Lexus Won’t Start After Replacing | Disconnecting Battery
If your Lexus won’t turn on at all, meaning the lights won’t come on and the ignition won’t turn on, there’s a good chance you’ve connected the battery terminal incorrectly or a fuse has blown. Your Lexus will not start due to blown fuses.

1. Immobilizer activated
