Whether it’s your guilty pleasure or a regular investment, Lulu yoga gear should work both on and off the mat. Here’s everything you need to know about Lululemon clothing:

Lululemon sizing

A lot of people get confused by Lululemon sizing because it’s based on the old-school numeric sizing spectrum (size 2-12) rather than XS to XL. Some bottoms also include size 0 and 14-20. To make things a bit more confusing, leggings are listed in sizes 0-20, while tops can be listed by numeric size (0-20) or alpha size (XS-XL).

Each product is a little different due to proprietary fabrics and unique silhouettes. That being said, Lulu’s sizing charts tend to be fairly accurate, and most customers report a near-perfect fit when taking their measurements correctly.

How to recognize the size of Lululemon

The easiest way to determine your Lululemon size is to buy a basic sewing tape and take your measurements.

Sports bra size

Sports bras also have a numerical size (2-14), but the size chart will help you figure them out based on clothing size (XXS-XXL) and band size (28-42). They even have a bra quiz to help you find the best size for you.

Measure your band size by wrapping the measuring tape around the smallest part below your breasts.

Lululemon designs bras with cup size in mind, but this is listed with each model rather than requiring a measurement.

For example, the Energy Bra is designed for medium support of B-D cups, while the AirSupport Bra offers high support of C-DDD cups. If you search for e-cups, you’ll see a DDD label for the same fit but with a different name.

Lululemon tops size

Tops are primarily based on bust or bust measurement. Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust to get this measurement. Then use your standard top size as a guide. When in doubt, choose a larger size so you don’t get squeezed out of your range of motion.

Pants and leggings sizes

The size of the bottoms is based on three measurements:

length (inseam)

Measure your waist by placing the flexible tape measure around the narrowest part of your stomach. Do this after exhaling and maybe even after a meal to make sure you don’t accidentally measure too restrictively.

To measure your hips, stand with your feet together and guide the tape measure down to the top of your hip bones. Wrap tightly around the widest point of your hips.

The inseam is the distance from the crotch to the top of the hem. Each product has a different length and some have different options. Luckily, Lululemon offers a free hemming service for leggings and pants, as well as many other products. So you don’t have to worry too much about this one.

Keep in mind that Lulu sizes do not necessarily correlate to your dress size or the standard jean size of other clothing items.

One of the main reasons I don’t “buy all Lululemon” is because I’ve had a consistent experience with pills.

No matter what I do, my lululemon Align leggings pill in between and sometimes on the front and back of my thighs. It’s unsightly, itchy, and quite annoying considering I paid over $100 for it.

My thighs rub against each other 24/7. This promotion is endearingly nicknamed “Chub Rub”. It doesn’t matter if you’re thin or fat, chub rub can happen to anyone.

This could be because of your size or because your bones are aligned in an odd way.

Even when I was 15 pounds lighter, I still had chub rubs. Chub friction is the main cause of pilling.

Other causes include regular wear and tear, overuse, and brushing against abrasive surfaces such as stone, cement, velcro, or brick.

I was fortunate enough to be able to test ALL the Lululemon fabrics listed below. I have listed a description of the fabrics along with how to prevent and remove pilling if it occurs. Read the descriptions to find the perfect fabric for your lifestyle.

Herringbone: Pills like crazy! I’ve had my fishbones for 3 years and they pill as soon as I start walking around in them. The pilling can be easily removed with an electric razor and the leggings are said to be made of Luon. They’re also thick enough that shaving and pilling won’t thin the fabric. Pique: This fabric resembles the herringbone pattern but is slightly thinner. The fabric has a more compressive fit than herringbone and doesn’t pill as much. Pilling can also be removed with an electric razor.

How to remove pilling from leggings

#1 With an electric fabric razor

This is our favorite way to remove pilling from my gym wear. We use a corded electric shaver so we don’t have to buy batteries.

If you want it completely wireless, we recommend the rechargeable cloth shaver from Magictec. It’s compact, USB rechargeable, and highly rated on Amazon.

When using an electric fabric razor, keep the pressure of the razor light against the fabric to avoid creating a hole in the fabric.

It should take less than a minute for your leggings to feel like new again (see image below).

#2 With a disposable razor

I haven’t tried this method but it seems to work. Keep a disposable razor handy to remove pilling if it occurs.

I would keep it in one area with all my sewing and knitting tools. Also, consider using it on other garments that pill, like sweaters and shirts.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order was placed less than 1 hour ago, please contact our Guest Education Center here. If your order was placed more than 1 hour ago or has been dispatched and is on the way, we will not be able to process the cancellation. The order will be returned to sender after three failed delivery attempts and your full order value will be refunded to your original payment method. Please keep an eye on your tracking number to follow the progress of your package. Please allow three weeks after the order has been returned to us for the money to appear in your account.

This is my first time ordering from www.lululemon.co.uk, what do I need to know?

Place an order for UK delivery at www.lululemon.co.uk by selecting your products and completing our checkout process. You can check out as a guest or create an account with us and save your address, payment methods and wish lists.

How do I see orders I’ve placed on www.lululemon.co.uk?

If you have placed an order on www.lululemon.co.uk and have an account, you can still view your order history by logging in and clicking on ‘Profile’. You can also check your order and return status here.

Yes. We have taken several steps to ensure that all information we receive from our customers online is secure.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes; To download your invoice, please log into your account, select your order and select “View Proof of Purchase”. If you checked out as a guest, please use the Review Order form. Enter your order number and the associated email address and select “Show proof of purchase”. Remember that you will not be able to see your invoice until the payment has been processed. When items are returned, the proof of purchase will be updated once a refund has been processed.

Do I get a shopper with my order?

As part of our journey towards a sustainable and zero-waste future, we have made the decision to no longer engage our branded shoppers in online orders. What is your delivery time & cost?

The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

Orders are only shipped on working days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK and Dutch public holidays. You’ll receive a notification if we’re having trouble processing your order shortly after the problem is identified.

How can I check my order and delivery status?

After you place your order, please allow our warehouse 1-2 days to process it. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package on the UPS website. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER BY MAIL:

Follow these simple steps to make an online return:

Select the items you wish to return A return receipt will be generated which you can download and which will also be emailed directly to you. Print out the shipping label and return receipt. Online purchases can be returned to any lululemon store excluding concessions and outlets (Harrods, Selfridges, Brown Thomas, Cheshire Oaks, Le Bon Marché Oberpollinger, NK, Bicester Village, Wertheim Village).

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is as follows:

– We offer complementary returns

– Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date

– All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with original hang tags attached

– All garments are subject to inspection

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it will take 5-7 business days to process. Your money will then be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it can take up to 3-10 business days for the money to appear on your bank statement.

How many days do I have to return my order?

Returns are free and easy within 30 days of receiving your order if eligible under our returns policy.

Where can I find my returns number?

If you are unable to select your items to return, it is because your items were received more than 30 days ago and are now outside the return period. If this is not the case, or you wish to process a high value return outside of this time frame, please go to the store or contact our GEC to process your return.

Can I return an online or store purchase in another country?

Cross-border goods can be exchanged (in store only) or transferred to a gift card (in store or by post). Please note that the items you return will be valued in the currency of the country processing the return.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal and gift cards. Please note that we cannot split payments between credit cards. However, we can accept payments split between gift cards and credit cards.

When will I be billed for my order?

Your credit card will be pre-authorized when your order is placed, but we do not process payment until the order is ready to ship. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details. We will then process and pack your order. Once your order is sent for delivery you will be charged and receive an email confirming delivery. The pre-authorization will be deleted in 7-10 business days.

Can my billing and delivery address be different?

Yes, your billing and delivery address can be different.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is an alternative payment processor that allows you to split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments. Klarna takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment.

How do I use Klarna?

If your shopping cart is eligible for 3 interest-free payments with Klarna, you can select Klarna as your payment method during checkout. After your order has shipped, you will be billed for the first third of the total amount. Klarna will send a notification once the payment has been processed. You will be informed in good time before the next payments.

Is Klarna safe and secure?

Which products cannot be bought with Klarna?

Klarna is not available when purchasing gift cards or memberships. If you buy gift cards together with Klarna-enabled products, you will need to place two separate orders.

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend on a single transaction?

Yes, Klarna plans are available for orders with a minimum of £10 and a maximum of £1,000.

Does Klarna affect my credit score or do a credit check?

Klarna may conduct so-called unrecorded inquiries (or soft credit searches) which do not affect the credit rating and are only visible to you and Klarna but not to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor lululemon will perform any credit checks on you that could affect your creditworthiness

Why wasn’t I offered Pay later in 3 interest-free installments?

Although Pay later in 3 interest-free installments is widely advertised, it’s not always available everywhere. The “Pay later in 3 interest-free installments” payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that depend on a number of factors, including address details, cardholder details, order amount, online store, previous order history and item availability.

How can I increase my chances of being accepted to pay later in 3 interest-free installments?

Klarna is unique and offers Pay later in 3 interest-free installments based on a number of factors such as order value, previous order history and item availability. If you are 18 years or older you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later in 3 interest free installments by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are valued individually. Just because you’ve previously been accepted for Pay later in 3 interest-free installments doesn’t mean it’s offered for every order. Again, if your request for payment in 3 interest-free installments is subsequently declined, this does not mean that it will be declined for all future orders.

How does the payment plan work?

The first payment will be taken from your debit or credit card when the merchant confirms your order. The two remaining payments will also be taken from your card 30 and 60 days after the first payment. Klarna will notify you of the due dates via electronic communication and they can be viewed in the Klarna Application. Read more here.

If you would like to pay the outstanding amount of your purchase early or before the due date, simply log in at the top of the Klarna page, go to the order page and select “Pay early”.

Where can I find general questions about payments?

You can log into the Klarna app 24/7 and live chat with Klarna customer service representatives to confirm payment or request an update of your contact details. You can find more frequently asked questions about Klarna here.

What if I can’t pay a Klarna installment?

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your payment purchase from the card you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be collected in the email you received at the time of purchase or by logging into your Klarna account.

If the automatic payment fails, Klarna will try again after 7 days. If this payment also fails, Klarna will make another attempt after a further 7 days (14 days after the date of the first attempt).

Failure to pay on time may result in your debt being passed on to a collection agency and affect Klarna’s future credit decisions.

What happens if I don’t pay for my order?

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your Pay later in 3 interest free installment purchase at lululemon from the debit or credit card you provided at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment by the scheduled due date, Klarna will make two more attempts to automatically collect payment, one 7 days after missed payment and one 14 days after missed payment. If this last attempt at payment fails, Klarna will issue you with a statement of the total outstanding order amount, which is due 15 days later. Klarna will notify you when a payment is due two days before attempting to collect your payment and you can monitor the due date at any time in the Klarna app at your convenience.

You will not be charged any fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit rating will not be affected by using Klarna’s Pay later in 3 installments product, even if you have not paid on time. If you fail to make a payment, you are in default and may not be able to use the service in the future. We may still attempt to collect past due and currently due payments on later due dates or bill you separately for the total unpaid amount. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage a third party collection agency to collect on our behalf. Collection agencies are used as a last resort.

Is my payment information secure?

Payment information is securely processed by Klarna. No map data is transmitted to or stored by lululemon. All transactions take place over connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

Did you receive my payment?

Klarna will notify you via email and push notifications from the Klarna app when a payment is due and if it has been successfully collected, or in the unlikely event that your payment fails. If a payment has been collected but you have not received a payment confirmation, you can check the status of your order and payments at any time in the Klarna app or log in at www.klarna.com/de.

I haven’t received an email with my billing/payment information.

When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?

In the event that your goods have not been received, please contact our GEC to check your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date of your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Klarna?

What happens if I have a partial refund and how does it affect my payments?

Once we have received the return (partial or full) at our warehouse, Klarna will send you an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule if you have made a partial return. Upon full return, we will refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. I canceled my order. How long will it take to get my refund?

Once the store registers your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. You can buy physical gift cards in store and e-gift cards online. They can be redeemed in store or online and should be treated like cash as they cannot be substituted. Gift cards and e-gift cards are final sale.

You can check the balance online when placing an order and selecting your payment option. The gift card will appear under “More Options” during the checkout process.

Where can I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your gift card both online and in store. How can I redeem my gift card?

Payment is made at the very end of the ordering process and not in the billing phase.

Follow these steps after you’ve checked out:

1) Enter your contact and shipping information and select your shipping method.

2) Proceed with billing.

3) Choose your payment method. For gift cards, see More Options.

4) Check order.

5) Tick the Terms and Conditions box and proceed with payment.

6) You will be redirected to a Givex portal where you need to enter the gift card number and its PIN.

If you don’t have enough gift card balance to complete the order, you can pay the rest with either a credit card or another gift card. Note that you can combine up to five gift cards in one transaction.

I want to order online with my gift card. Can I combine it with PayPal if the balance on the gift card is insufficient?

Gift card payments cannot be combined with PayPal at this time. However, you can combine one with a credit card or other gift card.

I lost my gift card, what should I do?

We cannot replace them if they are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. So, hold her tight! Gift cards should be treated like cash.

Will the same gift card be refunded if I return a product?

If you originally used a gift card to place an order but need to return it, you will be credited with a new gift card which will be sent to you once the return has been processed. If your order was placed using both a gift card and a credit card, the refund method will depend on the refund value and the amount originally covered by each payment method used.

Reflective product within the exclusive SeaWheeze collection is available at entry level and premium price points this year so all guests have an opportunity to take a piece of reflective home. Our reflective styles are priced higher than other product due to the cost of manufacturing the reflective product.

Can I return something if it doesn’t fit?

We’re so excited and we just can’t hide it. SeaWheeze gear is final sale for those in North America. If you’re located in one of the international markets that has access to our SeaWheeze gear you will be eligible for a return or refund. Why can people in INTL markets return and just because I’m in NA I can’t return or get a refund?

Will Brexit impact my order?

Our Distribution Centre is located in the Netherlands. As the Brexit transition agreement between the UK and EU ends on 31 December 2020, there may be increased transit times between the EU and the UK from 1 January 2021, so please allow additional time for your order to arrive. We are working hard with UPS to minimise any delays and you will be able to follow your delivery via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If you return an item to us, this will still be processed within the advertised timeframe at our UK based returns centre.

Once you have placed your order online, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and send it from our distribution centre in the Netherlands before you track your order.

However, throughout January and February 2021 please allow more time as it may take longer for our courier partner to take care of any new customs documentation requirements.
