@SpareChange I was wondering if you could help me with a question or 2 about Zappiti players. I have a new 4k HDR Hisense H9G TV and an older Anthem MRX-300 (HDMI 1.4) Receiver. I am trying to get the best picture and sound out of my combo for the least amount of money. So I am wondering If I buy a Zappiti Mini Can I run HDMI to my TV and Optical to my Receiver. I backup my movies with only the highest quality Audio so as of now Atmos tracks. Would this setup give me 4K HDR to my TV and DD 5.1 (From the atmos or dts-x track in 4K MKV backup) to my receiver from the Backup file I have? I think the 4K SE version has dual HDMI and would give me even better sound that that is an extra $150 plus tax I don't have right now.
Also would this allow me to play pgs forced subtitles?
