Top pre-installed Toshiba bloatware/programs that can be safely removed from my laptop

Cheaper laptops for home use sometimes come with a lot of bloatware. I like to remove as much as possible to minimize startup load and apps running in the background.

Please leave me feedback if you have more information about each app.

Before removing anything from the system, first remove it from startup and check the difference.

TVAP and ECO programs are linked. Even if you have Toshiba Health Monitor as well as Toshiba HDD Protection program, do not delete them. Performing a clean install on a brand new laptop with a perfectly working copy of Windows already installed is just plain silly in my opinion.
