Upper is easier to thread the nut upside down and slam it down with a hammer, although mine was so tight I ruined the nut and had to order new castle nuts over the net as nobody wears original castle nuts that only come with new ball joints!
The bottom joint is easy…. I slipped a 1/2″ ratchet/breaker bar that is 2+ feet long between the ankle and forearm, close to the ball joint. Lift the ankle up a bit to get the Insert ratchet in there. then lower everything and stomp on the end of the handle, it pops the ball joint out in one go! works great and doesn’t damage anything, just brilliant! the longer the ratchet the better it works.

I then hosed it down with PB Blaster and let it soak for some time and then tried to age and still nothing. I wanted to ask if anyone has any idea how to get this out? The only thing I thought of is to use my propane tank on it and heat the ankle and hope it falls out.
