delivery time
All orders are processed the following business day. Should your order contain ALL items with status “In Stock for Immediate Delivery”, your order will be dispatched the following business day after processing. If your order includes goods marked as ‘ships within 7 days’, we ask that you please allow the stated time frame for the material to reach our warehouse. Once the material is received, your order will be prepared for shipment and will be on its way to you within the following business day.
After dispatch you will receive an email informing you that your material has been collected by the carrier.
Once we have received the pickup confirmation and tracking information, this information will be emailed to you along with the name of the carrier handling your shipment.
For orders not shipped via UPS, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, your actual delivery date and delivery time will depend on the carrier. Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
IF A RESPONSIBLE ADULT IS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OR IF THE CARRIER CANNOT REACH YOU TO COORDINATE A DELIVERY DATE, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND WAREHOUSE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY FOR SHUTTLE SHIPMENTS. PLEASE CALL FOR PRICE INFORMATION.
Small parcel shipments
Our company uses a variety of different carriers to ship material. Your shipment may be shipped using UPS, FedEx, GSO, or USPS. We choose the shipping service provider at our discretion.
Shipments will be sent against signature at our discretion. If you wish to waive the signature, please write NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the notes of your order. (Please note that all major LTL freight shipments require a signature). Please check your package.
Shipping of bulk orders
Cargo shipments are unloaded curbside. It is your responsibility to arrange for transportation of the materials beyond this point. Delivery personnel may not enter a customer’s home at any time.
It is your responsibility to arrange assistance in transporting the shipment to your home if required; Delivery agents are not permitted to assist in any way.
All deliveries are curbside. This means that the driver is only responsible for unloading the boxes at your curb. Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery location who can handle the material. Boxes can weigh anywhere from 30 lbs. for laminate and vinyl and up to 80 lbs. for hardwood. If your place of residence is not accessible by articulated lorry, please select pickup from business or service center (freight terminal).
Damage or loss of material during shipping is rare and if you follow the steps below replacement materials will be dispatched promptly.
Damaged material
Unfortunately, due to the fragility of tiles, we cannot ship tiles. However, we do offer the ability to call tiles from locations across the country depending on the carrier. Contact one of our sales representatives for more information.
You must review all materials and sign for your order upon delivery. If you find any discrepancies, DO NOT REFUSE TO SUPPLY DAMAGED MATERIAL. ACCEPT THE DAMAGED MATERIAL, have the driver sign the delivery receipt and note any discrepancies, take photos of the damage and immediately email both photos and the delivery receipt to [email protected].
You must notify us of any damage or missing items within twenty-four hours of receipt of your shipment. Damaged material must be available for inspection by the carrier.

Whoever receives the delivery must check the shipment for the correct item numbers and quantities before accepting the delivery. Note any missing items on the driver’s bill of lading. We cannot be held responsible for missing items that are not noted at the time of delivery.
Transport damage is very rare. However, if you receive damaged material, it will be replaced if you follow these instructions:
When the shipment arrives, check for damaged boxes, pads, battens, etc. If there is any damaged material, you MUST accept all material and note the damage on the driver’s bill of lading. Only damaged material that is noted on the driver’s papers can be replaced.
Do not refuse delivery of damaged material. Accept the damaged material, make a note of it on the driver’s papers as described above and keep the material. The shipping company may want to inspect or pick up the damaged material. If you refuse delivery of any items, you are responsible for all shipping and restocking fees.

Inspect your shipment for damage or missing items. You have the right to inspect your shipment before signing for it.
ACCEPT
DO NOT REJECT ANY PART OF YOUR DELIVERY. If your shipment is refused, it will take longer to receive your flooring and additional charges may apply. Accept your entire shipment.
NOTE
If there is any damage or missing items, this must be noted by you on the delivery note and signed by the courier, otherwise we cannot send a replacement product or issue refunds.
FLOORING LIQUIDATORS WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT IF YOU DO NOT ACCOUNT THE DAMAGE ON THE SHIPPING RECEIPT AND RECEIVE A DRIVER’S SIGNATURE PROOFING THE DAMAGE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. PROTECT YOURSELF.
During delivery, you may notice a cardboard box with the box ripped or torn. In most cases, the floor covering itself is not damaged. If you receive a box with a few damaged pieces, it is best to use the damaged pieces for cuts.
Other services, including liftgate and interior delivery, may be available through the freight company when they schedule your delivery. You are responsible for all fees for these services. Please note that requesting lift gate services may delay delivery.
