Hair Tips For Every Blood Type — CityGRL Haircare

Having trouble remembering your blood type? There are four types of blood groups. Which leads me to wonder if there is a specific diet I should be following for the health of my hair and skin? So I did some research…

If you are blood group A

For a person with blood type A, the most important foods to maintain nutritional balance are grains. Your body’s composition of starches and sugars is simpler compared to other blood types, and you only need to eat the most basic foods to maintain a reasonable standard of health. You don’t eat much meat because your ability to absorb fats is far inferior to that of other blood types. “Lots of vegetables, little meat” allows you to keep your skin in good condition. They don’t sweat much even in the summer and don’t have any shine problems either. The pores on your face are small; Don’t use too much foundation and you can still have comparatively good skin.

Skin protection begins with warmth: If you make a habit of eating vegetables, people with blood type A have a relatively lower base body temperature compared to other blood types. In a slightly cooler state, our skin feels tight, and when skin is tight, fine lines can appear. Skin specialists recommend that if you are a blood type A person, don’t wear your summer clothes too far into early fall. Just by keeping warm can you have younger, healthier looking skin.

If you are blood group B

Blood group experts suspect that the B blood groups come from the nomadic peoples of mountain regions. Because the original environments were different, Bs can better absorb and ingest more types of food compared to other blood types. Their ability to digest is generally better than that of the other 3 blood types. B’s skin tone is usually relatively flat. The skin cuticle is thinner, therefore the condition of the skin changes like moods. your skin is sensitive; The slightest change, like the gentle rustling of grass in the wind, can irritate you.

If you are blood group AB:

The AB blood group is the most recently discovered/classified of the four blood groups. When you are an AB, you often have better adaptability. The AB skin’s ability to protect itself from the sun is relatively good. Due to AB’s tendency to appear more mature for its age, the rate at which skin ages can also appear faster. ABs are of the phlegm type, so their “qi” (or blood circulation/energy flow) is not too good, so there is a high possibility of developing anemia or other similar ailments. According to expert analysis, the pale, sickly/frail beautiful Lin Dai Yu (ancient Chinese beauty of lore) was an AB.

Minimize the use of tap water to wash your face: Your maturity, competence and adaptability often put you a cut above your peers when it comes to your career. At the same time, be careful, there is a tendency for expression lines to appear on your face and signs of aging to appear. Be careful when choosing water to wash your face. Tap water is typically “hard water” and aside from not containing any beneficial minerals, it also contains many impurities that easily age your skin. Mineral spring water is your best bet, but daily facial cleansing with mineral spring water isn’t all that realistic. SELF therefore suggests that if you are blood type AB, you use boiled tap water to wash your face. Make sure to discard the old water and scale from the bottom of the kettle each day after boiling water. In addition, a water temperature of around 42 degrees Celsius is most comfortable for your skin.

If you are blood group O:

Traditional blood group experts consider O to be the oldest of all blood groups, with the constitution of our ancient hunter ancestors. Type Os often love to eat meat and other protein-rich foods. Today’s Eskimos are primarily of the Os blood type and they generally have better physical strength and skin with an impressive ability to withstand the cold. But because of the increased ability to ingest/absorb flesh, Os pores are generally coarser, they often sweat, and their skin’s ability to protect itself from the sun is not very good. Compared to other blood types, O’s skin is more likely to dry out.

Get your beauty sleep every night: For people with blood type O, sleeping is extremely important. The skin’s ability to regenerate is greatest between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Therefore, even if your job is very busy, skin experts recommend that if you have type O blood, you should go to bed before 2 a.m. In addition, you only need to sleep 8 hours at a time and you don’t have too many problems with your skin.

Haircare according to Bloodtype?

This can be long so treat me if you want to read it… For the past 10 or so years I’ve been using the Eat Right for Your Type plan to improve my diet. It’s the premise that certain foods are compatible with your blood type and others are not. I have B blood type and have adjusted my diet accordingly with excellent results. So I’ve had some noticeable bleeding lately. Now I did BKT a few months ago, but before that I’ve only been using coconut oil for the last year or two based on the benefits of how it’s supposed to keep protein in the hair. Indians use coconut oil and we know what their hair is like… But here’s the catch – according to the plan, coconut oil isn’t compatible with my blood. So now, with the recent hair loss, the premise follows, is it bad for my hair and scalp and even my skin (with the coconut based castile soaps I use)? Perhaps ingesting versus applying is the difference. So which oil should be “beneficial” for me? Olive oil. Also walnut, maybe macadamia. So I do an olive oil challenge using liquid castile soap for shampoo and olive oil to see if my hair bounces back. I like how it already feels. This is just a try as the detachment may not even be coconut based. It could be the BKT, or the fact that the body turns over every seven years, or the hard water, who knows. So we’ll see. I’ll try to remember to get back to you in 3 months. Of course, no one needs to join me, I just posted it for reading. Believe the best! For more information, here is a link to the Blood Type Diet. Hair Growth and the Blood Type Diet

Healthy body, healthy scalp, healthy hair, right? But what if the key to health lies in our blood? If you haven’t heard of the Blood Type Diet, it’s a hot topic in the natural/holistic health community. The idea is to eat a specific diet based on your blood type. Not only should this make you feel healthier and more nourished, but it should also boost your hair growth, length, and health.

The Blood Type Diet was developed by Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo popularized. The concept is that everyone should follow a diet based on their blood type in order to be in optimal health. In this nutritional system, some foods are beneficial and act as medicine to replenish cells and fight threats to the immune system, while other foods act like poison. The foods that act as a poison are foods that cause allergies and lead to chronic diseases or diseases that are ongoing and cause other health problems. Diet also takes ethnicity into account.

Blood types are the complex chemical systems found on the surface of blood cells. Hair is a protein that grows from the follicle present in the dermis, so it makes sense that blood affects its growth. The correlation between blood type diet and hair growth is something you will see all over Google. But most of the articles and posts are anecdotal – many people share their own personal experiences or those of family and friends.

However, you will find some scientific studies to support the idea, like this one from a university in Pakistan. The researchers studied a group of 181 subjects to see if there was a link between blood type and hair texture. The study states: “From the present study, it was concluded that women with blood type B+ had maximum straight hair, while A- subjects (males and females), B- subjects (males and females), AB+ males, AB- subjects (Men and women). ), O men had a minimum of curly hair, similarly AB and O men had a minimum of straight hair.”

Many malnutrition conditions have important effects on hair growth. The most prevalent is protein-calorie malnutrition, which is more common in developing countries but also occurs in countries with high living standards. Nutritionists confirm that people with certain nutritional deficiencies tend to have dry, stringy and dull hair and sometimes experience hair loss. The latter can be restored once the defect is remedied. If you are interested in promoting hair growth and health, you should take a closer look and give the blood type diet a try.
