All Everybody Direct Debit memberships are agreements under the Direct Debit Guarantee and are subject to periodic price reviews. Any change in membership will be communicated in writing at least 10 days before any intended change.

Freezing Your Membership
Everybody Monthly members or members who have taken out 12 installments of an Everybody Annual contract may freeze their membership at any time. Just give us 7 days notice and an estimated time for your return. We normally freeze memberships for up to 3 months, with a £5 direct debit charge for each month. However, if after this time you are unable to return, simply let us know and we will extend it.
If you have an Annual Everybody Membership, it can only be frozen due to serious circumstances (e.g. medical treatment or relocation, for which we require written proof).
You don’t have to stop your direct debit from the bank if your membership has been frozen.
students
You can freeze your membership while you’re away from university instead of rejoining every time you get home. Just let us know when you want to end membership and start during your university semester. The same cancellation rules apply to the Everybody Annual Membership, however we must collect at least 12 installments over the course of your course even if it is over 3-4 years.

Terms and Conditions (all memberships)
1. Activities included in the Everybody program are only offered to the named membership holder.
2. You are advised to complete a briefing prior to using the fitness suites and all customers are required to complete a Health Commitment Form prior to using the fitness facilities. You must inform us of any significant changes in your health that may affect your ability to safely use the fitness suites and facilities.
3. Everybody Sport & Recreation disclaims liability for death, personal injury and any loss or damage of any kind, unless death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of Everybody Sport & Recreation or its employees.
4. Direct Debit payments are collected on the next business day on the 1st or 15th of each month. A pro rata fee may apply when you first join to allow time to set up your first direct debit with the bank.
5. Everybody Sport & Recreation reserves the right to refuse any application for membership or renewal of membership without giving a reason.
6. Your Everybody membership card must be presented at each visit. Both your card and membership fee are non-transferable and the card remains the property of Everybody Sport & Recreation.
7. Please keep your membership card in a safe place, if you lose your card there will be an administration fee of £5.00 for a replacement card.
8. All members should adhere to the customer etiquette guidelines posted at all of our facilities. The management has the right to refuse access to persons who, in the opinion of the staff, behave dangerously or inappropriately.
9. For security reasons, you will be photographed when your card is issued. This photograph is used to identify the cardholder prior to granting access to the facilities.
10. Everybody Sport & Recreation reserves the right to withdraw or amend any of the above terms or activities offered or to suspend the Everybody Program or any part of the Program at any time and without notice. Everybody Sport & Recreation will endeavor to provide alternative facilities wherever possible.
11. Any personal data you provide will be stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and will be used to process your membership in the fitness program. If you would like further information regarding promotions, member offers and events, you should indicate this upon joining the Program by providing your preferred contact method. We will not share your information with other organizations without your consent.

Corporate memberships are only valid if the following conditions are met:
