Nice, all main functions are implemented and working well. It`s always g great pleasure to see free requested trianer. I have only one suggestion: if it`s possible, an option for one hit kill for enemies (red and yellow lifebar), but with godmode for allies (blue lifebar). Such option can be essential for endless eclypse, besause it`s necessary to finish this mode at least 5 times (playing as different characters) to unlock Grififth transormation into Femto (DLC costumes have locked transformation, too). Also completion of endless eclypse as every character is the only way to unlock all weapons/horses/gallery/skins, but it takes about 8 hours as one character even with this trainer.

Berserk and the Band of the Hawk, known in Japan as Berserk Musou (Japanese: ベルセルク無双, Hepburn: Beruseruku Musō),[1] is a musou game developed by Omega Force and published by Koei Tecmo for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Microsoft Windows. It is a collaboration between Koei Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors video game series and Kentaro Miura’s Berserk manga series. Berserk and the Band of the Hawk was released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, as well as PlayStation 3 in Japan on October 27, 2016, and was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita in February 2017.[1]

Berserk and the Band of the Hawk mixes the hack-and-slash gameplay of Koei Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors series of video games, with the setting and characters from the Berserk manga series by Kentaro Miura.

Berserk and the Band of the Hawk was first revealed in a short promotion video by Koei Tecmo on June 12, 2016, prior to Electronic Entertainment Expo 2016. A release for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, as well as PlayStation 3 in Japan and Microsoft Windows in western territories, were confirmed. A week later, on June 20, a flyer was sent out in Japan, which confirmed a September 21 release in the country.[2] In an interview, producer Hisashi Koinuma ensured fans that the team aims for a CERO D rating for the game in Japan and will do anything to avoid a CERO Z rating.[3] The Z rating is the equivalent of the “Adults Only” rating by the North American board ESRB. On July 15, 2016, Koei Tecmo revealed that the western version of the game was planned to release in Fall 2016.[4] However, when the game’s official localized name was revealed, Koei Tecmo announced new release dates, being February 21, 2017 for North America and February 24, 2017 for Europe.[5] On December 1, 2016, Koei Tecmo America revealed its Endless Eclipse Mode, a new detail for battle mechanics and alternative armaments.[6]
In Japan, first-print copies of the game included a bathing outfit for Casca for in the game.[7]

If there was ever an anime or manga that was ripe for a Dynasty Warriors game treatment, it’s Berserk. The legendary 100-Man-Slayer’s gruesome story translates well to an action game about hack-and-slash murder sprees, and wielding his giant hunk of iron in Berserk and the Band of the Hawk felt powerful and satisfying… until it got a little too simple and repetitive.Taking control of the Guts, the epitome of badassery, was a treat for me as a Berserk fan, and that basic loop of racing to fill the Frenzy meter and unleashing unstoppable fury upon foes took longer to get old than it had any right to. Enemies come in many shapes and sizes, from soldiers, to spirits, to bipedal crocodiles, and even weird possessed horses; and they’re all incredibly entertaining to watch fly about the screen. Some of them even get cut clean in half with a Death Blow, leaving torsos and heads briefly on the field.It’s aggravating because there are seven other playable characters that could have cut down the story mode’s repetitiveness drastically, but out of 46 Story Mode missions lasting a total of around 20 hours, only five let you choose a character besides Guts.But alas, Guts is who you’ll have to smash through Story Mode with in order to even unlock these characters for use in other modes. His extra combo finishers and new sub-weapons are unlocked as you progress, and both offer a few brief moments of newness. Guts’ cannon is stand-out here, doing a considerable amount of damage and noticeable side-effects to enemies, stunning them or outright obliterating them in an AoE explosion.You can also ride horses into battle, but mounted combat isn’t nearly as effective as attacking on foot and it gets old fast. It’s a funny sight and they are an excellent method of transportation, but when it comes down to it, it’s still easy to follow the same tactics against mobs over and over and over again.That repetition is partly because the mechanics that’re here aren’t really used. You are capable of guarding and dodging, but I rarely needed to do either unless I was up against a formidable boss. But most of those are surrounded by minions, which made it much too easy to quickly fill the Frenzy and Death Blow gauges for massive damage.So I cranked up the difficulty, but even then Band of the Hawk barely put up a fight. And for some reason, even though it wasn’t significantly harder, it rewarded me with absolutely absurd amounts of experience as though I’d done something to earn it, basically power-leveling me and putting me even further above the competition.So most of Band of the Hawk is a pushover, but there is one boss fight that spikes frustratingly hard in the other direction, even on normal mode. The boss is surrounded by tornadoes and throws gravity magic balls and blades at you if you’re able to bypass the whirlwinds of death. This is all to be done while your movement speed is cut in half, which can only be remedied – temporarily – by destroying a marker that sometimes also takes refuge within the barrage of tornadoes. It was so mind-numbingly absurd that I could only beat it by cheesing. Actually, I really can’t tell if I even was cheesing, or if my method was what Berserk and the Band of the Hawk intended. Yes, I’m still salty. But the point is this boss fight wasn’t good.Endless Eclipse Mode, on the other hand, is where you’ll unlock more things of interest. There are Warhorses (such as Griffith’s White Hawk’s Warhorse) and outfits, some of which are pretty awesome aren’t found until deep into Endless Eclipse, and a special character, Wyald, one of the Apostles that shows up as a boss in the Story Mode, complete with a Transformation ability. The downside is that like most of the rest of Band of the Hawk it’s quite repetitive, but at least it’s difficult for a change because the enemies gain health and hit harder the deeper into the never-ending abyss you go, and you don’t regain health. Finally, a challenge! And, because rewards in Endless Eclipse Mode are unlocked on different levels, up to 100, and each playable character unlocks different things, there are a lot of hours of replayability in this mode.As for the story, Berserk and the Band of the Hawk pulls directly from its acclaimed source material, and it’s actually not a bad way to start if you’ve never read or watched anything Berserk-related before. It’s primarily action oriented, but what makes the franchise shine is its sometimes hard-to-watch dark-fantasy story. Berserk and the Band of the Hawk starts with the Golden Age Arc, the beginning of Guts’ and Griffith’s story, and includes nearly two hours of anime footage.It even expands on that arc extensively with more scenes, events, and mid-mission conversation—which is, unfortunately, all in Japanese with no English option other than subtitles. Reading a multitude of subtitles is difficult if not impossible when focused on slaying enemies; I wish I could re-read this dialogue somehow. Even so, I learned more about Guts’ world by playing this game than I did by re-watching the movies, for sure.The second half of the story, which goes into The Black Swordsman Arc and beyond, drops the anime footage and speeds through plots covered by the anime and manga. In hindsight, I wish I’d finished the manga before playing because I feel main plot points are somewhat spoiled for me now, but it did pique my curiosity enough that I still want to read the full details on Guts’ story.

My first exposure to the Berserk series happened way back during the Dreamcast era. Hard up for something to play, I decided to get a game called Berserk: Guts’ Rage. It wasn’t great but Guts intrigued me enough to get me to watch the anime, which I found out to be awesome. A decade later, I was expecting Band of the Hawk to be awesome. After all, it combines the Musou series (which I love) and Berserk’s lore (which I also love), so how could it go wrong? Unfortunately, go wrong it did.
Berserk is a Musou game at heart; you fight enemies by the hundreds, tearing through them like a kitty does to wet tissues. Musou is a term used to encompass all of Omega Force’s games that use the Dynasty/ Samurai Warriors hack and slash formula. In this type of game, you run around huge maps and capture camps, helping your allies and fulfilling objectives, while defeating officers to level up. It’s the entire standard Musou gameplay mechanics, with Berserk adding in Deathblows, alongside a Frenzy meter (similar to the Musou gauge used in other games).
Fill up the Frenzy meter (which can go up multiple levels) and you can trigger Frenzy mode, in which your character becomes faster, stronger and invincible. The Frenzy meter steadily drains while in this mode but is replenished easily enough by killing enemies.
In Frenzy mode, your moves also take on new properties, allowing you to do more visceral attacks including dismemberments and decapitations. Berserk is undoubtedly the goriest Musou game to yet (even more than Hokuto Musou).
As your Frenzy level increases, you also gain access to the Deathblow meter, which fills up as long as you are dismembering and decapitating enemies. Once filled, you can unleash the Deathblow, a cinematic move that decimates all enemies in your immediate vicinity. Deathblows are cool and incredibly powerful.
Band of the Hawk encompasses the whole of the current Berserk saga (specifically the anime adaptation), beginning with Guts’ origins in the Golden Age arc, all the way to the Hawk of the Millennium Empire arc. It then diverges with the current anime, with its own non-canon ending. Fans will enjoy taking part in the events shown in the anime but if you’re not a fan to begin with, the game won’t do much to make you hop on to the bandwagon. While the game is a tad more story focused than your average Musou title (barring Arslan) with its awesome animated cutscenes, it’s still lacking, especially when you compare it to the source material. In a way, Band of the Hawk felt more like a fan service than an attempt in drawing in new gamers to the original source.
Disappointingly, the game suffers from a lack of playable characters, perhaps the smallest number of any Musou game in recent history. There are multiple versions of Guts and Griffith, but other key characters like Basuzo and Puck are relegated to NPC status. Whether Koei Tecmo is planning to expand via DLC or the inevitable sequel, as it stands, the default roster for the game is rather sad – especially for Berserk gaming fans.
The game also comes with two other modes apart from the obligatory campaign. Free mode lets you replay any completed stage with an unlocked character while Endless Eclipse, is an endurance mode in which you descend into the depths of Hell facing increasingly stronger enemies as you progress each level.
Endless Eclipse where the meat of the post-Story mode content is and is geared for strong characters with powerful equipment. However, it still fails to entertain, as the objectives in it are all too similar to those from the story mode, though with smaller stages and more enemies. Due to that, combat in this mode is much more satisfying, allowing you to rank up insanely high combos and kills. Frenzy mode and Deathblows can be utilized with nigh abandon, since you’ve easily replenish the meters.
However, this still doesn’t hide the fact that Berserk is disappointingly lacking in features. The visuals aren’t that much to speak of either.
While the characters look good, the environments are drab, lifeless and rather generic. Perhaps due to the lightweight nature of the graphics, Berserk has a PS4 Pro patch that enables 60FPS at 1080p. The game sticks commendably close to a constant 60FPS though there are hitches here and there, with noticeable drops in the frame rate, when you are executing Deathblows for instance.
It’s hard to recommend Berserk to anybody other than hardcore Musou or Berserk fans. There isn’t really anything new here that is substantial from a gameplay perspective and the source material isn’t fully taken advantaged of to make for a compelling game. However, there are glimmers of greatness here and there, which the inevitable sequel will hopefully build upon. Perhaps then we’ll finally get a game worthy of the Berserk name.
