Are the QX series amplifiers stable to 2 ohms bridged?
No. Their heatsinks and power supplies are not designed to handle 2 ohms bridged.

I never got around to benching one of these but I did install quite a few.
If I were to guess I would say it should do pretty close to rated power but don’t expect it to surpass it by much. The Pioneer’s of the same era were priced very similar and were built better plus quite underrated. You could get a Pioneer 702 amp for the same cash as a PG 2350 and the Pioneer would just have so much more to offer when pushed hard. Of the 2350’s we never got many back so reliability was good. Don’t go under recommended impedence load with it. Sonically we never had any issues with them.
This was PG’s first amp series that was outsourced. Not that it means anything but you wanted info on them. Heatsink has a cheap feel and look to it IMO. They sell pretty cheap on Ebay and their resale isn’t much.
That’s about it I suppose.

I recommend the QX-2350 amplifier from Phoenix gold. It features continuously variable 30 to 600Hz highpass/lowpass crossover with defeat. Muting circuitry for soft turn-on and turn-off(speaker protection) and advanced overload and thermal protection circuitry(amp protection). Gold plated high current terminals and signal input RCA jacks. Unique chrome powder coated finish with die-cast gold plated logo badges for signature effects. Nominal power of 125watts X 2 into 4ohms @ 14.4volts or maximum bridged power 350watts X 1 into 4ohms @ 14.4volts. Crossover slope 12 dB per octave with a QLINKable function to easier target the best frequency. S/N 100dB and adjustable 45Hz bass boost up to +15dB gives you clear possibilities.
I recommend an enhancement for the modulation of the bass performance. Introducing the BASS Cube from a specialist in the aftermarket field of car audio.
