For some markets like Spain and Portugal the Isuzu Forward was renamed Bedford-Isuzu as the Bedford brand was more well known there. This was offered as a replacement for the Bedford TL truck. After 1998, the Bedford name was dropped and all trucks were rebadged as Isuzu models.

Durability: The FH is without a doubt the best here. In comparison, the UD is the worst; It doesn’t last very long under heavy use, much like the FRR.

Economy: The University of Applied Sciences wins again. Maintenance: Umm… FH. This is determined by Crater Automobiles’ nationwide dealer network. CMC outlets are comparatively fewer and further in between, as is GM. Also, it’s pretty obvious: when durability is excellent and reliability top-notch, there’s no way maintenance is going to be a pain, right?

That’s quite a lineup you listed. Performance doesn’t differ much across the board: none of these vehicles will go faster than 250 km/h as speed limiters (German regulations) are fitted ex works. However, the differences arise in the acceleration.

Comfort: It is excellent in the 730 and the S320, even more so in the S-Class. It’s mediocre (relatively very good, if not as good as) on the CLS and comparatively harsh on the 630 coupe, but again the key word is ‘comparatively’. Nobody who owns and drives a 630 will complain about its ride quality.

Durability: Depends on what you’re doing with the car, but these are all high-end luxury vehicles; They tend not to wither quickly.

Recommendation?

Depends on what you want from the car. The 630i is sufficient for sporty driving pleasure, closely followed by the CLS. The CLS and the two larger sedans offer more practicality, with the 730 and S320 being the most practical.

The 730D will please if you’re also looking for economy, while the S-Class dominates with seriousness and sheer presence. The coupés are good for you if you like to stand out and draw attention to yourself.

My personal preference is the CLS: you get coupe good looks (the CLS is marketed as a “four-door coupe,” which I find a contradiction in terms), structural rigidity, and a low roof with the seating capacity and practicality of a Pukka four-door Salon.

Economy isn’t bad for the 350 V6 either, although the 730D dominates in this area.

You’re an odd hustler…or at least your hustler ambitions are unusual. Before I help you, I have a few questions myself:

1. Where exactly do you intend to operate your taxi business?

2. You know what a Jeep Wrangler is, right?

you are not wrong A Jeep Wrangler is a type of car, but not exactly what we would call “small”. It’s an SUV, not unlike the notorious police mahindras of yore. In fact, these Mahindra jeeps were direct copies of the original Willys jeep, of which the Wrangler is a direct descendant.

Luckily don’t worry about comfort because the jeep you’re asking about is awful, really awful. It manages to take a rocky, concussive ride and then gives it rolling, wobbling, swaying, tumbling, and hopping properties.

If you’ve never been sick in the car, this will be the car to initiate you into the experience. The interior is worse than spartan, it’s below average and has no doors so the weather from the outside comes in and out at will.

Now that you mention the Maruti, I dare say they have the same characteristics, the difference is that the Maruti’s interior is even worse than the Jeep’s, but at least one has doors so the climate stays outside. So how do the two compare in the qualities you are interested in?

1. “Fuel Efficiency” (just say fuel economy or fuel efficiency next time): It’s very bad in Jeep. It has a huge 4.0 V6 engine as a poverty spec power supply. This engine is archaic, mated to a 4-speed manual plus overdrive/3-speed automatic with short gears and an even shorter final drive.

This makes the vehicle very, very thirsty, 5km/l or less will be your lot. Hedonists went for the 4.2, which is even thirstier without being much faster or more powerful than the 4.0.

Apparently there was also a 2.5 liter engine, but I think it must have only been available in Iran, where this vehicle was assembled unchanged elsewhere in the world six years after its facelift. I am not sure.

The Maruti in comparison uses a puny little carb fed 1.3 liter engine which is very good for ‘fuel efficiency’ although not as good as other 1.3’s because a) the Maruti is a jeep (small “j” for Jeep, note) and b) carburetor. The Maruti is also light as a feather. So while the Jeep struggles to reach 6 km/l, the Suzuki happily manages to double that.

2. Parts Availability: Difficult for the Jeep unless you have a good internet connection, an understanding of eBay and a PayPal account. This is because the Internet is where most of your purchases are made. not many Jeep Wranglers made their way here, largely because they were almost exclusively left-hand drive for a very long time (RHDs were introduced in the UK around 1998). DT Dobie is now selling a modern version which I’m told is good, but I suspect it’s not really that good.

Now the Maruti has spare parts everywhere, and I mean everywhere. There isn’t a village that lacks at least one Suzuki or its various derivatives. Its rugged simplicity makes it very difficult to disassemble and very easy to repair if you ever do, and would you believe those things are still on sale! I think it’s the cheapest SUV on the market right now.

Last time I checked, a brand new unit with no miles cost a million. And it’s the same car they sold in 1988…

3. Driving on rough roads, especially in the rainy season: Both will work perfectly (though a bit of green lane skill is required). Both will make you hate yourself for it because both are uncomfortable and punishing to the human body.

The Jeep is slightly worse for stimulating you in your discomfort. Remember, it has no doors; There are some who claim to have “doors”. I don’t think these are doors.

4. Prices: I really don’t know the prices of the Wrangler. As I mentioned earlier, a brand new Maruti costs around a million. You could buy a used one for next to nothing.

Condensation will never result in a puddle when in fact it is a puddle that you saw. Is there a puddle in the passenger footwell too? I daresay there is a leak somewhere and a more thorough investigation will lead you to the source.

Focus mainly on the bulkhead, especially the openings through which the various connections – accelerator pedal, brake and clutch – pass. The door seals could also be the culprit, but that should be obvious while driving unless you usually park in a puddle before exiting your car.

The Isuzu Giga (Japanese: いすゞ・ギガ) is a line of heavy-duty trucks manufactured by Isuzu since 1994. Outside of Japan it is known as the Isuzu C/E series.[4] It was officially known as the “Isuzu Heavy-Duty Truck”.[5] Between 1994 and 2016 it was also sold in South America (under the Chevrolet brand as the Chevrolet C/E series).

First generation (1994–2015 for Japan, 1995–2022 for export) [ edit ]

Introduced in November 1994 as the successor to the 810 series. The model of the motorcycle is the KC-C ## series and the tractor that will be released next year is the KC-EX # series. Tip #1 – Have the right license

Before you buy your truck, it is crucial that you have the correct driver’s license. With a regular driver’s license, you can drive any Isuzu truck with a GVW of up to 4.5 tons. If you go beyond that, you need a special license:

LR – The truck has a gross vehicle weight of between 4.5 and 8 tons. You probably need this type of license for a chassis cab truck.

MR – For driving rigid vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of more than 8 tons and no more than two axles.

HR – Allows driving rigid vehicles over 8 tons with three axles.

You can’t even buy your truck without the right driver’s license.

Tip #2 – Do your daily checks

Safety checks are always worthwhile before setting off.

– Maintenance and vehicle inspection training

– Practical training for maintenance & vehicle inspection

In particular, drivers can practice driving on the test track in 2 ways:

– 1st time: driving according to daily habits

– 2nd time: ​​Eco-ride according to the instructions of IVC.

The results after two test drives show a significant reduction in fuel consumption of up to 36.7% (*) when applying the Eco-Drive led by Isuzu Vietnam. At the end of the program, members participating in the training session underwent a quick test and received interesting gifts from Isuzu Vietnam.
