UPDATED: JUN 2, 2022 Pours a clear golden yellow on tap with dense cap of bubbly white foam that dissipates slowly to leave great lacing. Aroma of musty wheat, the dusty side of brettanomyces, light citrus and floral notes over all of that, with a hint of lactic acid. Taste follows, light acidity from the mixed culture and citrus, perceived sweetness from the malt and fruit, light tannic dryness that gives you the perception of bitterness, and a clean dry finish. Pretty darn nice overall.
