She had a great sense of humour and she really made me feel comfortable while doing my G road test. She instructed me well before I needed to make lane changes and turns and was overall a real 5 star. If you had a choice, she’d be the one you’d want to do your test with. 🏴 Flag as inappropriate

Since my email confirmation wasn’t proof enough, I was told that I had to pay a second time and to come back another time to present my bank statement. When I came back and proved that I had paid another time, instead of putting the money back onto my card like EVERY other place does, they told me that they would send me a cheque. I was told that it would arrive in the mail within 6-8 weeks. I have been waiting longer than a month for this cheque of $89! THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS. Now imagine if I was in a situation where I needed the money!? Once again, I have to deal with the centre again- oh, how I loathe them so.Meanwhile, the Stratford drive centre is much better in comparison– the staff are more respectful, it is cleaner, and the line up is non-existent.If you want to complete your G1 without the hassle of waiting, I recommend going here!(25/10/2017 21:54)I’m not sure why there’s a ton of bad reviews here. The staff were all respectful and courteous. It only took me less than 2 hrs to process my g1. For some strange reason they close at 5 and have exactly one location within what could be called a reasonable drive. It’s bananas.They had line up’s out the door, all kiosks were out of order except one, only 2 wickets seemed to be open and the line barely moved after an hour. I had to take an entire day off work instead of just a lunch break.Open another location or extend your hours people.They do not reliably update their “now serving” screen at all. Apparently 5 different people are getting served at the same wicket.There is no way these people aren’t aware of how poorly this place is run. Get your act together DriveTest.Finally, there isn’t enough seating and this place reeks.(05/07/2017 05:34)Arrived at opening, 9AM. Didn’t have any idea we needed a ticket, signage was confusing and 4/6 kiosks were “out of service”. Got the ticket, stood for 20 minutes (inadequate seating provided). Finally got a seat and waited another FOUR HOURS to be called to a wicket. Paperwork took 10 minutes, went back to write my G1 and only 3 computers (out of 11) were being used. I failed my G1 test, the screen notified me immediately. Still had to hand in my paperwork, wait 15 minutes and be called back to be told I had failed. Then was told I’d have to go back and grab another ticket and RE TRY the test for an additional fee.Sorry, but no. This is the most inefficient waste of time I’ve ever experienced. The tests are EXPENSIVE, you’d think they’d be able to make a better way of doing business.(25/05/2017 00:00)This place is the worst. I took my son for the written driving test. We arrived at 2 pm and were not called to a wicket until almost 6 pm. Since they close at 5 pm, this meant that he was unable to write the test. I now have to come back, even though I just spent 4 hours waiting in an overcrowded, hot place with angry people wondering what on earth is taking so long. I live 40 minutes away. I don’t know who is responsible for this mess, it is totally unacceptable. The lady who served us was very nice, and for that they get one star only.

I called the 18885706110, got a recording that I could barely hear or understand. Nothing there helped me. The wait at this place is usually 30-60 minutes. I do not like going to this place but for some reason other Service Ontario places dont seem to be able to do things like renewing a D license.
