Wrap around for hanging, girth and traction

This article is related to wrapping for hanging – using fabric or other materials to put a pillow on the penis. This is done to prevent the stirrup from pinching the skin and to prevent pain from the contact and pressure of the stirrup on the skin. It can also be used to hold a small amount of blood in the head to give the hanger more head size to ‘anchor’, however this is an advanced method with a greater risk of injury and discoloration. The girth/discoloration wrap is covered after the hanging portion wrap as this is done for other purposes. Packaging Materials and Quantities There are many types of materials that can be used for packaging. Anything used should have an elastic property. This allows the wrap to give when the shackle is tightened. If the bandage is not elastic, there is a good chance that the bandage will cut off circulation completely when the stirrup is fully tightened, especially at heavy weights where more tightness is required. Example Materials Coach/ACE Bandage (or any of the self-adhesive types) – A good stretchy material, although it can chafe against the skin.

T-shirt material or thin socks – Easily available and softer on the skin than bandage material.

Theraband – A popular wrapping material, but tends to irritate some people’s skin when used without a cloth undersheet. Size/Amount of Wrap The size of the wrap will vary from person to person, and the most difficult and frustrating part of wrapping is the experimentation time as you find the optimal amount. Before beginning the actual PE routine, it is recommended that you spend some time experimenting with different wraps and wrapping methods. Small changes can affect comfort, so finding a setup that offers full circulation and adequate cushioning is important. If using a thera-band, 18 inch cloth backing sheet and 18 inch thera-band in 1 inch wide strips is a good starting point. If not using a thera-band, a longer strip of fabric may be required. Initial testing is conducted by wrapping using the instructions below, attaching the hanger and weight, and assessing comfort. If there is slipping, poor circulation, numbness, cold or pain (or any other discomfort, the hanger should act at its own discretion and not ignore the warning signs of the hanger body), then there is likely a problem with the wrap, assuming the hanger is properly and firmly attached. The usual problem is tightness – however tight the wrap is, it will tighten once the hanger is in place, so that’s the first thing to check. If the bandage is loose enough, the problem may be the amount used. The bandage should be cut shorter and another set of tests performed. This should be repeated until the row can be completed with full comfort, may need adjustment or replacement after many hangings (after a few weeks) as the material compresses under the pressure of the hanger. references

Wrapping Procedure Once the optimal material and amount of wrap have been determined, the following method should be followed: With one hand, pull the penis straight out. Take the sleeve and place it on the underside of the shaft, 1 inch behind the glans, with the pinky of the hand that is sticking out the penis. Wrap the material around and over your fingers. On the second wrap, pull out and wrap your fingers. Keep your penis stretched. After the first two wraps, it will become easier to keep the wrap in place. Continue to wrap in spirals towards the base and then secure the wrap with some tape. 1/4″ coils should suffice. Repeat with resistance bands as needed. If not using resistance bands, wrap with smaller coils. The band should be loose enough to allow for perfect circulation. If the head begins to swell without stimulation , it is that too tight and should be rewound. If it moves on the shaft, it is too loose and will prevent the hanger from catching the internal structures and cause more skin pinching. The tape should be loose enough to hold when worn to urinate, but tight enough to stay in place. The first few coils should be fairly loose, the coils after that can be a bit tighter. This allows the tightness to be adjusted without having to fully unwrap them. References

Expected Results Although it takes practice to become a proficient wrapper, the impact is worth it. Good packaging prevents injuries from slipping and poor circulation, and helps the hanger grip the shank for more comfort, allowing for more weight and security.

Risk of injury There is a high risk of injury from unsuitable packaging. There are several possibilities: Material The cloth must be elastic for a good reason. If the film is pressed with a finger into or just behind the area where the hanger is attached, it should “give” slightly, feeling springy, not firm or overly hard. When the hanger is in place, it tightens the wrap. If it is not elastic, it will most likely cut off circulation. This can cause headaches, discoloration, bruising, numbness, and red spots. If this happens regularly, it can cause permanent injury and loss of sensitivity. Amount of Wrapping In general, the more wrapping that is used, the more problems there are. Finding the balance is tricky – some hangers use quite a lot of foil, others little. The more wrap used, the tighter the hanger must be to capture the internal structures and the tighter the wrap will be. Most hangers use 24″-36″ total wrap, but less may be required. Loose Wrap If the wrap is too loose, the skin will not be collected in the wrap and there is a higher chance that the hanger will pinch the skin when it is attached. This can be painful if not noticed before applying the weight. The looser the wrap, the less the hanger can grip the internal structures, increasing the likelihood of slippage. This can also be very painful and harmful. Tight Wrap At the other end of the scale, too tight a wrap will cut off circulation when the hanger is attached, or even before. Problems arising from over-tight wrapping include cold, bruising, loss of sensitivity, excessive fluid retention and a high risk of discoloration on untrimmed hangers.

Buying Guide If Theraband or similar material is used, the silver-grey variety is the thickest and best for hanging. As previously mentioned, trainer or ACE bandage is also a popular packaging material. The advantage of this type of bandage is that it is self-adhesive, which saves time. However, it can irritate the skin.

Girth Wraps and Discoloration Removal Elastic wrapping material can be used to aid in belt practice and to remove discoloration. The principle is the same for both results, only the technique differs slightly. The arteries that bring blood to the penis are on the inside of the shaft, while the veins that carry blood away from the penis are naturally on the outside. If the bandage is used in a way that delays the backflow of blood while allowing the “in” flow to remain unimpeded, the erectile chambers will begin to swell as more blood enters them than is removed. Achieving just the right amount of tension to achieve this effect takes practice, and expect a few unsuccessful attempts! Once the wrap is in place, it may take 5-10 minutes for swelling to begin. If this is not the case after this time, the tightness should be adjusted. Discoloration One of the main theories about the cause of discoloration is that the high-pressure exercises of PE “push” blood through permeable layers of skin, and when the PE session is over, the membranes (which were open due to the pressure) close and pinch the blood and causes the usual “bronzed” appearance. When the bandage is properly applied as described above, the pressure will build up and eventually reach a point where it can “push” past the bandage, allowing for more normal blood flow. However, the pressure is still sufficient to open the semi-permeable membranes. Because the pressure of such a build-up is not excessive (it is unlikely to itself cause girth gains) and some (albeit less than optimal) circulation occurs, blood no longer becomes trapped in the layers of skin and what already exists can be due to the open membranes and the circulatory blood flow are drained. There is another use for this method. Since it allows a certain blood flow, the bandage can be worn for several hours. This is an excellent way to keep the tunic plump after an intense volume workout. Scope The method for scope is similar. The belt wrap should be a little tighter enough to restrict outflow even at high pressure. As a result, the pressure increases continuously. The pressure of this method is enough to stretch the tunic laterally and over time will be enough to produce lasting girth gains. references

Traction Wrapping Traction wrapping is used after a hanging or stretching session to keep tissue in an expanded state to allow it to heal during lengthening. After the hanging/stretching session is complete, the penis is held behind the head and stretched. Thera-band or other material is then wrapped around the shaft, starting just behind the glans and spiraling toward the base where it is taped in place. The wrap should be loose enough to allow full blood flow but tight enough to hold the penis in a stretched state. If the head begins to swell while the bandage is in place, it is too tight, is restricting blood flow, and should be loosened. The best materials are Theraband and self-adhesive bandages, although a variety of materials can be used. The bandage must be applied immediately after the PE session is completed, as tissue retraction begins within minutes. Traction wraps can be considered an ADS method, although it doesn’t actually put any stress on the penis beyond its natural retraction. Once the bandage is in place and properly fitted, it can be worn for several hours at a time, however it is not advisable to wear a traction bandage while sleeping as problems with nocturnal erections can occur. references

The Definitive Guide to Phalogenic Traction Wrapping

The definitive guide to phalogenic traction packaging

Why should you do traction wrapping?

Phalogenic Traction Wrapping primarily targets length.

You should perform a phalogenic traction wrap as it is a simple, complementary method to a well-rounded penis enlargement routine.

It is mostly seen as a “cool down” treatment to be used after heavy lifting from jelqing, penis stretching and penis extenders.

It allows your penis to go into a dormant state so that it can actually grow and gives the penis some “reminder” of the workout it just experienced.

This memory prevents drastic pullbacks into the “turtle dick” and helps lock in gains so they last.

What materials you need for phalogenic traction packaging

The good news is that there is a wide range of materials that you can use for your penis traction sleeve.

The only requirement (and I’m sure you’ll agree after trying a few materials) is that the material is comfortable.

Here is a short list of some materials you can use for your traction sheet.

Medical Gauze

Kinesiology Tape

Thin towel + tape

You might find one of these at home and save time/money.

A note: one benefit of medicinal gause is that it’s reusable.

However, our personal favorite is the kinesiology tape because it has an adhesive that sticks well and leaves no residue.

How to perform a phalogenic traction wrap for penis enlargement

Unroll and cut off approximately 18″ of foil (you can adjust this if needed).

With your penis in a flaccid state, grasp your glans with 2 fingers. (Your thumb should be closest to your stomach and your finger behind the glans.) Extend your penis as far as possible (preferably fully erect).

Take one end of the wrap and place the extreme edge just behind the glans. Hold it with your gripping finger.

Wrap 2 or 3 turns just behind the glans and work your way up the shaft.

Wrap the shaft up as far as possible and secure the loose end.

This is an important requirement in traction winding:

You must wrap the penis tightly!

Why?

Well, after about 15-30 minutes, when your erection wears off, you want the bandage to continue to be involved in elongating your penis!

In other words, you don’t want your penis to shrink and slip under the sheath, with the sheath eventually slipping off the penis shaft and rendering it completely useless.

The only way to do this is to make sure the wrap is tight from the start!

But is phalogenic wrapping the best method for size gains?

Unfortunately, not.

The extender has long been the de facto standard for the best size gains.

Here is a list of all popular penis extenders:

VIEW PENIS EXTENSIONS

When should penis traction wrapping be performed?

deconditioning breaks

Seal your profits and results

Post-hanging / stretching / extender maintenance

deconditioning breaks

A deconditioning break is when you decide to pause your penis enlargement traction routine for, say, a week, but intend to jump straight back into the routine once the week break is up.

Relaxation breaks give your body a chance to “reset” itself, which is especially useful for men who have already made significant size gains and are beginning to plateau.

If you’re a beginner, don’t worry about relaxation breaks just yet – focus on getting a solid penis traction routine.

Come back and consider taking a rest break after about 3 months into your training program.

Seal profits (make them permanent)

Sealing penis size gains is a topic that has been raised frequently by the experts at PEGym.

The principle is that you “seal” or “cement” the gains to reduce the likelihood of your penis retracting back to its original state.

There are several methods of how to do this and phalogenic traction packing is just one of them.

Post-hanging, penis stretching and extender maintenance

Phalogenic Traction Wrapping is a good “cool down” routine to use after any of the three enlargement methods listed above.

Why?

Because it prevents your penis from getting a little “shock” after the enlargement methods.

You want to “calm down” your penis back to a resting state and not risk it immediately “rolling” after stretching.

This is just like doing a cool down or stretching after a traditional total body workout to avoid cramping and get into a resting state.

Advantages of phalogenic traction packaging

Easy to learn, easy to do.

Once you have the materials, you can start traction right away.

In fact, this benefit depends on how skillfully you wrapped the foil.

A problem that many people have is that they built the slide poorly and they end up falling, causing frustration and wasting time.

However, once you get good at it, you can do diapering on command and it will become second nature to you.

Definitely a penis enlargement skill that is often utilized.

Multitasking with traction wrap.

This is a big advantage.

We all know that penis enlargement takes a long time.

Therefore, any traction method that takes as little time as possible is invaluable.

Wrapping, once you get good at it, takes about 30 seconds to a minute to put the cloth on.

It’s quite comfortable when wearing the traction pack.

If you have chosen the right traction material, it should go without saying that the bandage is comfortable to wear.

It should not distract your attention or distract you from what you are doing. So when distractions arise, it’s time to re-evaluate your wrapping technique or the material you’re using.

Disadvantages of phalogenic traction packaging

Not enough exercise for length alone.

The simple fact is that phalogenic traction coiling does not provide strong and reliable tension to stretch the penis on its own.

Not to mention that the amount of power it provides is very volatile.

You see, the unique thing about penis extenders (penile traction devices) is that they can apply a measured force and use the leverage of the device to hold that force.

A wrap, on the other hand, shifts and decreases over time as you rummage through your pants.

Not to mention that the compressive nature of the traction pack naturally restricts blood flow.

All of these factors are inherently counterproductive to penis stretching and as such we do not consider the traction wrap method to be the primary method of enlargement for the reasons stated above.

It makes it difficult to use the bathroom.

This applies to both urination and defecation.

As the traction bandage presses on your penis shaft, it also presses on your urethra.

The urethra is the tube in your penis that lets urine out, so the sheath actually compresses it.

That means you have to take the traction wrap off every time you need to use the bathroom and then take the time to put it back on right after.

Most guys also pee when they pee, so it’s the same problem if you have to go “number 2”.

security

It’s important to be safe no matter what exercise you choose to perform – traction wrapping is no exception.

Here are some safety tips to keep in mind when swaddling:

Do not leave a wrap on for more than 24 hours.

Make sure you wash and clean both your penis and the bandage when you’re done.

Don’t make the sheath so tight that it restricts blood flow in the penis.

If you feel pain or anything looks wrong, stop immediately.

Keep a journal or record of what’s going on during your workouts so you’re alert to any anomalies.

Take off the bandage slowly so as not to injure the penis.

How to add a phalogenic traction wrap to your total penis enlargement routine

While the exact routine isn’t the same for everyone, a solid penis enlargement routine generally consists of the following, which you can find here.

The ultimate goal in incorporating phalogenic traction packing into your routine is to simply do it during “downtime.”

Downtime is pretty much any time that you are not doing a penis enlargement exercise or using a penis enlargement device.

Ultimately, the time and place are entirely up to you.

Here are some ideas on when it’s convenient to do traction wraps

Passing through in a car, bus or subway.

Sitting at a desk at work or a similar task.

Lying in bed – even when you are actually asleep!

Pretty much everywhere, as you can see.

So try it out a few times and in different places and see what works for you.

Phalogen penile traction wrapping: conclusion

Traction wrapping is a penis enlargement method that can be used pretty much anywhere.

While not an effective natural enlargement technique on its own, it is useful for maintaining gains made through other methods, such as a penis extender.

You need to think of this traction method as a “therapeutic” method – one that will help solidify the results you’ve achieved through more rigorous methods.

Think of it as a “supplement” rather than a “first line treatment”.

So you have a traction pack but no reliable main stretch method? You may be interested in our extender that thousands of men are already using.

Girth gains and traction wrapping

Now I’m sure this must have been covered on the forums at some point. Although I did use the search function, I didn’t dig up the relevant thread if there was one (please feel free to link if known).

I’m in a routine of doing my strap work first while my EQ is good. I pinch, horse push and erect push. After that, I do my length routine, which consists of static stretches, lock stretches (cheers stan), and pendulums. After my shower I wear traction wraps (mummy wrap) for 2-5 hours. You can probably see what’s coming, and I’ll get to that now.

The cavernous bodies are processed through the belt work. The ribbons and tunic are targeted by stretching etc. So am I inhibiting potential girth gains when using a traction wrap? It really depends on which theories we subscribe to. If we follow the theory that the erectile tissue is essentially like a balloon or a rubber band (which some people postulate) then once stretched it is never that tenaciously elastic again. Of course, prolonged girth work increases “drowsiness,” or the total internal area that can be filled with blood, resulting in greater erect girth. So if this is true, the expansion has already taken place at the time of wrapping and is not adversely affected.

However, if we subscribe to the theory that additional girth must be achieved by maximizing the total time that there is expansion and subsequent blood flow to the penis (as Jockinthebox proved possible in achieving gains with cock rings has), then there appears to be greater potential for wrapping to counteract potential gains in girth.

My routine is a bit experimental for me. However, I work with a lot of reading and research, which I believe presents an opportunity to gain scope and length over time. We’ll see if that’s true or not. I’m curious to hear people’s opinions on this. Will I be forced to choose a length program over a girth program or can they coexist in harmony? Should I give up wrapping, wait for my cock rings to arrive and put them on? This seems to limit tortoises, and again Jock demonstrated that gains in length and girth can be achieved using rings. I’ll probably do the latter, but again I’m excited to see what our community thinks of traction winding and harness work/results.
