If you want to know how to make your own Amiibo NFC tags, you’ve come to the right place. Amiibo is very popular, but some super rare Amiibo are also very expensive that we cannot afford. It is the best choice to create our own Amiibo, which is easy and much cheaper. How to? Let’s find out.

Step 1 – Prepare Android device
1、Since the TagMo app is not available in the Play Store, it must be downloaded and installed via GitHub. In order to install apps that are not available in the Play Store, this must be set in the Android setting in the Security menu and enable Unknown Sources.
2、Now two more software packages have to be downloaded and installed on the Android device for TagMo to work properly with the Amiibos.
Step 2 – Launch the TagMo app and import the key
Launch the TagMo app Place unfixed-info.bin, locked-secret.bin, and Amiibo dump files on your Android device.
Touch the icon in the upper right corner
Select Load key(s) file
Select the unfixed-info.bin and locked-secret.bin files.
You might need to install a file explore for your Android device if you can’t do that already on your phone, but it should be in the download folder if you downloaded it on your phone.
Now that the Android device is set up and you have your Amiibo-Bin files for writing, you can load the Amiibo data to a blank NFC tag.
Open the TagMo App Hit the LOAD TAG button and select your Amiibo.bin dump file. Make sure any Amiibo are UNZIPPED you can put them all into their own folder called AMIIBO if you wish makes it easier. Click on WRITE TAG Place your NTAG215 NFC tag on your Android device. You have now Created The Amiibo you wanted Congrats.
After creating your own Amiibo on an Android device, you can check if it worked. You can do this pretty quickly by clicking the “Tag Scan” button in the TagMo app. Then you see what was written on the NFC tag. Of course, you can also use your Nintendo to use Amiibo in one game. Hold the NFC tag over the right analog stick on the JoyCon and the Amiibo is available in the game.

There’s Been Some Difficulty With Tagmo and the New Bins. Check the Tagmo Guide to Get the Newest Version – if That Doesn’t Work, put the bins in a subfolder titled “tagmo”.

What are the Locked-Secret and Unfixed-Info bin files?
These two files are the tools to decrypting the amiibo. When combined, they activate a program that decrypts your amiibo – separately, they can’t do anything. You need these for use in Tagmo.
You’ll often also see a “key-retail” bin file. This file is a combined version of the locked-secret and unfixed-info files, but it’s not a substitute for them. Sometimes an app needs key-retail, and sometimes it needs the other two.
How can I make amiibo cards with amiibo bin files?
Good question – the specific process depends on the methods available to you. However, there’s a few universal steps regardless of how you choose to make amiibo cards.
You’ll need:
NTAG215 chips that haven’t been written to
The specific method you’re going to use to write amiibo cards (almost always a cell phone with NFC)
Amiibo bin files
The steps are pretty straightforward.
Open the app and hold up the unwritten NTAG chip to the NFC point on your phone. Select “Write Tag” or similarly-named option on your app Wait for the phone to write to the NTAG chip Scan the chip into your Switch to confirm you wrote the correct amiibo file
That’s pretty much it! There’s a few other uses for amiibo as well, like using them so get villagers in New Horizons or extra equipment in Splatoon, so check amiibo.life to see what they can do!
Where can I get NTAG215 chips for amiibo cards?
We recommend a few specific Amazon sellers for NTAG215 chips. Bear in mind that, while these will all produce amiibo with the same function, the format will make it a bit more or less convenient to use depending on how you intend to use the amiibo. The format determines whether you make an amiibo cardstock (with cardstock), an amiibo coin (with an NTAG disc) or an amiibo sticker (also with an amiibo sticker).

Steps
1. install tagmo, and open NFC function in your phone
2. download unfixed-info.bin, locked-secret.bin, amiimo dump bin and place them on your nfc phone
3. Launch TagMo app, touch the 3 dots in the upper right corner > Load key(s) file… and select the unfixed-info.bin and locked-secret.bin files.
4. Touch the LOAD TAG button and select your Amiibo .bin dump file.
5. place the ntag215 nfc tag under the nfc read zone, wait 1 second, write the bin into ntag215 blank tags

Okay, you have your Android phone with NFC and the ntag215 stickers, now what?
The TagMo app for Android and .bin files of the amiibo you want to put on your sticker. I’ll let you guys google that one, they aren’t hard to find.
On your Android device go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources (turn on). This makes it so that you can install apps that aren’t on the Google Play store. Install the TagMo.apk file on your Android device. You can get the latest version from their github Download the 2 configuration files that work with TagMo – you can find them by googling unfixed-info.bin and locked-secret.bin Place unfixed-info.bin, locked-secret.bin and Amiibo dump files on your Android device. Launch TagMo app, touch the 3 dots in the upper right corner > Load key(s) file… and select the unfixed-info.bin and locked-secret.bin files. You might need to install a file explore for your Android device if you can’t do that already on your phone, but it should be in the downloads folder if you downloaded it on your phone. Touch the LOAD TAG button and select your Amiibo .bin dump file. Touch the WRITE TAG (AUTO) button and press your NTAG215 NFC tag to your Android device.
The stickers aren’t re-writeable so I’d advise against trying that in the future so you don’t mess the sticker up.

hi this is my guide on how to make your very own amiibo cards, chips, figures, plushies, or whatever else you can put a sticker on!
there are only 3 things you need to make an amiibo:
▸an android phone
▸nfc stickers
▸the tagmo app
the type of nfc sticker you want is called ntag215. there are a few other types, but only ntag215 stickers will work to make an amiibo! they can be purchased very cheaply online at specialized nfc websites or places like amazon.
when you have your stickers, it’s time to install tagmo! you can download the app from its github. before you’ll be able to use it, you need to allow your phone to install apps from sources other than the play store. navigate to settings > lock screen and security and toggle “unknown sources” on.
get your phone connected to a computer via usb. make a new folder called “tagmo” and simply drag-and-drop the tagmo .apk file into that folder. you’ll also need to download these two configuration files — locked-secret.bin and unfixed-info.bin — and drop them into the same folder.
once your settings are correct and your files are in the right place, you can install the app! navigate to my files > internal storage > tagmo and select the tagmo .apk to install it.
open the app and allow tagmo to access files. you should be greeted by a screen similar to this:
see the bar at the bottom telling us that amiibo keys are not found? the two .bin files you downloaded will fix that. tap the settings gear and select “import keys.” after selecting both locked-secret.bin and unfixed-info.bin, the lines “no unfixed key!” and “no locked key!” should turn green and change to say “unfixed key ok” and “locked key ok.”
with that, you’re done setting up tagmo! that was the hardest part of the process, and now that it’s over, we get to actually make some amiibo nfc stickers! track down the .bin files of the amiibo you want to create (nfc-bank is a great place for that) and add them to the tagmo folder you made on your phone earlier.
select “load tag” in the tagmo app, and using the bar along the bottom, navigate to the tagmo folder. all the amiibo .bin files you just added will load up. select the one you want and you’ll be returned to the main menu.
now select “write tag” and simply follow the on-screen directions. writing an amiibo to an nfc sticker only takes a couple seconds, and you can start scanning your stickers in-game right away!
