Rules:

Phase 1: Dealing the cards

Players have the option to keep their cards in hopes of matching them with a higher pyramid value. But it’s a risky move, because if you have the most cards in your hand at the end of the second phase, you’ll have to take the bus.

Phase three: bus driving

Once the pyramid cards have been completely turned over and the final drinks have been distributed, the players compare how many cards they still have in hand. Ideally, they’ve gotten rid of them all. It is more likely that they still have tickets left. The person with the most cards has to take the bus.

Note: In the event that two people have the same number of tickets, the person with the highest value ticket in their hand must ride the bus. If both players have matching high cards, the loser is whoever has the next highest card.

The dealer discards 10 cards face down. The dealer turns over one card at a time. If it’s a number card, nothing happens and the dealer moves on to the next card. If it’s a face card or an ace, the bus driver must drink: one drink for a jack, two for a queen, three for a king, and four for an ace.

Rules: Sit at a table where everyone can see all other players. Each player lowers their heads. On three, everyone raises their head and stares directly at the other. If you make a mistake: you have to take your shot. As the game progresses, mistakes will become more common, and you’ll probably be like, “Does he fuck?” or “Shit, he does.”

Gameplay: One player is nominated to start. They either say “Fuzzy Duck” or “Ducky Fuzz”. When the first player said “Fuzzy Duck”, the player to their left can either say “Fuzzy Duck” or “does he”. When the first player says “Ducky Fuzz,” the player to their right can either say “Ducky Fuzz” or “Does He.” If the second player repeats the first player in any direction, play proceeds to the next person around the table. You can say “Fuzzy Duck”, “Ducky Fuzz” or “does he”. The sentence “does he” reverses the game around the group, i. H. changes from clockwise to counterclockwise or vice versa. As the game progresses, statements tend to become more personal and explicit. But the game only works if people are honest. However, if someone drinks to an “I’ve never…” no explanation is needed. For example, if someone says, “I’ve never had sex with an animal,” and someone ends up drinking to it, no explanation is needed, just a drink of affirmation. Of course you can always ask if you want more information.

The name game

Best for: Meeting people.

Supplies: people and beer.

How to play: Everyone sits in a circle and someone starts saying the name of a famous person, or pretty close to being famous as far as these people are concerned. The next person says a name beginning with the last initial of the previous name. For example: Simone Biles – Britney Spears – Simon Cowell – Charlie Chaplin (change of direction) – Chris Brown – Barbie (change of direction). The direction changes when the first and last names start with the same letter (Donald Duck, Betty Boop, Marilyn Monroe) or when the person has a name (Madonna, Rihanna).

Beer Pong: THE classic drinking game

Best Suited For: Large house parties (just make sure you put a mat on the floor, it can get a bit sticky).

Materials: People, beer, ping pong ball (or similar), solo cup and a table.

How to Play: Set up a row of Solo cups in a pyramid shape at either end of the table. Fill each cup halfway with beer (this is IMPORTANT, you can’t have full cups or it won’t work as well). Form evenly divided teams and stand at either end of the table. Take turns trying to toss a ping pong ball into the beer mugs at the other end. If the opposing team gets the ball in one of your cups, drink up. The game ends when one of the team’s cups is empty.

Best For: A night out with your friends/post pub.

Materials: “Jenga” (block tower game), players and alcohol.

How to play: Build the tower. Take turns taking out a block with one hand and place it on top of the tower. If you successfully move a block according to the rules, you can order another player to drink. However, if you bring down the tower, you will have to drink a whole beer.

Alternative variation: Write different phrases on the bottom of the pieces, like “Kiss the person on your left”, “Swap a piece of clothing with the player on your right”, “Go again”, “Belly dance for two minutes”. Play the game and whoever removes the piece must do as it says and drink two fingers. If they refuse, they must drink four.

It’s no secret that college students binge drink, especially during tailgating season when beer pong and flip cup are held on Saturdays. But which drinking games will get you drunk the fastest?

The American Addiction Centers decided to take a closer look at college students’ fascination with drinking games and find out which drinking game gets you drunk the most, how long it takes you to reach a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.08, and which drinking games they are the most popular on college campuses.

The AAC surveyed over 1,000 people about the games they play, the amount of alcohol they consume, and the emotions they experience while playing.

The five games that the study focuses on are Flip Cup, Beer Pong, Kings, Power Hour and Asshole. When played by their rules, all five games can legally intoxicate players within 40 minutes.

Of those five games, one towered above the others as the most efficient at getting players drunk: Flip Cup. In less than 20 minutes you can reach a BAC of 0.08, the legal driving limit.

According to the survey, “It takes only 32 minutes to achieve a BAC of 0.16 on the Flip Cup, which can result in amnesia, vomiting, or unconsciousness.”

In comparison, it takes about 40 minutes of beer pong to achieve a BAC of 0.08. For those of you who aren’t that ~math savvy~, Flip Cup does more than twice as efficiently at getting you drunk.

Kings, a drinking game that assigns a different rule to each card in a standard deck, is the least effective at getting players drunk, closely followed by Power Hour. Both games take over an hour to reach a BAC of 0.08.

Of the 1,000 respondents, 95 percent said they had played a drinking game before. 90 percent of these contestants played beer pong, while only 61 percent played flip cup.

Despite the fact that Flip Cup is a faster way to get drunk, Beer Pong is significantly more popular.

Perhaps that’s because “beer pong had one of the fastest increases in BAC scores of any drinking game studied,” according to the study. “Respondents were the most likely to say they felt drunk while playing [beer pong].”

The least popular drinking game is Power Hour, with only 22 percent of participants having played before, closely followed by Asshole, a game that requires both strategy skills and a deck of cards.

Of course binge drinking isn’t all fun and games and can become potentially dangerous if the games are played irresponsibly.

Therefore, the reviewers suggest ways to adjust the rules of the game to make the dangers of binge drinking a little less harmful.

Each game has a part that is most worrying, like “Waterfall” in Kings and Full Pours in Pong and Flip Cup. Drinks of water can be substituted for alcohol in certain situations, helping to prevent players from getting too drunk too quickly.

So what have we learned from these scientists-turned-beer pong experts? Flip Cup is the most dangerous drinking game because it increases a player’s BAC faster than any other game. Anxiety and other negative effects of drinking can be slowed down by pouring less alcohol or replacing sips with water.

1. At the beginning everyone must have a drink in hand. Make sure you all sit close together. Then someone starts counting.

2. When you reach either a multiple of seven or a number that contains the number seven, instead of reciting the number, you should say a good “F you”.

3. After the “F you”, the counting order is reversed.

4. If you take too long, blurt out the wrong number, or don’t say “F you” when you should, it’s time for you to drink.

1. Choose someone to act as Mr. Freeze before the actual game begins.

2. When your group starts chatting, Mr. Freeze will freeze completely without telling anyone. Every player should freeze as soon as they realize that Mr. Freeze is frozen. If you’re the last to notice and freeze, it’s time for you to take a shot and then find a new Mr. Freeze.

3. Drunk artists

I’m sure there are many events in your town where you can be a little bit like a drunk artist. Not everyone is willing to shell out $35+ per event—especially if they’re on a tight budget. Instead, here’s how to be a drunk artist at home:

1. Choose someone to be your human timer. They don’t necessarily have to verbally count down each second, they just have to let everyone know when the time is up.

2. The human timer tells the artist to draw something specific. It can be anything the timer wants.

3. The artist has to try his best to draw what the human timer told him. It doesn’t have to be the Mona Lisa, but it should be better than a two-year-old’s doodles on the kitchen counter.

4. Now is the point in the game where the others have to guess what the drawing actually is. During this part of the game, the human timer must keep time.

5. For every 20 that passed before successfully deciphering what the drawing is made of, the artist must swallow his drink. So the artist would have to take three sips for one minute, six sips for two minutes, and so on.

6. When everyone can’t guess what the heck your drawing is made of, it’s time to take a shot. May your soul rest in peace and hopefully the next person to be the artist will learn from your mistakes.

4. Drunken Jenga

Drunk Jenga is basically regular Jenga, so it’s safe to say that this game is the most straightforward and flexible on this list. How to play Drunk Jenga:

1. Write a different rule on each Jenga block, like “spin in a circle,” “take a shot,” “hop on one foot for the next round,” etc. If you’re too familiar with each individual rule, they are not crazy enough

2. Play Jenga as you normally would, but follow all the rules written on the Jenga blocks you draw.

3. Whoever tears down the Jenga tower must finish their drink. If you want to be a supportive friend, drink with them.

5. Chandelier

The entire chandelier game is basically beer pong, except it takes place on a real table and not a ping pong table. While most people have a basic understanding of this drinking game, I’ll review how to play it for those who don’t.

1. Get some beer of your choice, 16 ounce mugs (ideally plastic) and ping pong balls.

2. Everyone should put their own beer mug on the table in front of them and you also need a single beer mug to stay in the middle of the table.

3. Now is the part where you try to throw the ball into one of the cups. If you are successful in this new chapter of your life, you now have the important responsibility of having to drink your own beer.

4. If the person throwing the ball lands the ball in the one cup that is on the table, everyone involved in the game must drink their own beer. However, whoever threw the ball in the cup must drink their own beer and the cup that the ball now lives in.

While college, life, and final exams are all stressful, it’s important to let go from time to time. All of the 3 player drinking games I mentioned in this article are guaranteed to be fun. It’s hard to get tired of Beer Pong and Flip Cup, but sometimes you just want to change it up. These games will make you swoon, make you laugh, and suck out your liquor.

1. Medusa

Circle yourself with your buddies and put in a round of shots in the middle. Close your eyes and count down from three. When you open your eyes, look at another person in a circle. If you’re looking at someone and they’re looking at you, shout “Medusa!” and take a shot.

2. Paranoia

A person starts the game by whispering a question in someone’s ear. For example, “Who would you bang in the room?” You answer the question by walking up to the person who would be your answer and asking another question like, “Who is the ugliest person in the room?” If someone wants to know what the question is, they have to finish their drink. do you have the nerve

3. Minesweeper

Make a 10×10 grid of shots and fill a third of it with vodka and the rest with water. Everyone has to go around and take a shot until the grid is complete. Try your best to avoid the alcoholic refills.

4. Struck by lightning

Do you know the AC/DC song “Thunderstruck”? It will never sound the same after you’ve been wasted by it. When the words “donner” or “vom thunderbolt” are said, you must start drinking your beer until it is said again. Point out a new chugging culprit when you’re done. Good luck hitting the really long section where no words are said!

5. Roxanne

I’ll ruin another song for you: “Roxanne” by the police. Make two teams, one drinks when they hear “Roxanne” and the other drinks when they hear “Turn on the red light.” Get ready for the fast part in the middle, you’ll barely have time to breathe between your shots.

6. Mustache Game

Buy some sticky mustaches and put two or three on your TV. Watch your favorite movie and if it looks like a character has a mustache, have a drink.

7. Straight face

Jot down some fun reminders on pieces of paper. Read all the newspapers without laughing. If you laugh, you have to shoot. This game is a great way to annoy your friends with embarrassing stories.

8. Red, Black, Purple

This card game is guaranteed to get you going. If you are DD then be the dealer. You have to guess which card will be turned over (red = a red card, black = a black card, purple = turn over two cards, one red and one black). The person starting the deck must have three correct numbers in a row. For every wrong tip you have to drink something.

All these games will incapacitate you. I highly recommend not trying them all on the same night. Drink responsibly!

What you need: 24 solo cups, 3 ping pong balls

How drunk you get: Very, very quickly

Think of Civil War as the shorter (and faster) version of beer pong: Dubbed “the world’s most furious historical drinking game” by Williams College students, you’ll be throwing ping-pongs at each other very quickly.

Steps:

Fill your solo cups halfway and line them up in six diamond shapes (four cups each), for a total of three diamonds at each end of the table.

One team starts with two ping-pong balls, the other with one. Start by throwing the balls at the same time and keep throwing until one of the balls makes it into the opposing team’s cups.

If the ball has sunk into one of your cups, you must drink the contents of the solo cup before you can throw again. Once all your cups are sunk, you’re out.

The last person with remaining cups is the winner.

From beer pong to flip cup, parties are often stacked with drinking games. King’s Cup includes the drinks in your hand (usually beer) and a deck of cards. Each card is associated with an action or mini-game leading to a fun competition. What you need:

Before you can drink you must have the necessary components to play King’s Cup. You need a deck of cards, the King’s Cup – also known as a large cup for the center of the table – and 1-2 drinks per person. (Of course, this can be water or any beverage of your choice. Alcohol isn’t necessary, but if you do opt for booze, make sure your drink isn’t too strong because, trust me, you’re going to drink a lot of it. )

How to set this:

Place your large container or mug in the center of a table and spread the cards evenly around it. Once everyone has their own drink to sip on, you’re good to go.

How to play King’s Cup:

Each player takes turns choosing a card from the scattered cards in the middle of the table. Each card is followed by an action, e.g. B. the three cards are “me” and the eight are “dude”. The action that comes with each card is different, so feel free to make it your own. Here are the most common meanings of the King’s Cup cards:

Ace – Waterfall: Once someone has picked an ace, everyone must start chugging their drink. The person who took the card can stop whenever they want; This gives the person the right to stop drinking at any time. When that person stops drinking, the person to their right can stop. This goes on until everyone stops drinking.

Two – You: The person who gives two points to another person and that person drinks.

Three – Me: If you choose a three, you drink.

Four – “whores”: “whores” isn’t the word I would choose, but if anyone picks a four, all the ladies drink.

Five – Never Have I Ever: When someone picks a five, each player raises 3-5 fingers. The person who picked the five begins by saying something they have never done before. When you’re done, put a finger down. The first person to put all their fingers down loses and drinks.

Six – “Dicks”: Another subpar choice of words in the pursuit of a good rhyme. Six means all the boys have a drink.

Seven – Heaven: If a seven is selected, each player must raise their hand to “heaven,” i.e., the sky. H. point to the sky. The last player drinks. This is a great time to ask forgiveness for this game.

Eight – Partner: This is not the kind of “partner” you want. The person who picks an eight picks another player to partner with. If one of the buddies drinks, the other one has to too. This rule stays in place until someone picks another eight.

Nine – Rhyme: This card will feel a bit like a game you played at summer camp as a kid. Don’t get cocky – it’s a little harder when you’re a few drinks deep. Whoever chooses nine says a word. The person on the right must say a word that rhymes with it; this goes on until someone can’t think of a rhyme anymore. This person needs a drink.

Ten – Categories: The person who picks a ten must come up with a category (breakfast dishes, countries, colors, etc.) and the person to their right must say something in the category. If someone can’t think of anything in this category, they’re drinking.

Jack – Make a rule: it might not rhyme, but this card is still fun. Whoever draws the jack comes up with a rule (you can only drink with your left hand, no first names, etc.) and whoever breaks the rule drinks during the game.

Queen – Questions: The person who chooses a queen asks everyone in the game a question. That person must answer the question with another question (What time is it? Is it around midnight?). This goes on until someone doesn’t answer with a question and they (you guessed it) drink.

King — King’s Cup: Finally the game’s namesake. When the first three kings are drawn, that player pours some of their drink into the king’s cup. Whoever draws the fourth and final king drinks the contents of the cup. (yum!)

Keep playing until you run out of cards, or shuffle and play again.

Variants of the King’s Cup:

In other variations, you can place an unopened beer can in the center of the table. Throughout the game you slide the discarded cards under the flap and when the pressure opens the can you have to swallow. Also, if you are looking for a cleaner language. Six can be “chicks” for women, five are “boys” and four are “Never have I been”. If you don’t like one of the rules, change it!

Slap Cup is the perfect game for larger groups. This table game features fast-paced action in which players must bounce a ping-pong ball into a cup as quickly as possible before another player, also bouncing a ball into their own cup, catches them.

The game can get pretty messy, so it’s often best to place a fold-out table on a grassy area to play.

How to play Slap Cup

Step 1:

To set up the game, each player must take 3 mugs and divide a beer (or any drink of their choice) evenly among the mugs. Then all players place their cups in the middle of the table. For a bit of extra fun, move the cups to surprise what the losers have to drink during the fast-paced game.

All players then stand evenly around the circle. Give a player an empty cup and a ping pong ball. Then give the player opposite the first player a second cup and a ping pong ball.

Step 2:

To start this game, the two players holding ping-pong balls must hit the ball on the table, hit the balls together and then hit them against the table again. Then the game begins.

If at any time a ball goes off the table, players may shout “Ball is off the table” to stop play.
