Can you leave jungle juice out overnight?
According to the US Food and Drug Administration, perishable foods that are supposed to be refrigerated, like juice, can only be left out at room temperature for two hours before it’s considered unsafe to consume.
Best Ever Jungle Juice Recipe
Some juice companies give their products a little more leeway, but it really isn’t much longer than US FDA guidelines — and almost certainly not overnight. For example, Tropicana does not recommend “using refrigerated juice that has been stored unrefrigerated for more than three hours,” and the Naked Juice makers “do not recommend drinking juice that has been stored unrefrigerated for more than several hours. ” The same recommendations apply to boxes and bottles of ambient juice after they have been opened.
If you think these guidelines for properly storing pasteurized juice are harsh, you’ll be appalled by the guidelines for refrigerating unpasteurized juice that hasn’t been treated to kill the bacteria that could make you sick. Unpasteurized juice should always be stored in the fridge, and you should put it back in the fridge as soon as you’re done using it. But really, it’s just good practice to always keep your juice in the fridge, unpasteurized or not. And while you can safely drink the juice you left on the counter, doing so definitely increases your risk of getting sick — so don’t be a slob and just put the juice back in the fridge once you’re done with it are where you know it belongs.
How do you keep jungle juice cold?
Mix fruit concentrate with water, as per instructions on the concentrate, and freeze in an ice cube tray. Use a juice you’re already including in the punch to prevent clashing of flavours, or use a couple different kinds to keep the flavours balanced. 3. Use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes.
Best Ever Jungle Juice Recipe
1. Mix and freeze some punch in ice cube trays ahead of time, then pour into the punch bowl throughout the evening. Because the melt cubes are the same strength as the punch, they don’t water it down. Make more punch-based ice cubes than you expect so you don’t run out prematurely and resort to regular ice cubes instead. Don’t let leftovers go to waste! Place leftover punch cubes in glasses of sparkling water to add a fruity twist to an otherwise simple drink.
2. Mix the fruit concentrate with water according to the directions on the concentrate and freeze in an ice cube tray. Use a juice you already put in the punch to avoid clashing flavors, or use a few different types to keep the flavors balanced.
3. Use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes. Of course, it’s best to use fruit to complement the punch, but there are certain ones that hold up a little better over time than others. Small berries like blueberries or raspberries will thaw fairly quickly, while larger, firmer fruits will stay frozen longer. Opt for whole frozen strawberries, peach slices, grapes, or frozen diced mango or pineapple.
Don’t have time to conjure up flavored ice cubes? Keep punch chilled without watering it down by presenting it in a smaller punch bowl. Refill the bowl from a chilled pitcher later in the evening; Going this route will reduce the overall amount of ice you need for the punch.
How long can juice stay out of fridge?
According to the FDA, leaving perishable food, which includes orange juice, at room temperature for more than two hours (or just one hour at high temperatures of 90 degrees or above) is a bad idea, as it could allow harmful bacteria like salmonella, E.
Best Ever Jungle Juice Recipe
You bought a whole lot of orange juice for your next brunch. Sweet, tart and delicious, orange juice pairs perfectly with your planned menu of soufflé pancakes and Eggs Benedict. Not only that, it is also an essential ingredient for your mimosa. The only problem? You forgot to put all the orange juice in the fridge when unpacking your groceries and accidentally left a few containers in the car for a few hours. Is the orange juice still drinkable?
According to the FDA, it’s a bad idea to leave perishable foods, which include orange juice, at room temperature for longer than two hours (or just one hour in high temperatures of 90 degrees or more) because it can harbor harmful bacteria like salmonella, E. coli and Clostridium botulinum, spread rapidly, which could lead to a serious foodborne illness. The FDA also notes that the temperature inside most cars can be above room temperature, and warns against leaving food in the car for more than an hour or two.

Jungle sap acts like galactagogues. Galactagogues are substances that help increase the body’s milk production by increasing the total amount of prolactin (the hormone that tells the breast to produce more milk) that the brain secretes. Although there is evidence of its effectiveness, it should be noted that there is no medical claim to back it up.
BENEFITS OF JUNGLE JUICE
The few benefits that have been recorded as a result of using jungle sap are discussed below:
Jungle juice has often been recommended to mothers who are low on breast milk and looking for what they can do to boost supplies. In fact, there are lactation consultants who even encourage their patients to choose this option instead of taking medication.
While the ingredients aren’t hard to come by in the market, another interesting thing about it is that the preparation process doesn’t take any time. The liquid is prepared in a few minutes. While some moms feel the effects almost immediately after ingesting the liquid, others feel the effects over 24 hours after they start drinking.
IS IT ABLE TO INCREASE ENERGY LEVELS IN LACTING MOTHERS?
Just as we need strength during pregnancy, the mother needs even more strength after giving birth. So, for breastfeeding moms who get weak quickly, jungle juice is also efficient for boosting energy levels.
CAN YOU DRINK JUNGLE JUICE DURING PREGNANCY?
While the answer is relative, some breastfeeding mothers have found the liquid to be helpful with breastfeeding just before delivery. This is due to the energy that the liquid is said to bring to the body, which consequently helps it during labour. Even more, some others believe that it is effective in preparing their body systems for lactation and therefore drink it just before giving birth.
COVID-19 CANNOT BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH BREAST MILK
Opening Breastfeeding Week, Health Minister Zweli Mkhize encouraged COVID-19 positive mothers to continue breastfeeding.
If you’re breastfeeding, you’ve most likely been concerned about what you’re going to do if you contract COVID-19. Can you still breastfeed? Don’t you want to make your baby sick? What if your baby doesn’t want to drink from a bottle?
Baby will starve…
I have great news moms – the coronavirus cannot be passed to your baby through your breast milk.
I can assure you that the COVID-19 virus has not been found in breast milk and research has shown that the virus is not transmitted through breast milk or through expressed breast milk from a mother who has tested positive or suspects COVID-19 she has the virus,” Health Minister Zweli Mkhize said at the opening of breastfeeding week

What alcohol is the strongest?
Spirytus Stawski (96% Alcohol) This is the world’s most strongest and potent liquor, that has a gentle smell and a mild taste. It is made using premium ethyl alcohol with a grain base.
Best Ever Jungle Juice Recipe
When it comes to alcoholic beverages, there are some spirits that are easy to handle and then there are spirits that can kill you. Yes, I’m talking about the extremely alcoholic drinks that come straight out of hell. With that in mind, here are 10 of the world’s most powerful drinks for anyone who enjoys a real challenge. Scroll down to make your choice.
1. Bacardi 151 (75.5% alcohol)
Manufactured by Bacardi Limited of Hamilton, Bermuda, this highly alcoholic rum comes with a stainless steel fire barrier built into the neck of the bottle and is highly flammable. It’s popular in small batches to make rum-based cocktails like Cuba Libre and Daiquiris. Just don’t try drinking this drink straight, okay?
3. Sunset Rum (84.5% alcohol)
This is one of the strongest rums in the world, also being awarded the title of “The Rum World’s Best Overproof” by the World Rum Awards in 2016. Even the label on the bottle recommends drinking it with a blender as it causes a burning sensation in the throat if you drink too much. It can also cause severe burns neat, so drink with caution.
3. Vodka Balkan 176 (88% alcohol)
This triple distilled vodka is one of the strongest Scandinavian drinks you will ever encounter. It is colourless, odorless and tasteless. It’s so strong there are 13 different label warnings on the bottle. Many cases of people dying from alcohol poisoning after consuming this drink in a short period of time have also been reported, so be careful.
4. Tweezers Shanghai starch (88.88% alcohol)
This Scottish vodka is considered healthy as it contains milk tea and elderflower, which are known to be good for the liver but can get you high in no time. This drink is intended to be used as a concentrate. Excessive consumption is not recommended at any cost as it can lead to serious health problems.
5. Hapsburg Gold Label Premium Reserve Absinthe (89.9% alcohol)
The bottle of Habsburg Gold comes with a label that says “There are no rules”, but we still recommend you to follow just one rule – drink this drink with a blender. Absinthe is known to induce hallucinations, so make sure you don’t overdo it. This vodka is generally consumed by artists who value creativity and original ideas out of the box.
6. Good old Sailor Vodka (85% alcohol)
This vodka is mainly drunk in Sweden and is little known to the rest of the world. It is made from organic grain and fresh water from Lake Vättern. In the production of this vodka, modern distillery technology is combined with traditional skills. It has a clean, fresh body and a spicy aftertaste. It can be used in small amounts to make cocktails.
7. Devil Springs Vodka (80% alcohol)
Devil Springs Vodka is undoubtedly one of the strongest vodkas on the planet. It is mostly used in small amounts in cocktails with juices or ginger ale. It is also popularly used to make flaming shots. Avoid straight from the bottle if you want to stay sane.
8. River Antoine Royale Grenadian Rum (90% alcohol)
This Grenada drink is made using the ancient pot still technique, which is a very slow distillation process. It is made from fermented sugar cane juice, which makes it exceptionally tasty. Locals drink this drink straight from the Water Chaser, so ideally you should do the same. OK?
9. Bruichladdich X4 Quadrupled Whiskey (92% alcohol)
This is undoubtedly the most alcoholic single malt whiskey made using a 17th century quadruple distillation method. It is known to be extremely potent and pure. According to legend, Martin Martin, a traveler from the Hebrides, was told by the locals: ‘One sip and you live forever; two sips and you go blind; three sips and you’ll collapse on the spot.’ So taste this whiskey at your own risk.
10. Spirytus Stawski (96% alcohol)
This is the strongest and most potent liquor in the world that has a gentle smell and mild taste. It is made from high quality grain-based ethyl alcohol. Many who have drunk this drink straight from the bottle have compared it to being punched in the stomach so hard it is difficult to breathe. So, misusing this drink can literally kill you, mind you.

What does jungle juice taste like vape?
Wow this is really lemony – and tastes again like the school made lemonade. Not the fizzy stuff but basically sweetened lemon juice with the acid sting taken away.
Best Ever Jungle Juice Recipe
Jungle Juice E-Liquid is from a brand that manufactures and bottles their liquid in the UK in an ISO 5 clean room. The company itself is a small family business based in South Wales.
Apparently the flavors were beta tested by a panel of over 2000 vapers. Your feedback allows Jungle Juice to make adjustments to improve the e-liquid. If the feedback is 98% positive, they release the liquid for sale.
Introducing: Just Add Range from Jungle Juice
Their liquids are available in 0mg nicotine strength in 60ml or 120ml short fill bottles with Nic Shots. You add the nicotine shots as needed to increase the nicotine levels to your liking.
The bottles have an easy-to-remove tip to prevent you from covering yourself with e-liquid when adding nicotine.
The liquid is a mixture of 60% VG and 40% PG. This is better for sub-ohm devices, but some MTL devices can run quite well with it since it’s not a super-thick liquid.
Read our guides below if the terms PG, VG and MTL are too much for you!
All liquids have pharmaceutical and kosher bases and are free from stevia, sucralose, acetoin, acetylpropionyl and diacetyl. Also, according to their website, they use at least 17% flavorings.
I’ll be using my trusty Kaees Aladdin RDA as it’s easy to just rewind and dry burn between flavors, allowing me to taste each flavor rather than a cocktail of several! I put the RDA on the Eleaf iStick Nowos which is a handy little internal battery mod for use under 80W.
Thank you Jungle Juice for sending me these to review and as always I will be honest about my findings.
Ready for review…
I received 6x60ml bottles for review – the flavors are:
Blue Lagoon
Rhubarb and Pudding
Lush strawberry
Chew fruit salad
Pink lemonade
Classic chewing gum
I will not add nicotine shots to mine as I am a hardcore! Adding Nic-Shots changes the strength of the flavor and I generally vape sub-ohm at 6mg so the flavor may be diluted too much.
Obviously, with e-liquids, taste is subjective, so I’ll try to stick to how closely they match the description or target taste. The vaping gear you use can also alter the flavor profile, as some flavors are stronger on some settings.
Blue Lagoon
Jungle Juice says…
“Plunge into the Jungle Juice Blue Lagoon. A refreshing and revitalizing Blue Slush E-Liquid with a twist. Your taste buds will be craving more with each vape as you taste raspberry, followed closely by hints of acidity, but not overpowering. It’s the perfect mix to put a smile on your face.”
I say….
The smell of it sounds very familiar to me… I’m thinking of Blackcurrant Chewits – which are also one of my absolute favorite candies!
The taste wasn’t really what I expected. It’s not as much wallop as the smell led me to believe.
There’s a fruity flavor with a cooling undertone – this has got to be the Blue Slush.
I enjoy it and there is no horrible taste or chemical aftertaste. There’s a lot of steam for a 60% VG liquid!
Thought I might have Vapers Tongue but I’m good at tasting my other e-liquids? In fact, I spent most of the afternoon vaping it to see if anything was wrong with my taste buds, but I still found the flavor to be quite muted. Also, I’m using a good flavored RDA to test this so the flavor might fall on a tank etc.
My advice to Jungle Juice in this case is to add more flavor – the taste is lovely, just needs a little more of it. I didn’t add a nic shot either so it will dilute a bit more if you do.
Rhubarb and Pudding
Jungle Juice says…
“The Sweetshop classic that everyone loves! Packed with flavor to keep your taste buds screaming for more. The spiciness of the rhubarb is balanced with the creamy cream and makes for the perfect partnership.”
I say….
Apparently Jungle Juice spent 5 months testing to perfect the rhubarb vanilla flavor…
I used to love the hard boiled candies with rhubarb and custard that were coated in sugar and too many of them would be like sandpaper on the tongue.
The smell of this liquid is very, very similar, but also mixed with a slight Pear Props – like you’ve kept the Pear Drops and R&C candy in the same paper bag!
However, I find the taste of “solvents”… Very chemical and I feel the urge to drink used brushes in it.
I was pretty stumped by this so I ended up getting a friend to try it and tell me what he thought.
Without telling him what it tasted like, I asked him what it tasted like and he immediately said rhubarb—sweet rhubarb. I asked if he could taste pudding but he couldn’t identify that taste so this seems close to the description.
He said it was worth 9 out of 10 as it was very nice but not much custard. In fact, he took the bottle home as he liked it so much! It doesn’t get full marks just because of the lack of custard!
Lush strawberry
Jungle Juice says…
“What’s summer without juicy, fat, deep red strawberries? Bring in the joys of summer any time of year with the Jungle Juice Sumptuous Strawberry E Liquid. Jungle Juice perfectly captures the taste and feel of strawberries in our heavenly VG-PG mix and enjoy summer anytime, anywhere.”
I say….
This is another one that smells like candy – oh boy, it’s a perfect Strawberry Chewits scent – delicious! These cute vapes are making me hungry!
I find that quite difficult to describe. You get an almost tingly sorbet-strawberry sensation on the inhale, but on the exhale it’s smooth like a strawberry chew. You can almost feel it on your tongue!
This is not like a strawberry being picked from a basket. This is more of a strawberry cutie – which is fine with me as I have more of a sweet tooth than Winnie the Pooh. But you might not be happy if you were expecting the plant-based strawberry flavor right away.
Chew fruit salad
Jungle Juice says…
“Separating the Black Jacks from the fruit salads has always been a challenge, but the reward of a sweet chewy treat of juicy berries and tropical fruits is worth it. The combination is a side of sweetness but oddly manages to be both invigorating in its fruitiness and relaxing in its smooth, sunshine-like aromas.”
I say….
I have high hopes for this one. The e-liquid I mostly use in my sub ohm rigs is Stika Bombz Fruit Salad – I rarely use anything else – so this has big ol’ shoes to fill!
From the sniff test, this smells just like that lovely aroma that greets you when you finally get that damn clumsy packaging from the fruit salad chew!
The flavor isn’t quite as strong as I expected. Again, like the strawberry flavor, there’s a bubbly quality that’s really fun and takes me back to my childhood.
I definitely get the fruit salad chew vibe, just wish the flavor had a little more pizzazz. This is very more-ish, just like the cutie!
The flavor of the Jungle Juice version isn’t as strong as the Stika Bombz version, which is still my favorite fruit salad flavor – sorry!
Pink lemonade
Jungle Juice says…
“Close your eyes and let yourself be transported back to the cool pool, party with friends and sip on an ice cold beverage with a shot of deep red raspberry, cloudy Sicilian lemon and wild strawberry”
I say….
Sniffing that liquid reminds me of when we were at school trying to make lemonade. Nothing like what you buy in the stores but a sweet still lemon drink hehe!
Wow, that’s really lemony – and tastes like the school lemonade again. Not the fizzy stuff, but basically sweetened lemon juice that’s had the acid sting removed.
I don’t get a distinct strawberry or raspberry – but there’s something that keeps this liquid from being really sour and tart. Although the lemon flavor is nice and strong, it doesn’t suck your pants up your butt.
This is a beauty – I’m not usually a Lemon fan, but I could happily vape it all day.
I had to make a statement as the other fruity flavors don’t really shine through, but they have to work in the background somehow to counteract the citrus tinge.
Classic chewing gum
Jungle Juice says…
“Relive the moments of wild abandon, fun in the sun and sharing secrets with friends sharing a stick of gum. Now the same impressive taste is available as an e-juice. Our complete Vape Juice Kit with heavenly VG-PG blend and Retro Bubblegum flavored Jungle Juice “Just Add” allows you to create your very own nicotine strength, just how you like it.”
I say….
This is another one I was really looking forward to. Despite being 43 years old I still have the taste buds of a 6 year old and I love a drop of Bubblegum E-Liquid. The IVG Bubblegum Millions is still one of my favorites!
The smell of this is just dreamy and really smells like just popping the shell on a “1p Bubbly” gumball… (again shows my age – they’re probably around 67p each now – inflation etc…)
Again, I find myself just wishing that the flavor level was raised a bit.
There’s a bubblegum flavor – but it’s very muted compared to the smell. If that flavor was stronger, this would be a 10/10 e-liquid.
Final Verdict
The Jungle Juice e-liquids are not max VG, they are only 60% VG. Which surprises me as the sweetness, vapor and smoothness are exactly what you would expect from an 80% VG e-liquid.
Since these e-liquids are a bit thinner in composition, they can even be suitable for pod mods and starter vape kits!
Ooh if I could add notes for the bottle design I would! The guys from Hungle Juice did a great job with it. The easy pull out nozzle for adding nicotine and easy to squeeze bottle really helped my gammy hands!
Flavors, while not always 100% as described, are better than expected – at least for me. But I have a real sweet tooth – if you prefer tart or earthy tones, you might find these too sweet.

Hunch Punch, also known as Jungle Juice or Purple Jesus, is a potent cocktail. To make Hunch Punch, all you need is Everclear and fruit punch. First, empty a bottle of Everclear or other neutral-flavored clear grain alcohol into a large container. Then add a gallon of fruit punch and mix with the alcohol. This is enough for up to 10 people, but if you need more, adjust the measurements accordingly. For a tastier punch, mix in a few cups of lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, and your favorite fruit juices. Once you’ve mixed your hunger punch, add plenty of ice to chill the drink and serve to your thirsty guests. Here’s Why You Should Stay Away From ‘Jungle Juice’
If you list a few things that automatically make you think of college, here are a few surefire contenders: tailgate parties, Greek life, soccer, late nights, cramming, natural light, and PBR.
These are some of the “college” things man knows, but do you think you can name the one mixed drink that’s sure to only be consumed by college students? That’s right folks, it’s good ol’ jungle juice.
Unless you drink or are under the legal age, you’ve most likely had your fair share of nights beginning and ending with this crazy concoction. And sure, why shouldn’t you? It sounds fun, it looks like Kool-Aid and it’s sure to get you tipsy in just a few sips. Jungle juice has always been a college favorite, but if you’re still in school and looking up its definition in the Urban Dictionary, you might reconsider how much you’re throwing back.
Have you ever woken up after a long night of drinking nothing but jungle juice and felt like you hadn’t slept in weeks? Well, according to this excerpt from an Urban Dictionary definition, here’s why:
“Most jungle juice mixes have colossal amounts of hard alcohol mixed in with random juices. For example, jungle juice may contain rum, gin, tequila, vodka, and whiskey mixed with orange, grapefruit, pineapple, or other juices to enhance flavor and stretch the amount of alcohol. Additionally, most Jungle Juice batches contain chopped pieces of various fruits, such as pineapple, watermelon, or grapes. Jungle Juice can also be crafted with Kool-Aid; this is sometimes called the hunch punch.”
Combining spirits masked by blenders is a one-way ticket to a tough morning. That being said, Jungle Juice will obviously send you over the edge and promises a blast. But if you’re trying to be productive in the coming days, we recommend staying away. If you decide to enter the jungle, please remember to always drink responsibly!
How to make a fruity jungle juice punchbowl that will be a hit at your next party
Jungle Juice is a punch bowl drink with many different alcohols.
It mainly consists of vodka, rum and various fruit-flavored drinks.
Top the jungle juice with some club soda to add fizz and extend the life of the drink.
If there’s one “cocktail” that most likely everyone has drunk but probably never ordered in a bar, it’s the eternally famous (and in some cases infamous) jungle juice. A drink that’s all but the kitchen sink, Jungle Juice is a cross between a Long Island iced tea punch bowl and a sangria.
It most likely started in the basements and homes of college students as a creative concoction for overindulging while also making use of any leftover alcohol or beverage that people wanted to get rid of.
“[Jungle Juice] is really a mix of all kinds of alcohol, and it’s always mixed with sugary additives from juices, fruits and things like that,” says Julianna McIntosh, owner and mixologist at Join_Jules. “It’s really just an easy way for people to make a large batch of drinks for parties at home.”
This hodgepodge approach results in many different iterations of jungle juice, with some opting for flavored liqueurs or rum, while others even add different gummies.
“It’s a punch bowl with a lot of different alcohols in it, and it doesn’t necessarily have to have that negative connotation,” says McIntosh. “There is not a single recipe that is the original recipe. It’s your own interpretation of what jungle juice is, which is kind of fun.”
Best alcohol for jungle juice
McIntosh recommends starting with a neutral spirit like vodka or grain alcohol like Everclear as it doesn’t add much flavor and can serve as a solid base. From there, she says, you can start getting creative.
“When I think of jungle juice, I think of tropes,” says McIntosh. “So I think rum is a really great thing to add.”
While McIntosh typically uses dark rum in their jungle juice, you can also try white, spiced and flavored rum for a little extra kick.
Quick tip: McIntosh warns aspiring mixologists against using Kool Aid packets in Jungle Juice, especially when mixing with Everclear. “It changes the flavor so you can’t even taste the alcohol,” says McIntosh. “So if you just mix that with vodka, you’re drinking straight vodka.”
What you need Cut five to eight lemons, limes, and oranges into quarters and let them marinate in juice and alcohol to add flavor. Oleksandr Yurchak/Getty Images While this is McIntosh’s preferred way of making jungle juice, you can use any combination of alcohol, fruit, juice and even candy that you prefer. McIntosh recommends keeping the alcohol-to-juice ratio at thirds — ⅓ for the alcohol and ⅔ for the juices — to ensure the safest guest experience. A bottle of white rum
A bottle of dark rum
A bottle of Everclear (optional)
Five to eight lemons, limes and oranges (quartered)
One pineapple (without the outer flesh)
3 tablespoons all-spice
5-7 cinnamon sticks
1 liter plum or pomegranate juice
1 liter of orange juice
1 liter of pineapple juice
ice cream (to serve on the side)
Quick Tip: While it’s easier to buy juices from the store, McIntosh encourages people to make their own juices. “I think it tastes better fresh,” she says.
How to Make Jungle Juice (Serves 15-20) Pour in the alcohol first to get an idea of how much juice is needed. Marcel Kriegl/Shutterstock Pour in the alcohol. According to McIntosh, it’s important to start with the alcohol to get a feel for how much booze there is and how much juice is needed to balance it. Throw in your fruit, cinnamon, and any spices. Let the citrus fruits marinate in the alcohol like a sangria for even more flavor. Add juice and mix. Enhance the fruity and sweet notes with juice, whether freshly squeezed or store-bought. Serve with ice to keep it from watering down.
Quick tip: If you’re serving jungle juice at a party, McIntosh says you should add a quart or two of club soda or sparkling water to add the fizz. “It won’t change the flavor at all, but it will extend the life of the party a little bit and there will be those bubbles,” says McIntosh.

Store Jungle Juice
If you have anything left to drink after the party, McIntosh says you should store it in an airtight container, like a mason jar. You can keep it in the fridge for three to four days and spritz it with some club soda to freshen it up when you pull it out to drink again.
Insider snack
Whether you’re trying to use leftover alcohol or just want a wet punch bowl for a pool party, jungle juice is a no-fuss and easy-to-make drink that can be taken in a variety of ways.
Simply mix a combination of rum, vodka, or neutral liquor with juice and add sliced fruit for extra flavor. While the juice can be purchased at the store, McIntosh suggests opting for homemade juice instead.
“I like to make it as fresh as possible because it just tastes better,” says McIntosh. “But use what you have and it will be fine.”
