How to Turn on SysMain Service Ready To Boost (Enabled Sysmain/Superfetch)
How to turn on Sysmain service Ready To Boost (Enabled Sysmain/Superfetch). or ❌ The Device Cannot be used for ReadyBoost.
If you want to turn on the Ready boost, you will first need to turn the Sysmain service back on.
Have you connected Pendrive and tried to use Ready Boost, to increase its performance. And it says that \” This device cannot be used for ReadyBoost. \”
it’s a simple problem, try using the steps below :
1. Type Services, in Start. Rightclick on it and start it as \” Run as Administrator \”.
2. Locate the file Superfetch, click on \” Properties \”.
3. Under General, Check the Service Status: \” Stopped \”. Make sure you set up Startup type: \” Automatic \” and click on \” start \”
A popup box opens, which normally takes 20 sec to complete. That’s it presses okay once the service status is \” started \”.
Now Rightclick on Pendrive or memory card, go to \”properties\” and click on \” Ready Boost \”
Tick the Option \” USE this device\” and check how much MB does windows recommend for Optimal performance. \” IF you are using an 8Gb stick then dedicate 4Gb to it.\”
Once you are done with the procedure, you will find a file named \”Ready Boost\” in your Pendrive.
But, you should never disable Superfetch, it slows down your PC!

Olá, hoje vamos mostrar o que fazer quando seu gerenciador de tarefas mostra que seu HD está sendo 100% usado pelos serviços do Prefetch e Superfetch.
Para isso, vamos primeiro desabilitar o serviço de Superfetch / Prefetch.
Eles organizam os arquivos para que os programas rodem mais rápido. Durante esse processo, colocam os arquivos no HD.
1. Pressione WINDOWS + R. Agora, digite SERVICES.MSC e clique em OK. Clique duas vezes em SUPERFETCH. Em TIPO DE INICIALIZAÇÃO, mude para DESATIVADO.
2. Pressione WINDOWS + R e agora escreve REGEDIT.
3. No EDITOR DE REGISTRO, clique em HKLM \\ CURRENT_CONFIG \\ SYSTEM / Current ControlSet / CONTROL /
4. No painel direito, clique duas vezes em ANABLEPREFETCHER para abrir a janela do valor DWORD.
5. Para desabilitar o PREFETCH, sete o valor entre 0 e 1, clique em OK e em SAIR.
6. Ainda nessa janela, você pode ver ENABLESUPERFFETCHER DWORD. Sete do 0 ao 1 e clique em OK e SAIR.
7. Agora, reinicie seu computador.
Se o problema estiver resolvido no gerenciador de tarefas, você pode deixar essas opções desabilitadas, caso seu sistema possua um SSD.
Se você tem um HD padrão e o problema apareceu recentemente, considere fazer uma restauração do seu sistema operacional para uma versão anterior. Mostramos como fazer isso nesse vídeo aqui da tela.
