Please assume that the delivery of larger items such. B. Sheds, summer houses, log cabins, greenhouses, garden structures, garden furniture, large barbecues, etc. is carried out up to the curb. Customers are advised not to assist with unloading. Many delivery drivers (but not all) will assist in transporting items over the curb, but at the curb the goods become your responsibility. In the case of goods delivered on pallets, the deliverers usually do not remove the packaging or pallets after delivery.
If the product you have purchased has an assembly option and you opt for this assembly service, delivery and assembly usually do not take place on the same day. The independent installer will endeavor to complete installation within 7 working days of delivery. It is very important that all parts are checked and verified before the independent fitter arrives to carry out the work as this may cause unnecessary delays once the company has arrived

In the unlikely event that you return your product within 14 days (7 days in the case of wood and stone products) of purchase you can receive a full refund. If it is necessary for us to collect goods, we can in certain cases offer this service, but transport costs will apply.
