“It’s been too long since anyone whispered, ouu… shut up and kiss me.”
– Mary Chapin Zimmerman
We’ve all heard the expressions; “The sweet kiss of success”, “Kiss and make up”, “Kiss and tell”, as well as the “kiss off” expression, “kiss my a_ _”. From kissing the king’s ring to kissing the floor upon arrival on a plane; from the first kiss of spring’s new lovers to the kiss given to a newborn; from a kiss to greet a friend to a “kiss to death” – there’s a lot of kissing! Why is? The kiss is a powerful passage and a medium of communication to share emotions. It is the threshold of unseen possibilities and transforms matter (our body) into spirit. The poet Rilke says: “Don’t all lovers want that, to become invisible?” In the kiss, two worlds come together to transform each other. Many poets and saints live their entire lives in ecstatic celebration of a kiss with the divine, the beloved. A single kiss can change your whole life forever. It can inspire and wake you up, or it can make you wish you were never alive. Is there magic in a kiss? Do dreams come true? Or do you kill the dream by making it just a physical-materialistic phenomenon. Is it mere child’s play and poetic fantasy to romanticize the ghost’s kiss, the kiss of the lover-to-be? Reality can shatter the notion that a charming prince will come along and kiss the sleeping princess to induce a happily ever-after waking state!? Nowadays we have gotten all too good at turning the prince or princess into a frog or a love monster. How can we get the magic, the kiss, the joy and passion for life back into our arms and hearts and turn the frog into romance and passion? Whether it’s Cleopatra, Marilyn Monroe, Madonna, Bill Clinton or Pierce Brosnan, the pursed lips have the power to change the course of life.
“Excuse me, I’m kissing the sky!” – Jimi Hendrix from “Purple Haze”
Many artists, saints, holy men and women testify over time that they have been touched or kissed by love, the Spirit, or some divine energy or angelic power. A kiss can trigger jubilant perceptions that reveal a greater purpose in life. A kiss can be a heavenly messenger of change. In the 16th century, the Rosicrucian Christian Rosencreutz (a spiritual being said to have been overshadowed by Buddha, Mani, Zoroaster and the Christ) is said to bestow a “kiss” or touch from the unseen spiritual world to awaken the soul to destiny . It has been said that this often triggered a near-death experience (or a devastating loss in one’s life), followed by a full examination of one’s life and a sense of being “born again” (as the Celts, Buddhists and Christians refer to it). to). It would certainly shake me to be kissed by invisible beings, but that was a common metaphysical belief, akin to the “kiss of happiness”. That kiss evoked a strong sense of renewal evoked by a higher power, a spiritual divine intervention (sort of a “god made me do it vs. the devil made me do it” kind of thing). The story goes that biblical heroes like Moses, Aaron and Jacob left this world for a better one because of a kiss from God. Many ancients felt that the “kiss” meant a death to the past, a renewal of self, and rebirth in a higher world. Today we are touched by terms like the new age, the Celestine Prophecy, the Mutant Message or even a song on the radio. Maybe it’s just a syncretic moment that inspires us just as the sun breaks through the clouds and spills onto our faces. For many of us, kissing our pillow looks good after a good day at work; but many of us are still looking for higher dreams of romance and future. We are captivated by a higher vision and hope that our hearts will be renewed. The soap opera dream of a magical kiss and romance fills our world with the sweet promise of a Hollywood night at the movies. Are we the true mystics, troubadours, and holy overseers of the world, whose cup of love overflows upon all life? Do we see and feel something so beautiful that we may never recover…until we achieve what we seek – total bliss and joy in the song of life and creativity singing from every heart, bird and tree? Until all the hills by William Blake echo the songs of heaven? Or have we romantics gone insane with Elvis’ shaky legs?
“…that glory may dwell in our land. Mercy and truth meet; justice and peace have kissed. Truth will sprout from the earth, and justice will look down from heaven.” -Psalms, 85:10.
Kissing is mysteriously absent from the history books. There is not much differentiation. Early Christians recognized one another with a kiss, the “kiss of Christ.” Originally, Saint Paul asked Christians to “greet one another with a holy kiss.” Eventually this came to be carried away over devotees in what bordered on Dionysian orgiastic gatherings that rivaled the grand pagan celebrations. This had to stop, of course, and the Church Fathers under Tertullian were quick to dampen that spirit with injunctions against kissing on fasts and special feast days. “Those who fast withhold the kiss of peace…on the day of Good Friday…we renounce the kiss.” -Tertullian. Over time, it became easier and more fashionable to kiss rosaries, statues, altars, holy cards, and the bishop’s hand—not as much fun, but considered safer. Even that had its excesses. The lips and beard of a massive bronze statue of the god Heracles (Greek) in Agrigento were almost completely obliterated by the kisses of his passionate followers. St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome housed a bronze statue of the saint who, since the fifth century, has been kissed so many times that most of the right foot has disappeared with the worshipers’ lips. Seems like people want to kiss! These days people get hysterical kissing or even touching their favorite movie or rock stars – even their pictures! From Elvis to Pearl Jam, Led Zepplin to Mad Madonna, Magic Johnson to Mick Jagger, Tom Hanks to David Letterman, from Beastie Boys to Cheryl Crow; Kissing a celebrity or “god” means never washing your mouth again, touching the higher worlds, and entering the realms of divine fame. Some just rub gems and crystals, holy images, or even the bat before entering the batter’s box. Others keep their kisses a secret for just the right wrong person who will make sure all your “stuff” and unresolved issues show up. Still others kiss the one who keeps all the unresolved problems in Pandora’s box. The kiss has the power to wake up or kill, and like the true spiritual experience, you can’t remember what really happened until you’re back there, and when you’re back there you don’t really know what’s going to happen next will.” The heartfelt kiss seems to express our highest dreams and longings. A kiss can be an initiation process. It can be a shared act of freedom, a co-creative push into the future right in front of you, where you are co-pilot with fate and destiny. A kiss can put your life on the line. It is the act of giving and receiving. A real kiss cannot be faked, it is the ultimate in vulnerability. I think if we figured it out fully we’d stop, after all, how often do you have to go to Disneyland?! Bob Seger might be right: “It’s a mystery how the heart beats…”.
“Just a kiss from your lips, just a wish… hold me tight.” – the elementals waking up to each other.
The kiss is a touch of the lips, a sign of affection or love, a greeting, an obeisance; it’s a universal sign of “being connected.” But it’s more. In billiards, it is the impact between two moving balls. In a baseball game, the pitcher has been known to spit on the ball and rub it hard, the batter kisses the bat, makes the sign of the cross, and goes to the batter’s box to attempt to hole the ball in the outfield, circumnavigate the diamond or the square, and come home to happily hug and sometimes kiss teammates. Often in the heat of fame and “scoring goals” you can see football players, soccer players or hockey players jumping and kissing each other (no wonder they get into so many fights!). In New Age parlance, it is the impact of two auric eggs touching. In the 1960s, “Balling” (bodily and auric penetration) was a term for “making love”. “Kissing the holy book” was a term historically associated with taking an oath. Kissing a Bible or holy book should seal a promise, vow or commitment. On the other hand, “kissing the dust” referred to submitting to a higher authority or even being killed or killed. “Kissing the rod” meant accepting punishment or chastisement for one’s misdeeds. To this day, a mother will “kiss where it hurts” or kiss a child’s injured area to “make it better.” Kissing can get complicated, especially when it comes to “kiss and say.”
“Kiss, kiss; Bang, Bang” – Stuart Franke, Where the River Meets the Bay.
Throughout history, people of all faiths have kissed statues of heroes and saints, relics, and even tombstones of the saint for blessing and healing. The “praying” pictograph of the pre-Sargonic Sumerians (ca. 3500 BC), according to the scholar Langdon, was a man “blowing a kiss” at the god. Many ancient world religions used this gesture of blowing a kiss to the gods or heavenly protectors. When we wave and blow a kiss to departing friends, we are repeating the actions of those ancient worshipers blowing kisses to pagan deities. Burton reports that the early Muslim greeted the Kaaba and the stone with a kiss. Roman subjects paid homage to the emperor by kissing his robe. Even today, Buddhists will prostrate and kiss the ground before the High Lama or spiritual teacher, in reference to the Buddha-nature within. The Catholic kisses the bishop’s ring, or if he becomes a priest, he prostrates and kisses the ground before the bishop is authorized to perform the initiation. Mary Magdalene kissed Jesus’ feet. Jesus kissed the disciples’ feet as a gesture of humility and service. People still kiss the Pope’s feet or even the ground in front of him today. The knights of old England kissed, but most modern athletes like tennis players, boxers, etc. are more inclined to shake hands; or in some sports, slapping hands with the opposing team; although they will kiss the trophy or winner’s cup etc. The power of the kiss is to ignite the inner fire and feelings that one touches and is touched by the outside world. Every kiss is unique, invented spontaneously on site; Still, like pressed flowers in an old book, pursing the lips can leave an indelible mark on our soul. Kissing is a way of sharing with others.
“A kiss is the shortest distance between two.” -Henry Youngman
Today the kiss is seen less as a prelude to mating and more as a sign of appreciation, respect, attachment and appreciation. However, it is something that is communicated on a non-verbal level and still holds us in its magic. It can fully embrace the mind and feelings, allowing time and space to implode with emotions and explode with dreams of infinite possibility. A kiss should be felt and given. Consciousness receives a kiss. It awakens inner forces that can flood you with feelings and meaning. The kiss is a bridge between the inner and outer world, a splash of heart waves on the body’s shore. Blending the fire in the lips and breath means blending our souls with the divine. The origin of kissing under the mistletoe growing on the druids old oak was to end and begin a new year. Kissing around the maypole of spring should evoke new beginnings and prosperous times of growth. A kiss can awaken love or be the kiss of the traitor Judas. History teaches us that a kiss can be magical or tragic. For most of us it is deeply personal and reveals the true nature of our hearts and feelings. The kiss can take us to an unknown frontier on the edge of ourselves and challenge us to move on to something bigger than ourselves – the world.
“Lips only sing when they can’t kiss.” – James Thomson
An early form of the kiss was the nose kiss, the sniff kiss. It started around 2000 BC. in India and traveled east to China and then west to Europe. The ancient Celts had no word for “kiss”. The Romans referred to three types of kisses; friendship, affection and passion. The chaste Artemis awakened the sleeping Endymion with the light touch of a butterfly kiss (later it is Sleeping Beauty). Goethe’s Faust awakened Margaret’s passion with a kiss. Kissing on the lips seems to have been started by the early Christians and then the Romans, but it was the troubadours and their courts of love and chivalry in the ninth through twelfth centuries that popularized the “kiss” and took it to lofty heights Splendor and morals ennobled . For the troubadours, once you kissed someone, you were bound for life and perhaps beyond, to protect and cherish, honor and defend, from that time to all eternity. Kissing and falling in love meant swearing to each other to stay connected in every way possible until each reached total enlightenment and the eternal portals of heaven. Once connected with the “Holy Kiss”, neither hell nor high water could separate souls from their lofty goal of peace and happiness for all living beings on earth. For the troubadour, the compassionate gaze, magical touch, and spiritual kiss were synonymous with Mahayana Buddhism’s vow to unite with all who are enlightened and all who seek freedom from suffering. It was the eternal bond of friendship and joy.
“Night. Oh you dissolved in depths,
face against my own.
– Rilke, On love and other difficulties
Why do bugs, insects and small creatures put themselves in small holes? To get as much of her body in contact as possible? And what about the caterpillar whose lips spin a cocoon waiting for spring’s kiss to spread its butterfly wings against the sun’s warm kiss? The descending energy of the plants and trees, deeply rooted in the ground while the other end soars upward and skyward to flowers and fruit, is more than a mere metaphor for the downward thrust of warmth, blood, and passionate embrace in the Harmony with the ever striving and rising heights of the soul in ecstasy and heavenly love. Why do people lie down between the covers at night to sleep? Or in tight or tight-fitting clothing? Even protozoa are attracted to touch (tactics, tactical bodies of lower creatures, or even humans in the full embrace and throbbing of love) to produce offspring. A gentle touch can excite the brain, but the rapture of a kiss, energizing the highly specialized erogenous touch zone of the lips, transcends the “ecstatically glowing” magic words and “burning sweetness” of the greatest poet. Touch is the mother of the senses; and sex and love, death and rebirth, are more intertwined than meets the eye – it meets at the lips, the doorway to the underworld of the lost and found, death and rebirth and even spiritual initiation. Where one ends and the other begins is just part of love’s mysterious kiss. Closing your eyes in the wisp of a love kiss is to dissolve and merge with a greater reality than the limited self. Like the Nile once a year in spring, one can swell and get carried away in feelings, rise and overflow, fertilizing and fertilizing the surrounding fields; or being drunk with Bacchus, where “Love is the drug I think of”. The kiss can open Pandora’s box (or even Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates!) The kiss can be the door to life’s greater or lesser mysteries, you can lose your head… you can find the world… you could again lose your head Without love or pure motivation, the kiss can be dangerous. It can definitely get you through change, ask anyone!
“The wine we really drink is our own blood.
Our bodies ferment in these barrels.
We’ll do anything for a glass of it.
We give our thoughts for a sip.” – Rumi, from Unseen Rain
So what is this mystery of the mind’s eye that breathes on the waters of blood? The light that shines in the dark? The bread on the water? What is the secret of the blush of the cheeks and the rose? Why are the lips rosy ruby red? Isn’t the blood closest to the skin here? The kiss is metaphysical, neither science nor history fully understands it. It remains a mystery to the uninitiated, the unloved. And as the ancient Fire Philosophers, Theosophists, and Rosicrucians knew; the reincarnated EGO (the eternal pilgrim soul in search of enlightenment) or the true “Self” is revealed through the warmth of the blood (sense consciousness); to, over time, awaken the heart of enlightenment in truth and love/compassion. Somehow head and heart can come together on the lips. Is there a real fire here that transcends gunpowder? Or is this just a romantic’s dream? Massage therapists and Chinese acupuncturists point out that the conceptual vessel or acupuncture meridian rises from the root survival/sex chakras (psychic centers) to just below the lips, while the governing vessel or meridian rises backwards and downwards from the root, to go over the head to just over the lips. The lips are where heaven and earth meet past and future.
“The soul meets the soul on the lover’s lips.” -Peel
Is that the secret of the kiss, that two souls meet? in the kiss; Light, breath and warmth meet. The light of awareness and the warmth of friendship mingle with the breath in the spirit. The highly individualized light of consciousness in the head goes down with the breath to meet in the chamber bed and grail of the heart. This is metaphysics, trying to understand how the inner meets the outer, how processes and potentials awaken within ourselves. The warmth latent in the blood (the vehicle for our common humanity and all previous lives, the “I AM”, the totality of all my experiences) rises to the calyx of the heart and then to the lips. In the kiss lies the possible metamorphosis of the past and the sweet promise of the future. Everyone meets here. And you thought it was a meaningless peck on the cheek!? The body and the blood, the bread and the wine, the past and the future kiss in the “cosmic Christ”, the possibility of spiritual awakening, wholeness and holiness. Perhaps this is what caused Christ in the Christian tradition to say, “Where two or more of you come together, I will be there.” Or, “This is my body, this is my blood.” All religions have their holy kiss or meet. My goodness, we can hardly settle the recent strike, let alone bring peace to the Middle East, Russia, Yugoslavia or Tibet. Perhaps we should kiss at halftime and all time-outs in all sporting events, arguments and conflicts. The sacredness and power of the kiss is a mystery that few fully realize and yet understand; although many are currently in intensive research. It is something that cannot be forced or faked, it is both given and received, and something that can hardly be explained in daylight. Maybe one day the kiss will become our new fiery weapon for peace, prosperity and friendship. Until then, I leave you with a ‘kiss of peace’ and this last kiss of a thought from Rumi… (You thought I was going to say “shut up and kiss me”, didn’t you?)
“A horse out of nowhere
brought us here to taste love
until we are no more. that taste
is the wine we always mention.” -Rumi

What does it mean when you dream about making love with someone?
Sex dreams can often be a symbol of union. A way of embracing something that is other to you, or outside your realm of experience and knowledge, and integrating it into who you are. Sex dreams can also be symbolic of profound self-love and acceptance.
French kiss Definition & Meaning
Thanks to Signmund Freud, modern Western society began to take dreams more seriously. But this new thinking came with the approach that most dreams were suppressed desires, very often about sex or violence. While this is no longer the dominant paradigm in Western psychology, the influence of dreams as repressed desires remains in popular thinking, particularly in relation to sex dreams.
Let’s start by considering the idea that dreams are mostly symbolic. They work on several levels at the same time and usually reveal more about our own inner world than about other people. Or, to put it simply, just because you dream of having sex or someone else is having sex does not mean that you want to have sex with the person in your dream, nor does the person in your dream want to have sex with you , nor the people you dream about necessarily having sex with each other in waking life.
There is a wide variety of sex dreams – just like in waking life – ranging from the pleasurable to the climactic, uncomfortable and disturbing. The dream can even involve a range of complex emotions including pity, guilt, shame, vulnerability, devotion, devotion, passion, love and more. You may dream that you are having sex or witnessing or aware that others are doing it.
Sex dreams can often be a symbol of union. A way of accepting something that is different to you or outside of your realm of experience and knowledge and integrating it with who you are. Sex dreams can also be a symbol of deep self-love and acceptance. In Jungian terminology, this can be a union of anima and animus, balancing the opposite sides of your own nature. We all have both what could be described as typically “feminine” and “male” qualities within us. Dreaming about sexual union can be a way to show that we are not binary opposites, but really are a set of qualities that we can unite to become an integrated, whole human being. As you grow and realize that there are many aspects of who you really are, sex and love dreams can be a way of honoring those other roles you play or values that guide you and aligning them within yourself bring to.
Sex dreams can also be about releasing tension or fulfilling a physical desire. You may not be really attracted to your dream lover in waking life or your dream experience may be with an unfamiliar person. The sex drive is a basic animal urge, and exploring these feelings in a dream context should not be cause for guilt or concern. You may find that sex dreams bring satisfaction at a time when you feel lonely or unappreciated in your intimate life, and these primal drives are expressing themselves through your dreams, layered with symbolic meaning. You may dream more of intimate encounters as your love life blossoms. In this case, your subconscious revels in the joy of physical affection. Some people report that dreams of a physically intimate nature actually revitalize their waking life relationships and inject a new energy and spark.
One way to unravel hidden meanings in your sex or love power dreams is to consider who is involved in the plot. If it’s about yourself and someone else, try to see the other person as a symbol rather than having your personal feelings for them. One of the big misconceptions about dreaming about sex is that the person in your dream has secret desires for you. It is important to remember that dreams are about your own mind. They do not reveal other people’s hidden desires. Similarly, dreaming of being close with another real person usually does not mean that you are repressing or denying feelings for that person in waking life. Most of the time, the appearance of another person in your dream is meant to symbolically represent an idea for you. What does this person represent to you?
For example, having sex with a boss can be a dream about realizing your own ambition, your desire to wield the same power that you have for your boss. Perhaps it is your subconscious that is driving you to step up and achieve the success you think you deserve. Instead of thinking of the dream as “I had sex with my boss,” replace the critical words “sex” and “boss” with whatever they might symbolize and see how that sounds different to you.
what sounds true For example, you might say, “I am passionate about (sex) embracing my powerful authority (boss).” A dream about sex with the neighbor you are walking past who has a beautiful yard might sound like this: “I am free and wild (sex) with my caring natural side (gardening neighbor).”
This is of course relatively easy as long as the dream itself is not too complicated. Just as sex can be about union and coming together, it can also be about dominance and power. If your dream evokes negative and disturbing feelings, the same symbolic exercise above can still be helpful. It can be helpful to identify as clearly as possible the actual feelings you experienced in the dream. Did you feel taken advantage of? Forced? Forced to do something against your will? Powerless? shame, d? Gently ask yourself where in your waking life you might be having the same feelings. This may seem obvious in some situations, but really difficult in others.
Dreams like this can be directly related to an intimate relationship you are in. They may also relate to other family relationships, friendships, or work situations. If exploitation was the dominant emotion, try asking, “Where in my life do I feel exploited?” rather than focusing on the sexual element. This can be a way to address feelings that you have ignored or buried because they feel too uncomfortable to address.
Rest assured, the simple act of recognizing and acknowledging these feelings will in itself start a healing process. Admitting the feelings doesn’t mean you have to act immediately and change everything. Sometimes fear of the action required prevents us from even admitting the feelings. Gentle recognition that actually empowers you is just a step in itself. You can decide if and when you want to change something. But as long as you live in denial, you will continue to have dreams that lead you to acknowledge the deep truth that you inherently know.
The dream of having sex with an ex-partner requires its own category. Such dreams are very common and can be very confusing. You can dream about sex with a previous partner long after you thought you were over them. You may have a deep sensual experience in a dream with an ex, although in waking life you are angry with him. What can such dreams mean? It can be difficult to reduce an ex-partner to a symbol or collection of representations since we know them so well. But all former partners have one thing in common: they belong to the past. Having great sex with an ex doesn’t necessarily mean you want to get back together (although some people do, of course). It can actually be a dream of deep healing. When we speak of sex dreams as integral parts of ourselves, “ex-sex” can be a dream that symbolically reveals your inner reconciliation with the pain and conflict of the past. If there is a lot of anger in the leftovers of the relationship, this dream can be a reminder of the deep love you can find within yourself and show yourself now to overcome the anger and pain. If you felt disempowered in the relationship or during the breakup, the dream can be a call to take back your power and to realize that the love you carry within cannot be taken away from anyone.
One of the dreams I get asked about the most is cheating dreams – when you dream of seeing or knowing your partner is having sex or being intimate with someone else. Does that mean they cheat in waking life? The first thing I always say in such situations is that dreams say more about our own inner world than anyone else. Cheating dreams mostly work on a symbolic level, but they also reveal our own inner fears. To dream of your partner cheating often reveals some insecurity or fear of the dreamer.
In the dream, this may turn out to be the obvious literal scenario, “Is my partner cheating on me with someone else?”, but they can be much deeper and more complex emotions. These fears and insecurities are very difficult to face, so it’s often easier to have an outside party to pin that narrative to. It is only through self-reflection and bold questioning that we can truly understand what is going on in these dreams.
Fear of one partner becoming intimate with another can relate to issues such as confidence and acceptance.
Some of the tough questions to ask ourselves before blaming another are: Do I feel worthy of this relationship? Am I sabotaging this relationship because I have a deep fear of intimacy and don’t want to get hurt? Would I rather blame someone for doing the “wrong thing” than let them get close enough to hurt me when they leave? Have I had trouble trusting people in the past because I’ve been so disappointed in the past? Because of my history or my conditioning, do I have a deep distrust of all men or all women?
These are difficult questions, but only by acknowledging these deeper feelings can we move into relationships of trust and authenticity. If you think that such issues are not relevant in your personal situation, dreaming about a partner who engages in intimate relationships can also be a symbol of the need for more intimacy and honesty in your own relationships. In waking life you might want to feel closer to others. This may not be about a specific partner, but about friends and family members. The idea of someone close to you having an encounter with another can be an indication of your own desire for something that others have and that you desire. That doesn’t have to be a negative. Recognizing your own emotional needs is critical to enabling fulfillment and growth.
As already mentioned, your dream partner can also be symbolic on other levels. When we speak of our “significant other,” this can be a metaphor for anything that contradicts what we normally think of ourselves. In this way, dreaming of our partner can be symbolic of the shadow aspect of our own selves – the yin to our yang (or vice versa). To dream of a shadow self or unrecognized other can be a deep symbol of the soul’s calling to integrate the many and varied aspects of our own nature. If you have become binary or extreme in any area of your life, this dream seems to be calling for balance. For example, if you have become so focused on work and achievement that you no longer have room in your life for play and caring, this dream may be your partner – the light and gentle side of you that needs to be recognized as an important part of it who you really are If you have been focused on spirituality, meditation, reading, and spiritual or emotional pursuits for a long time, this dream may be asking you to reconnect with your physical body, move, work, and get your hands dirty, to become more grounded and integrate your earthly self into the spiritual aspects of who you are.
I don’t want to deny that dreams about an unfaithful partner can sometimes have a more literal meaning. If you are concerned that your partner is not being completely honest with you, it may affect your dreams. This may mean your intuition is correct and your partner is hiding something from you – which may or may not be an actual relationship or affair. And even if it’s a case of infidelity, it’s highly unlikely that it played out exactly how you dreamed it would. The images in your dreams come from your subconscious and your feelings, they don’t provide magical visual proof of what you fear.
If you’re genuinely concerned that your partner has been unfaithful to you, you’re also likely to have other troubling dreams that don’t involve your partner at all or have nothing obviously to do with sex or intimacy. When we feel our trust has been broken, other dreams will explore these deep feelings of sorrow and loss. You may dream of broken things or people or animals that are mutilated or injured. You may dream of hospitals, dying, rotting, or decaying things. If you’re having a lot of these dreams, as well as dreams about cheating, then it’s probably time to really sit down and address what’s going on in your life that needs to change. It may be time for an open discussion, for counseling, or for vital lifestyle changes. I know how difficult these times are, but dreams like these nudge you because your current condition is unsustainable. Your deepest self is calling for healing and love. The first steps seem hard, but they are steps toward a better life and a fuller, happier self.
Dreams about someone being unfaithful can make you wonder what to hide and what to bring to light in your life. They can leave you wondering if you are denying yourself the love and affection you crave or if you are cheating yourself out of something you truly deserve.
Finally, remember, before you blush at the thought of your late-night antics, take a moment to reflect on how much of your dream was symbolic. Not only are the people in the dreams representative of more than one individual, the act of making love itself could be as much about your own personal integration as it is about your more abstract and primal fears and desires.

Why does tongue kissing feel good?
Anthropologist, Helen Fisher says that when we partake in mouth-to-mouth kissing, we share saliva which has testosterone in it which enhances our sex-drive. Kissing also stimulates the brain hormones, dopamine and oxytocin– both of which promote bonding and attachment in human beings.
French kiss Definition & Meaning
It is believed that mothers in early human societies weaned their babies by chewing their food and then passed it to their babies through lip-to-lip contact. Evolutionary biologists suggest that erotic kissing is a so-called relic gesture, passed down through cultures from those early practices of the mother’s deep kissing and infant’s searching tongue movements.
“As young lovers explore each other’s mouths with their tongues, they feel the age-old comfort of parental mouth-feeding, which can help strengthen their mutual trust and thus their couple bond,” writes Desmond Morris in his classic book on human behavior, Manwatching .
Is kissing unique to humans?
Yes and no. All animals groom each other in some form – dogs sniff and lick potential mates and elephants put their trunks in each other’s mouths. Most other primates use kissing as a form of conflict resolution and attachment rather than as a prelude to sexual intimacy.
Bonobo monkeys—our closest genetic relatives—kiss for both comfort and socializing. Sometimes after a fight, they kiss and make up—just like humans. In her book The Science of Kissing: What Our Lips Are Telling Us, Sheril Kirshenbaum says that kissing evolved to fulfill three essential needs: sex drive, romantic love, and attachment.
Do people kiss in all cultures?
Anthropological studies suggest that kissing is an acceptable practice in up to 90 percent of cultures. And those who don’t kiss usually still engage in some sort of close facial touch, e.g. B. by rubbing each other’s noses.
Is there a biological reason for kissing?
Some studies suggest that kissing allows a couple to get close enough to assess their kissing partner’s scent. Human odor is an indicator of our immune system, which involves genes known as major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes. The theory goes that people are attracted to a mate who has different MHC genes, which if mated would potentially produce a baby with a more diverse immune system that’s better at fighting disease. This is essentially the biological explanation for why opposites attract.
What Happens to Our Hormones When We Kiss?
Anthropologist Helen Fisher says that when we kiss mouth-to-mouth, we share saliva that contains testosterone, which boosts our sex drive. Kissing also stimulates the brain hormones dopamine and oxytocin, both of which promote bonding and attachment in humans.
Do men and women perceive kissing differently?
Well, that’s a question that can lead to arguments that require conflict resolution skills to solve. Behavioral scientist Rafael Wlodarski found that women tend to prioritize a partner’s ability to kiss more than men do — especially when first evaluating their partners for a relationship. Women also tend to see kissing as an important way to show affection in long-term relationships.
Do good kissers make good lovers?
Well I guess that depends on your definition of a good kisser and a good lover. A 2007 University of Albany study of over 1,000 college students found that most female college students do not have sex without first kissing (although they would have sex with someone who is not a good kisser), while male college students have sex without first kissing would . A 2014 study by Wlodaski found that a good kisser can make some people more attractive for short-term relationships.
Is there a difference between platonic kissing and romantic kissing?
A silly question, perhaps, considering how many people kiss each other on the cheek when they greet each other. But when a kiss isn’t just a kiss depends on the honesty and sincerity of the kisser.
Some people may claim that they only kiss you as a friend but have romantic inclinations, while others may be very romantically inclined when kissing someone who doesn’t share the same feelings. We suggest you just watch some romantic comedy movies to solve this problem.
Is kissing healthy?
Yes and no. Yes, because kissing stimulates the production of the so-called happiness hormones or neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin and at the same time reduces the production of the stress hormone cortisol. And no, because around 80 million bacteria, some harmful, some harmless, exchange the body fluids of the kissers. But that’s nothing compared to the bacteria transmitted between people who shake hands – an estimated 124 million. Maybe that’s why the French, Italians and Dutch kiss instead of shaking hands.
What happens when couples stop kissing passionately?
Well, it depends on what other forms of intimacy they engage in. Manwatching author Morris suggests that long-term couples are less likely to indulge in intense kissing on the mouth. But University of Albany evolutionary psychologist Gordon Gallup says that in long-term relationships, the frequency of kissing is a good barometer of the health and well-being of that particular bond.

Bad kissing can have a negative impact on relationships. In fact, 59% of men and 66% of women said they ended a relationship because of their partner’s poor kissing technique (Time). Couples who kissed frequently were more likely to share the same oral microbiota, which may result in stronger immune systems (Microbiome Journal). Primate mothers chewed food for their young and then fed them mouth to mouth and with pursed lips. Researchers believe this habit evolved into a way of showing love and affection (Scientific American). A study shows that men who kissed their spouse every morning missed fewer jobs due to illness, had fewer car accidents, and lived about five years longer than those who didn’t kiss their spouse daily (Psychology Today). Romantic kissing can strengthen the bond between you and your partner and increase feelings of satisfaction in your relationship (NCBI). Men and women kiss for different reasons. Women tend to use kisses to figure out if they want to date someone long-term, while men tend to kiss because it feels good and can serve as a means of arousal (Albany.edu). Kissing makes your brain release happy chemicals and hormones, including oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin (Healthline). A 2017 study found that most people tilt their head to the right when kissing (Science Daily). Just 15 minutes of kissing can lower cortisol levels, which help relieve stress and anxiety (Scientific American).

French kiss Definition & Meaning
What does it mean when you dream about your crush kissing you?
And when we dream of kissing, the kiss shows us the desire for love and affection. When you dream about your crush kissing you, it also indicates that you may be lacking affection or reciprocated love in the waking world.
French kiss Definition & Meaning
What does it mean when you dream about your crush?
According to psychiatrist and dream researcher Greg Mahr, MD, “a crush may appear in a dream that represents the element of fantasy, life through fantasy.”
Dream interpretation is difficult because our dreams often don’t make sense if you stop to think about them. Your dreams may not even necessarily reflect your current situation.
But when it comes to dreaming about your crush, you might recognize some of those dreams.
What it means when you keep dreaming about your crush
Having recurring dreams about your crush means you really want the relationship to be possible and are thinking about it all the time. What’s happening in your dreams tends to show you your own thoughts and feelings about the crush, and you’re contemplating who they are.
The negative aspect of this dream is that you are going through a difficult time in your life and the dream itself indicates insecurity and fear. Dream Bible reveals that constantly dreaming about a crush could mean that you subconsciously feel that that person is out of your league, or that you’re “spending too much time paying attention to what you want and aren’t spend enough time getting what you want”.
If you actually get rid of it, your subconscious will start dreaming about other things, even someone else!
But there are other interpretations to dreaming about someone you know – especially your crush.
“It’s important to remember that when someone you know appears in a dream, that person often represents that person not as a separate person but as an internal representation,” Mahr comments.
“For example, if a straight woman appears in a dream, it may represent the masculine side of her psyche. Or it can represent the qualities that the crush represents to the dreamer, represented in the form of a person.
For example, a crush may represent assertiveness, so if the crush is helping a woman in a dream, it may mean that the woman needs to call upon that trait of assertiveness in some current situation in her life.”
What it means when you dream about your crush kissing you
When we dream about being kissed, it means that we think a lot about the person we would like to be or be with and who interests us.
And when we dream of kissing, the kiss shows us the desire for love and affection.
Dreaming of your crush kissing you also indicates a lack of affection or love reciprocated in the waking world.
What it means when you dream about having a crush on someone you don’t know
In dreams we reflect on our own self-esteem. What happens in your dreams reflects not only your own thoughts and feelings about your crush, but also traits and values that you admire.
Dreaming about someone you don’t know can also mean that you feel certain opportunities are out of reach, that you feel vulnerable in social situations, or that you are about to start a new relationship.
What it means when you dream about your crush dating someone else
A more heartbreaking dream is one in which your crush is with someone else. If you dream this scenario, it can highlight a jealous streak that you may have for someone else.
However, if you dream that your crush is with another person, it also indicates your feelings in the waking world; In particular, you may be insecure about your crush in the waking world or being rejected by someone.
What it means when you dream about arguing with your crush
If you dream that you are arguing with your crush in your dream, it could indicate tensions between the two of you in the real world. They may not match.
Another interpretation is that you’re fighting your own frustration, jealousy, and anger because your crush doesn’t feel the way you do or just doesn’t give you the time of day.
In general, according to the Dream Bible, dreaming about an argument indicates that you are having a hard time expressing your true feelings. That being said, to dream of arguing with your crush could mean that you are ready to tell your crush how you feel — you just don’t know how.
What it means when you dream about your crush rejecting you
If you are rejected by your crush in a dream, you have no faith in the way people see you, but it does not mean that this will become your reality.
Most people believe that dreams of rejection arise from fear and uncertainty in waking life, or from doubting what is good about yourself. Dream interpretation is rarely, if ever, so black and white, and dreams are often a lot more complicated than they seem.
What it means when you dream about having a crush on a friend
To dream of having a crush on a friend does not necessarily mean that you are attracted to them in the waking world. Although this could also be the case, there are additional interpretations as the dream means that you want to be together.

Since we associate our friends with feelings of contentment, this dream indicates your desire to feel that way in a potential relationship.
What it means when you dream about your celebrity crush
While in the waking world you may actually have a crush on a celebrity, dreaming about your celebrity crush means that you are attracted to or identify with certain qualities of that celebrity and want to express them in yourself.
This dream could also mean that the traits you see in your celebrity crush are the same traits you are looking for in a potential partner.
Mahr agrees, adding, “Celebrities usually represent the quality that you associate with that celebrity. Brittany Spears, for example, could represent sexuality or newfound freedom, or be held captive by a father, or be irresponsible depending on your personal feelings or ideas about Ms. Spears.”
What it means when you dream about someone having a crush on you
To dream of someone being attracted to you reflects your own feelings about yourself, making you feel good about who you are or who you are becoming. If your dream makes you feel positive, it indicates that you are excited about new opportunities that are coming your way.
However, if you do not reciprocate feelings for this person in the waking world or if you have a negative attitude towards the dream, this indicates a new beginning in your life that you are not enthusiastic about.
What it means when you dream about your crush dying
While this dream may sound more like a nightmare, dreaming of your crush dying symbolizes the end of your attraction to your crush.
Since death in a dream generally symbolizes the end of a phase or a major life change, this specific dream could indicate that your own feelings are changing.
“Dying a crush can mean a part of you has to ‘die’ in order for you to continue growing and maturing,” says Mahr.
What it means when you dream about having sex with your crush
To dream of sex generally means that you are noticing certain qualities about yourself that are positive. But to dream of having sex with a crush reflects your feelings towards them.
Maybe you want them to reciprocate your feelings, have long-term goals that you want to do with them, and experience more of those thoughts or feelings in the waking world.
Mahr adds: “Relationships are very emotionally powerful, so they can make us aware of our own inner wounding. They seem to sense that at least while the relationship is going well, things are missing in our lives. When a dream depicts an intimate relationship with a crush, it can be a call to connect more deeply with our own inner wound.”
What it means when you dream that your crush likes you too
Dreaming about your crush’s reciprocating feelings is exactly what you want in the waking world! But that doesn’t mean your crush will reciprocate your attraction, it just means there might be a good chance they will.
Actually, a dream like this means that you are sure of your compatibility and the chance to be together. Your subconscious may be telling you that now is the perfect time to ask your crush out.
What it means when you dream about your crush being the opposite sex that you are attracted to
If you are a woman and dreaming about having a crush on a woman or a man having a crush on a man, it does not indicate that you are secretly gay.
Rather than focusing on sexuality, dreaming about having a crush on the opposite sex means you desire those specific traits in a partner or admire them in yourself.
To dream of someone of the same gender also symbolizes the need for a fresh start and a willingness to take that leap forward.
What it means when you dream about someone else’s crush
Before you panic that you are dreaming about your friend or acquaintance’s crush, this dream indicates your own insecurities, both in your personal life and in your love life.
And if it is your romantic partner in the waking world who has a crush on someone else and you are dreaming about it, it means you may be jealous and hurt.
What it means when you dream about someone you used to like
When an old crush shows up in your dreams, there are a few interpretations. In the waking world you may know or meet someone who reminds you of your ex crush; it’s all related to your past experiences.
Dreaming about an ex crush also has a lot to do with the feeling of the dream. If it was a negative experience, you may be afraid or unsure about taking certain steps. If it was a positive experience, it could indicate good luck or future opportunities that are in store for you.
What it means when you dream about having a crush on someone you don’t really like
To dream of someone you don’t really like in the waking world means that although you hide your dislike for them, you subconsciously like certain qualities about them. Even if they’re not romantic feelings, think about redeeming qualities in that person.

What does it mean when your ex kisses you on the lips in a dream?
If you saw yourself engaging in a passionate liplock with your ex, it may mean that you are yearning for the same amount of passion in your life currently. Dreaming about an ex doesn’t necessarily mean that you are missing them and can create quite a confusion if you are in a happy, stable relationship in the present.

Finally, dreams provide a rich, universal language for speaking about present and future concerns.
Below we look at 9 frequently asked questions and 9 helpful answers.
We will teach you all about the possible symbols and themes to deepen your understanding of what these dreams could mean to you.
1. When you dream about someone, does he think about you?
The notion that when you dream about someone, they dream about you is a common misconception.
This is actually a false assumption, because your brain never stops making new connections, even when you’re asleep.
Of course it can also be the case that when you dream of someone, they often think of you or even dream about you.
This phenomenon is called “dream telepathy” and has been extensively studied by scientists who have found no solid evidence that dream telepathy exists.
Some research suggests that when a person dreams about someone else during their sleep, they are actually dreaming about themselves.
Dreams basically reflect what someone was doing or thinking before they went to sleep.
In this respect it is of course possible that the person who dreams of you thinks of you.
However, there is no evidence that this is a common occurrence.
2. What does it mean when you dream about someone you barely know?
Dreaming about people we barely know can be very confusing and frightening.
It’s not uncommon to dream about people from our past that we have forgotten or with whom we have never had a strong relationship.
When you dream of someone you barely know, it is a sign of a connection you feel with them, although you may not know why.
It could mean that you like the person and that in some way that person has a place in your life.
It could also indicate that this person represents something to you that you are not fully aware of.
If there are people in your life who keep appearing in your dreams, then it could be because they play an important role in your life that you haven’t fully acknowledged (yet).
Take the time to think about these people and what they might represent to you – why do you think they are suddenly appearing in your dreams?
There are many instances where people even dream about someone they have never met.
For example, if you liked someone growing up and never met them during that time, the dreams could represent frustration at not being able to connect with the person, or even your emotional attachment to them.
3. Is it true when you see someone in your dream that they miss you?
When people dream of other people, it usually has more to do with the dreamer’s life than the other person’s.
The dreamer may be worried about the other person and may be dreaming about them because they are in an emotional state right now.
Dreams are a product of our subconscious, and as such dreams generally have no real relevance to what is going on in other people’s waking lives.
Dreaming about someone you know is a common experience for many people.
One study found that 60% of people dream about someone they know, and 95% of those people dream about their current romantic partner at least once a month.
Dreams can also be deeply personal and represent fear or uncertainty that you are unaware of.
However, sometimes there can be a symbolic meaning that we can derive from the dream.
And because dreams are the product of our own unconscious thoughts and experiences, it means that when we dream about someone, it’s not because they’re thinking about us, it’s because we’re unconsciously thinking about them.
4. What does it mean when you dream about someone all the time?
Dreams can be interpreted to provide insight into a person’s unconscious desires or fears. The person you dream about could be a part of your life that you need to focus on.
If we keep dreaming about certain people, it could mean that they are meaningful or important to us, but not in the way we would expect.
To dream of someone could represent relationship with them in your life. The person could also be an aspect of you that you find difficult to understand or that you have not dealt with.
Dreams can help us understand ourselves better as they often reflect parts of our personality that we are not aware of.
People generally dream about someone they have strong feelings for.
So if you have regular dreams about a certain person, chances are you have strong feelings for them.
Facing these feelings may be difficult, but do your best not to let them consume you and cause grief.
5. What does it mean when you dream about your ex?
People dream about their ex-boyfriends for many reasons, but one of the most common is that they feel conflicted or unresolved about the relationship.
Dreaming about an ex could mean that you want him back or it could be a sign that you are ready to break up with him.
For example, dreaming of an ex can be a sign that you are comfortable with the breakup.
It can also mean the opposite, which is that you’re still pining for him or that you’re still attracted to him and want to get back together with him.
The dreamer often interprets their ex in a dream as a sign of their deep-rooted feelings for the person.
They may also daydream about what could have been if they had chosen to stay in the relationship or had not chosen to break up with them.
It is important to note that not all dreams about an ex mean something significant.
Dreaming about someone you used to like may indicate that you are trying to reconnect with that person. You may not have learned to let go and move on.
To dream of an ex is often a sign of unresolved feelings or anger.
Maybe you dream about them because that’s the only way you can communicate with them.
It’s also possible that your dreams bring a sense of completion to the relationship, allowing you to heal and move on.
6. So how do I stop dreaming about my ex?
Many people experience nightmares about their ex, and this is especially true for those who have recently gone through a breakup.
The dreams are usually related to an unresolved event in the relationship, which can be anything from jealousy to a lack of closure.
Nobody likes to dream about their ex, even if they are happy in a relationship.
It’s just a waste of sleep and can keep you from enjoying the present.
The key to stopping dreaming about your ex is understanding what triggered the nightmare and finding a way to resolve it.
It could be as simple as finding closure or changing your perspective on the situation.
There are other options too; For example, you can write a letter or talk to someone about how you are feeling.
Specifically, the best way to stop dreaming about your ex is to get him out of your mind by focusing on other things before you fall asleep.
Treat yourself to something to do before bed: watch TV, read a book, make dinner, wash dishes, listen to soothing music, or take a bath and just relax before bed.
The key is to keep your thoughts busy so they don’t wander off to your ex.
Also, try to get some exercise during the day (but not too close to bedtime).
Research shows that this can help some people sleep better because it helps reduce stress and anxiety.
8. What does it mean if I keep dreaming about people from high school?
In the interpretation of dreams, high school is often seen as a new beginning.
In a high school environment, starting over is often met with trepidation.
If the previous day was a troubled day, this night’s dreams may reflect that.
High school dreams can depict a person trying to escape from themselves or their problems.
The dreams can also show someone who has made some mistakes and is trying to make them right.
9. The spiritual meaning of dreaming about the same person
This generally indicates that you and this person have some kind of karmic connection or unfinished business.
If you dream about someone you haven’t thought about for years, it’s possible that person is trying to send you a message from the other side.
If you dream about someone you haven’t thought about for years, it’s possible that person is trying to send you a message from the other side.
If you keep having the same dream about the same person, maybe it’s time to take a closer look at your relationship with them. There may be something unresolved between the two of you that needs to be addressed.
Alternatively, this type of repetitive dreaming could simply be a way for your subconscious to process whatever emotions you are currently experiencing in relation to that person.
If you keep dreaming about the same person, it’s important to figure out what the dreams mean to you.
What about this person evokes such strong emotions in you? What do they represent to you?
Once you have figured out what the dream is trying to tell you, you can start working on solving any issues that may be causing you stress or anxiety.
Common dream interpretations for why some people keep appearing in your dreams
Dreams are one of the most interesting parts of life. They happen while we sleep and can be very informative.
In some cases, they are a sign that something is going on in our lives that is not being addressed.
Dreaming about someone can only be a reflection of your thoughts and feelings towards that person.
However, it could also be a sign or symbol of something else that is important in your life.
It is difficult to interpret exactly what dreams mean, but they are often symbolic of the situations in our lives that we struggle with the most.
It could also be an indicator of things we think about in our waking hours.
Dreams can be about anything, sometimes even things we have never seen or experienced in real life.
When you dream about someone, it usually reflects how you feel about them in your waking life.
Your dream may be telling you to pay attention to this person in your waking life.
Your subconscious may be trying to connect the dots of something and needs your conscious mind to help it figure it out.
You may also want to pay attention to recurring themes for clues as to what is going on in your life.
Why would you discuss these dreams with people you know well?
Your best friend has a knack for what your subconscious is trying to tell you.
They know you better than anyone and can tell what you’re going through without you saying anything at all. If you have a problem or have a horrible dream, just tell them and they will know what to do.
As for your peers, they probably won’t be able to pick up on what’s bothering you.
They are not as close to you and do not have the same perspective on the many different ways your mind works.
Each dream is a different story and can be analyzed by examining the symbols in the dream, the current situation in the dreamer’s life, and their family dynamics.
For example, a dream in which a family member disapproves of the dreamer’s current relationship may reflect fear of disapproval from the family member.
This type of dream can also be an indication that the family member is feeling lonely or left out in the family.
interpretation of dreams in general
Dreams are the result of your subconscious trying to process emotions and thoughts that you had during the day.
Some psychologists often interpret dreams with a kind of symbolic language. These interpretations can vary from person to person, but there are some general themes you can expect.
Dreams can be analyzed with Freudian and Jungian psychology because they are representations of mental processes.
Dreams usually represent what we are feeling in the present or what we want in the future.
They also represent our hidden desires and our deepest fears.
The subconscious tries to understand everything that happened during the day and it does this by responding with symbols and images from our daily lives and experiences.
Some people believe dreams are just stories created by the brain to process information or understand experiences and feelings, while others say dreams have significant meaning.
A dream can be viewed as a way for the subconscious to process information that it does not consciously understand.
Dreams allow us to process our own experiences and emotions and the thoughts of others in a safe environment where anything is possible.
Dreams can also help you learn more about yourself, your personality traits, and your emotions that you may not be aware of when you are awake.
There are many different theories about the meaning of dreams and what they might represent.
For example, some people believe that dreams are the result of memories from everyday life or the release of unconscious thoughts.
Sigmund Freud, for example, believed that dreams were a way of resolving conflicts in the dreamer’s mind.
He believed that most dreams were wish-fulfilling and typically involved the gratification of needs, drives, or desires.
Others believe that dreams are forms of wish fulfillment.
The interpretation of dreams is an old and time-honoured tradition.
A well-known school of thought holds that shared dreams seem to be universally understood in similar ways by people from different backgrounds.
Such ordinary dreams are often interpreted as symbols or warnings to the dreamer.
Dreams that deal with danger and fear, for example, could be interpreted as a warning to avoid such things in everyday life.
The interpretation of dreams can vary depending on the person and circumstances.
For example, in a person’s dream, their best friend may be a colleague. In another person’s dream, their colleague can be their best friend.
What does it mean when you dream about your crush?
Dreams about a crush can be interpreted in different ways.
They may be wishful thinking or your subconscious is trying to tell you something about the person you are dreaming about.
One interpretation is that as children we are taught to admire love and affection from others.
When we dream about our crush, we may identify with them in some way.
Maybe they represent someone strong and confident, like a hero in a movie or book.
It has been said that the Freudian theory was debunked because it makes no sense for people to dream of their crushes to fulfill a need or desire.
But it’s not so much about the person themselves as it is about the unmet need behind the dream.
Dreaming about your crush could be a sign that you are feeling insecure.
When you dream about your crush, the interpretation can change from person to person.
For some, it could mean seeing them as a safe bet to rely on, or it could symbolize a longing for someone they’ve been separated from.
Enter the dream analysts
People trained in the art of dream interpretation are called “dream experts.”
Also known as “dream analysts,” they are able to interpret the meaning of dreams by analyzing the symbols in the dream.
Professional dream analysts are trained to interpret the meaning of dreams.
Dream experts have said that dreams are a way for the subconscious to process thoughts, feelings, and memories.
A dream is a visual representation of your thoughts and feelings, and the symbols in your dream are what your mind is trying to process to make sense of them.
Because of this, vivid dreams can be intense. Because of this, it is important to analyze what a dream means, as they often indicate something that the person needs.
Three of the most common dream terms
REM sleep: The most restful phase of sleep, characterized by rapid eye movement, which is why it’s often referred to as “REM” sleep. When someone is dreaming in REM sleep, their eyes move rapidly behind their eyelids. Vivid Dreams: Dreams to remember. They occur when people are in the REM sleep phase. Sleep Cycle: A full sleep cycle takes about 90 minutes.
Conclusion: what does it really mean to dream about someone?
Dreams are an unusual phenomenon, but they are also a great way to understand yourself. A dream is when the unconscious communicates with the conscious self.
It is important to remember that figuring out what your dreams mean is not always easy and it can take time to decipher their meaning and intent.
It could also be a sign of a need. For example, if you dream about an ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend, you may have a need for companionship or emotional support.
It is generally accepted that dreaming about a person, place or thing can be a sign that the person, place or thing is important in your life.
Dreams can indicate problems that you are currently facing.
Most importantly, dreams are symbolic representations of events in our waking life.
To understand the meaning of a dream, it helps to look at the context of the dream and how it relates to your waking life.
This can help you uncover their “hidden meaning”.
In summary, dreams can mean many different things.
For example, the dreamer may be curious about the person in their dream.
It is important to understand the context of the dream before reading too much into it.
How to dream about someone
There is no right or wrong way to dream about someone.
Nonetheless, one of the best ways to dream about someone is to focus on them when you are awake, which will help you remember them in your dreams.
This could be as simple as keeping them in your head while you work.
Alternatively, it could involve something much more intentional, like writing a letter to them and imagining what they think they would say.
This type of “intentional dreaming” is a form of lucid dreaming.
Lucid dreaming is a skill that allows you to become aware that you are dreaming while in your dreams.
You can control what happens in your dreams and experience anything your imagination can think of.
