GMC1200 Flow & Pressure Controller

GMC1200 Flow & Pressure Controller는 기본적으로 MFC(Mass Flow Controller)에 Power(±15VDC)를 공급하고 Flow량을 Display하며 안정된 Set Point Voltage (0~5VDC)를 주어 MFC가 정확하게 Control될 수 있도록 하는 장치이다. 또한 2 Channel(PCB 한장)의 단위로 Capacitance Manometer Display Board를 이용하여 MFC 대신 압력을 Display 할수 있도록 설계되었다. (0~10 VDC Pressure Signal), Option 사양으로 Upstream Pressure Control Board를 추가하면, 따로 Pressure Control Mode로 들어갈 수 있어서, 각 Channel에 연결된 MFC 중에서 원하는 Channel들을 임의로 선택하여 Gas의 양을 가지고 원하는 압력을 자동으로 Control 할수 있으며 동시에 압력도 Display 할 수 있다.

여기서 Pressure Control Channel로 지정되지 않는 Channel은 따로 독립적으로 Flow 양을 Control 할 수 있다. 이 모든 것이 Micro Processor로 Control 되며 RS-232 Interface를 이용한 PC Control도 가능하다.
