Are jumpsuits still popular in 2021?

Jumpsuits are still popular for autumn and winter. While we liked the look of fun and citrusy pieces in the summer, we’re going a more subtle (albeit still bright) route for the second half of the year. Dior advocates denim, Prada is all about details.

Of course, black jumpsuits are always trendy. This year it’s poised to dethrone the LBD, after pieces by Mugler and Saint Laurent have been worn by the likes of Dua Lipa, Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo and Taraji P. Henson.

Jumpsuits have been one of the biggest trends for SS21 – and chances are you already have one or two in your closet.

’70s-inspired styles with plunging necklines and flared trousers have been spotted on the catwalks by Chanel, Tom Ford and Balmain, while tailored jumpsuits have been spotted at the SS21 shows by Hermés and Bottega Veneta.

Stella McCartney and Max Mara opted for utilitarian iterations of the trend, and it looks like we’ll be seeing sleeveless styles in leather and denim this spring as well, like those seen at Burberry and Celine.

Now that it’s summer and the pool is warm enough to swim in, guests come almost every day. Every weekend we seem to have a pool party for a different occasion. With a lot of traffic coming and going from our home, being prepared for guests is imperative. After identifying the top items that our guests forget when they come for a swim, I put together this basket of essentials for a pool party.

i love entertainment All of our family members and friends know that they are welcome to swim every day. Our grill barely cools down from all the cooking we do. Our kids love having their friends to play in the pool and we often host outdoor movie nights. Nothing beats a movie while swimming in the pool with friends.

Aside from keeping the pool clean and ready for a swim, there are other important things to consider when entertaining at a pool party.

The most important thing most women forget when they come swimming is a hair tie or barrette and a pickaxe to manage wet hair after the swim. At every pool party, our bathroom gets almost as much use as our pool. Between changing guests’ clothes and going to the bathroom, it’s important to keep them fresh. The sun is shining and the temperature is just right to start planning your next pool party. But before you grab your suit and take the plunge, make sure you have the best water accessories for a celebration to remember. As the sun goes down, make sure you party respectfully and be aware of your nighttime noise levels.

3. POOL DECORATION
