when to take

ok i’m back This time I tested a conservative scoop (not heaped) with just cold water in my blender bottle and it’s certainly better than 2 scoops, which according to my initial review made it thick and overwhelmingly sweet.
I still taste the stevia a bit more than I would like (I would prefer not to “taste” the stevia and just enjoy the overall flavor of the product). As mentioned in my first review, I’ve been using stevia for years, so it’s not just a matter of sensitivity or not having a stomach. It’s prominent.
That being said, it’s otherwise a decent product, especially if you’re not drinking it so much for the taste as to gulp it down and get on with your day (although you’d think selling a product with names like brownie batter and brownie batter vanilla cupcake, the target customer takes care of the taste).
My advice: take one spoon, not two, don’t add anything sweet and just finish. And buy cheap if possible. This stuff ain’t cheap.
I like that it’s dairy-free, gluten-free, whey-free, soy-free, plant-based, and vegan. And it mixes well unless your liquid to powder ratio is off.
So there is. I just wish we didn’t have to sacrifice flavor to get it.
