sections.
Material quality and comfort are two sides of the same coin. Summer is typically known for its cruel humidity and blinding sun, so it’s important to settle for breathable clothing.
Unless you plan on wearing a bikini, we advise against wearing a full coverage black matching set as this color is known to absorb heat.
Instead, stick to light colors and lightweight fabrics like white linen, cotton, and silk. Also, customers should stress test before checking out to ensure durability and flexibility.
While the design for most casual dressers is usually considered an afterthought, it’s an important factor to consider if you intend to keep your outfit forever.
Eclectic colors and simple silhouettes usually last for years with careful care. Finally, you should avoid fast fashion knockoffs as they are known to only be trendy for a certain number of months.
Of course, the price depends on these three crucial factors. Also, it depends on your personal budget. If we had to give an estimate, we recommend sticking to a $100 limit. You can easily find a matching set without breaking the bank.
How to style a pool party outfit
Summer is the time of year to be “extra” and that means going for accessories. We’re confident that our What to Wear to a Pool Party guide has covered the basics of outfit coordination.
However, we are sure that some trendsetters are still stuck in a styling crisis. For those who need extra inspiration, we share some tips to help jazz up any fit.

For those who dislike being the center of attention (in a bad way), here are some fashion tips to avoid when it comes to pool party outfits.
Jeans: Denim shorts pass the style test, but long pants don’t. Trust me, your sweat glands will thank you later.

Are you going to a beach party this summer but don’t know what to wear? You’re not alone! It’s difficult to know which outfits are appropriate for the occasion and which ones to send home.
There are so many ways to dress up for the beach, some more obvious than others. Finding the perfect swimsuit can be difficult, especially when you don’t have a lot of money to spend. But don’t worry, we’re here for you! We have compiled a list of cute beach outfit ideas to wear to the beach when you don’t have a bathing suit.
1. Sarong
If you don’t have a bathing suit or just don’t feel comfortable wearing one, a sarong is a perfect alternative. Sarongs are essentially large, rectangular pieces of fabric that can be wrapped around the body in a variety of ways. They are often colorful or patterned, making them ideal for a day at the beach.
Also, they can be smart or casual depending on where you go after the beach. If you’re wearing a sarong as a cover-up, make sure you pair it with cute sandals and a sun hat. Or, if you’re headed to a restaurant or bar after a day in the sun, accessorize your sarong with a statement necklace and strappy heels.
2. Maxi Dress
Brana Maria long dress
Maxi dresses are a popular choice for a day at the beach. They’re loose and airy, making them perfect for hot weather. Also, they can be easily pulled up or down depending on your plans. Maxi dresses come in a variety of styles so you can find one that suits your taste.
If you want something a little more casual, look for a dress with a flowy skirt and a plain bodice. For a more formal look, choose a dress with a fitted bodice and full skirt. No matter what style you choose, maxi dresses will keep you cool and comfortable all day long.
3. Beach shorts
Dana shorts in black
Spending a day at the beach is a great way to relax and enjoy the summer weather. However, if you don’t have a bathing suit, it can be difficult to know what to wear. Beach shorts are a great alternative to traditional swimsuits. They’re usually made of lightweight material that dries quickly, making them ideal for swimming and playing in the waves.
Plus, they come in a variety of styles and colors so you can find a pair that suits your personal taste. So if you’re looking for a comfortable and stylish option for your next beach trip, be sure to pack a pair of beach shorts.
4. Swim skirt
Bathing skirts are the perfect alternative for the beach when you don’t have a bathing suit. They provide protection for your bottom half while still allowing you to enjoy the water. Plus, they come in a variety of styles and colors to suit all tastes.
Whether you’re looking for a simple skirt or something a little more daring, you’re sure to find the perfect swim skirt for your next trip to the beach. And best of all, swim skirts are often available for a fraction of the cost of a traditional bathing suit. So if you are looking for a more affordable option, a swim skirt is definitely the right choice.
5. Summer dress
A sundress is the best alternative to the beach if you don’t have a bathing suit because it’s comfortable, stylish, and covers everything you need. Wearing a sundress to the beach is a great way to stay cool and avoid sunburn. The lightweight fabric of a sundress keeps you cool, while the relaxed fit allows air to circulate and prevents your skin from sticking to the fabric.
Additionally, a sundress can easily be pulled up or down, making it versatile enough to take from the beach to the bar. Finally, a sundress offers full coverage, so you don’t have to worry about exposing too much skin. So next time you go to the beach, grab a sundress instead of a bathing suit.
6. Cover-up

Cover-ups are the perfect alternative to wearing a bathing suit at the beach. They come in a variety of styles, colors, and fabrics so you can find one that suits your taste. They also offer more protection than a swimsuit, which can be important if you’re body conscious.
Cover-ups can also be worn as a dress or maxi skirt, making them versatile and stylish. And if you get cold or need to breastfeed, they offer more protection than a swimsuit top. So if you’re looking for a fashionable and functional way to enjoy the beach, consider a cover-up.
7. Board shorts
When it comes to beachwear, many immediately think of swimsuits. However, there is another option that can be just as stylish and flattering – board shorts. Unlike swimsuits, which are often made from lycra or other synthetic materials, board shorts are usually made from cotton or linen. This makes them more comfortable to wear over longer periods of time and tends to make them more breathable.
In addition, board shorts are easy to dress up or down. Pair with a tank top or t-shirt for a casual look. Or wear them with a button-down shirt or blouse for a cleaner look. Regardless of how you style them, board shorts are the perfect alternative to wear to the beach when you don’t have a bathing suit.
8. Knee length shorts with a t-shirt
One of our favorite t-shirt dresses is knee-length denim shorts paired with a t-shirt. This cute beach outfit idea is perfect for any activity, whether it’s swimming, sunbathing, or just walking on the sand. Plus, it slips easily over your swimsuit when you need a little extra protection. And if you get too hot, you can always take off your shirt and enjoy the sun; That’s why we love t-shirt dresses paired with flip flops! So next time you go to the beach, don’t forget to pack your shorts and t-shirt.
9. Capri pants with a t-shirt
This lightweight t-shirt dress covers your legs and offers some sun protection. You can pair them with a t-shirt or tank top. If it’s a bit cooler, you can also wear a light sweater or jacket over your t-shirt.
10. Jeans with a t-shirt
You can wear jeans to the beach if you don’t have a bathing suit. They cover your legs and offer some sun protection. You can pair them with a t-shirt or tank top. If it’s a bit cooler, you can also wear a light sweater or jacket over your t-shirt.
11. Overalls

A jumpsuit is a one-piece garment that covers the body from the neck to the ankles. It’s a great alternative to wearing to the beach if you don’t have a bathing suit as it offers more coverage than a bathing suit. Overalls come in a variety of colors and prints, so you’re sure to find one that suits your taste.
What to consider before wearing alternatives to the beach
Before heading to the beach, there are a few things to keep in mind about your beach outfits. Some of the most important are:
The Material: You should make sure whatever you wear is made of a lightweight, breathable material. Cotton and linen are always good choices.
The fit: Make sure that your clothing fits well and is comfortable to wear. You don’t want to tug at your clothes all day.
The color: If you are fair skinned, opt for light-colored clothing. This will help reflect the sun’s rays and keep you cool.
The Style: Choose a style that you feel comfortable in. Remember that you will be spending a lot of time in your swimwear, so you want to make sure you are comfortable in it.
Now that you know what to consider before choosing beachwear alternatives, it’s time to start planning your outfit. With these tips, you’re sure to find the perfect ensemble for your next day at the beach.
Options if you don’t have a bikini but definitely want a bathing suit.
12. Tankini
tankini
A tankini is the best alternative for the beach if you don’t have a bathing suit, as it covers the areas you are uncomfortable with, such as your stomach and thighs. It also allows you to still show some skin so you can get a nice tan.
Tankinis come in a variety of colors and patterns so you can find one that suits your personality. They’re also relatively cheap, so you don’t have to spend a lot of money to get one. Most importantly, they are comfortable to wear so you can enjoy your time at the beach without worrying about your looks.
13. One-piece swimsuit

As every fashion-conscious woman knows, if you don’t have a swimsuit, a one-piece swimsuit is the best alternative for the beach. Not only does it offer more coverage than other swimwear, but it flatters your figure in all the right places.
Plus, you don’t have to worry about losing your top in the waves! A one-piece swimsuit is also a lot more comfortable than a bikini top and it’s a lot easier to stay organized while swimming. Whether you’re lounging on the sand or taking a dip in the pool, a one-piece swimsuit is the perfect choice for any woman looking to look her best.
14. Rashguard
rashguard
A rashguard is a lycra or spandex shirt that covers the torso and upper arms. It’s a great alternative to wearing to the beach if you don’t have a bathing suit as it offers more coverage than a bathing suit. Rashguards come in a variety of colors and prints, so you’re sure to find one to suit your taste.
15. Wrap
The uses of this garment are endless, it can be an accessory but you can wrap it around your chest as a top or wrap around your bottoms as a bottom if you need to improvise one. It’s an excellent option.
Conclusion
There are a variety of alternatives to wear to the beach if you don’t have a bathing suit. Some of our favorites are board shorts, knee shorts and capris. Whichever one you choose, make sure it’s made of lightweight, breathable material and fits well. And don’t forget to pack your sunscreen

How to wear a jumpsuit
I’m a fan of overalls, but I know I’m not alone when I sometimes wonder how to wear overalls. How to accessorize a jumpsuit, how to wear different types of jumpsuits, how to wear a jumpsuit for different occasions, and how to figure out what shoes to wear with a jumpsuit.
I’ve always liked how fancy jumpsuits look and how just one piece can become a complete outfit. They make it easy to dress beautifully and look stylish! As a dress it is one and done. I even like to wear overalls when I travel! My summer travel outfits consist of light, casual overalls. They’re a breeze to style and easy to pack!
But overalls can be a little intimidating and if not worn properly, they can look sloppy or make you look smaller or wider than you are. There’s a reason you see mostly black and white overalls. They’re easier to wear and you don’t have to worry about looking like a trendy jerk in a crazy printed jumpsuit. As a rule, you always look stylish and chic with a black or white jumpsuit.
Personally, like most of my clothes, I go for the more classic and elegant pieces. I love the color, print and different textures of the jumpsuit, but with my petite frame I have to be careful or parts could choke me whole.
Let’s look at how to wear a jumpsuit and what to consider the next time you put together a jumpsuit outfit.
5 style tips to put together chic jumpsuit outfits
1. Find the perfect fit
Buying a jumpsuit that fits your body perfectly is the key to a neat and well-groomed appearance. Do not wear a jumpsuit that is too tight or too loose.
Wearing a jumpsuit that’s too tight could give off that Catwoman vibe and maybe make you uncomfortable. If you wear a jumpsuit that is too loose, you will lose your figure completely, and the jumpsuit will overwhelm your body.
The elegant white jumpsuit I’m wearing in this outfit has a halter-style top half, a gathered waist, and wide legs. It’s not too big or too small and the halter top allows me to accentuate my figure by showing the right amount of skin and accentuating the waist.
Nordstrom always has plenty of stylish overalls to shop for. So that’s the first place I would recommend you start looking for your perfect jumpsuit.
2. Define your waist
I must emphasize that you should not lose your figure. Many jumpsuits either have a fabric belt in the same color as the jumpsuit, or you can simply add your belt to accentuate your waist. Tie your jumpsuit at the waist is a great way to add some femininity to the look and give you that curvy look.
In this white jumpsuit I double wrapped the white fabric belt to accentuate my waist. I could have also added a gold or black belt to add some dimension, but I wanted to show that you don’t have to look super stylish in a jumpsuit.
You can see in the shopping section below that most of the jumpsuits I save have a matching fabric belt.
3. Combine the jumpsuit with a blazer
I love adding dimension to my outfits! Even though the white jumpsuit could stand alone, I wanted to show you how you can easily add a blazer to give it some personality.
If you’ve never worn a jumpsuit, you’ll feel more comfortable with a blazer than without. It breaks up the look and adds a layer to make the jumpsuit more subtle.
When choosing a blazer or jacket, go for one that enhances the overall and suits the occasion. This outfit could be suitable for a cocktail party, a formal dinner or a fancy drink with friends. Think about where you will be wearing your jumpsuit and choose a blazer that will either elevate it a bit or make it more casual.
I wanted to create an elegant look with this white jumpsuit, so I chose a black tuxedo like a split personality blazer. It is a tuxedo blazer in the front but looks like a cape from the back.
Choose shades that resemble or contrast your overalls. In this case, I went for a black and white jumpsuit outfit. If you’re wearing a pretty floral jumpsuit, you might want to wear a light pink blazer. Just make sure the two items match.

4. Wear heels with wide leg jumpsuit
If you’re wondering what shoes to wear with a jumpsuit, always opt for heels! Unless it’s a very casual beach jumpsuit. Wearing heels is a style rule I follow because you don’t want to appear small or frumpy. Create the illusion of long and lean by not bagging the bottom part of the jumpsuit. If I were to wear this roomy jumpsuit with sandals or flats, the bottom half would look pretty sloppy. It would look like I was wearing a jumpsuit that didn’t fit and I would look smaller.
The shoes you wear with wide leg overalls need to be on the narrow side. Stay away from wedges, clogs, or anything with a chunky heel. This is especially true when the fabric is light and airy, like the white jumpsuit I’m wearing.
5. Wear a solid color jumpsuit
If you’re a virgin jumpsuit, tuck in and wear a solid black, navy, forest, or dark jumpsuit. If you’re a little braver, opt for a jumpsuit with a little print, like polka dots, or a bright color!
In these summer travel outfits, I wore a polka dot jumpsuit, a bright pink jumpsuit and a bright yellow polka dot jumpsuit. These are some examples of jumpsuit outfits at the other end of the spectrum, casual and fun for summer.
But black is always a choice for losing weight!
A solid jumpsuit stretches because it is an unbroken vertical line that moves the eye up and down slightly without a break.
Once you’re comfortable in a black or white jumpsuit, experiment by adding some patterns or pops of color.

Overalls can be worn to formal occasions
A jumpsuit can easily be dressed up for a formal event. If the style of the jumpsuit is appropriate, you just need to accessorize it to match the party. Consider a formal black or white jumpsuit.
The jumpsuit I am wearing in this outfit is a feminine and elegant white jumpsuit with a pleated halterneck. As it’s rather classy in style, I simply dressed it up with heels, a black tuxedo blazer, gold accessories and a dainty handbag. I also sported a chic bun to match the style of the outfit. You can also opt for a braided updo! I love edgy braids because they look chic, your hair stays in place and it’s a little extra that enhances your entire look. If like me you have long hair and need braid inspiration, check out 21 Braids for Long Hair with step-by-step instructions!.
I can easily wear this to a formal event and conform to the dress code.
Here’s another fun fact! I wore a white jumpsuit to my civil wedding in San Francisco! I said I’m wearing a beautiful and elegant white jumpsuit! For my civil ceremony, I paired the white jumpsuit with navy Badgley Mischka heels (the same ones I wore to my dream wedding in Paris), a sparkly belt, sparkly earrings and an infinity Tiffany necklace. This is an example that you can wear a jumpsuit for a civil wedding and look very stylish.

Overall Shopping Tips
There are a few things to consider when buying a jumpsuit. A pants jumpsuit is incredibly chic, comfortable and easy to wear.
Get the right length. You don’t want to trip over yourself or ruin the jumpsuit. Buy a length that goes with heels or flats. If you wear a jumpsuit primarily with heels, be sure to wear heels when shopping so you know the length is perfect or you’re hemming it. This pre-purchase test makes it easier to know how the jumpsuit outfit will come together rather than waiting until you get home, and the same goes for pairing the jumpsuit with flat shoes.
If this is your first jumpsuit, buy one in a solid color. Here I chose the super safe black because I want to wear it again and again and all year round. Plus, a solid color elongates your body and is so flattering. If you absolutely must wear a pattern, go for something understated.
If you’re only investing in one jumpsuit, make sure it’s suitable for every season. The jumpsuit I’m wearing in this post is sleeveless and has a V-neckline, making it ideal year-round. I can wear it in spring and summer as simply throwing on a colored motorcycle jacket when it gets chilly.
Go formal! If you don’t think you’re going to get much use out of your jumpsuit on those casual weekends in the park, get something that will dress up. Choose a formal color and silhouette that looks stylish with statement accessories.
The last point I have to mention is make sure it fits! Not too short or too long, not too tight or too loose. The perfect jumpsuit has to be flattering and make you feel fabulous every time you put it on!
I hope these style tips answered how to wear a jumpsuit! Have you worn one of these one-piece wonders? Let me know in the comments below!!
