สรุป เนื่องจาก ไฟล์ภาพที่ถ่ายด้วย iPhone ตั้งแต่ iPhone 7 ขึ้นมา หรือใช้ iOS11 ในเรื่องของภาพถ่ายตอนนี้ Apple ได้กำหนดนามสกุลใหม่ให้กับไฟล์ภาพคือ .HEIC โดยคุณสมบัติของไฟล์ภาพที่เป็นนามสกุล .HEIC คือ ไฟล์มีคุณภาพสูงในขณะที่ลดขนาดของพื้นที่จัดเก็บลงได้ถึง 50%
การเปิดภาพไม่ได้ คงต้องแบ่งเป็น 2 กรณีคือ ถ้าใช้คอมพิวเตอร์วินโดวส์ แทบจะไม่สามารถเปิดภาพได้เลยไม่ว่าจะใช้โปรแกรมอะไร ส่วนผู้ที่ใช้ MacOS การเปิดภาพด้วยโปรแกรม Preview ยังคงสามารถทำได้ แต่ถ้าเมื่อจะแต่งภาพด้วยโปรแกรม Photoshop จะพบปัญหาว่า โปรแกรมไม่รู้จักไฟล์นามสกุลนี้ ไม่สามารถเปิดได้ ซึ่งมีวิธีการแก้ปัญหาทำได้ง่ายๆ โดยใช้โปรแกรมการแปลงไฟล์รูปภาพที่มีนามสกุล HEIC เป็น jpg ที่มีชื่อว่า CopyTrans HEIC for Windows สามารถ Download ตาม Link ข้างล่างนี้
