These were given to me when I got an old machine – of course it didn’t work for mine – I needed a pressure gauge to set that – but I hope these help
Respironics SOLO
First, unplug the cord from the back of the CPAP while the device is plugged into a wall outlet. Now press and hold the Pressure On/Off button (the round button on the left) and the Ramp button (the oblong button on the right) simultaneously while you connect the cable to the back of the CPAP.
The CPAP should light up and the altitude setting of Lo, M, or HI should appear. (LO = 2500-5000 feet altitude, M = 5000-7500 feet altitude, Hi = 7500 and above altitude.) To change the setting, use the Ramp button. Briefly press the power button and the pressure setting will appear.
To change the pressure, press the Ramp button and the pressure will increase by 1cm of water pressure each time the button is pressed.
When you stop pressing the Ramp button, the beacon light will flash once for each cm of pressure to reflect the new pressure setting. If you want to check the setting again, press the Print On/Off button. The signal light again flashes once per cm of pressure.
To exit and save the changes, hold the power button while pressing the ramp button once. The machine should stop blowing and the green light should come on.
